The offshore rules exclude Ontario, Alberta and New Brunswick (rule 3.1). The provincial legal age still applies on top of the site's own 18+ rule: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Quebec and Manitoba.

The ToonieBet Ontario login is at tooniebet.ca or in the Ontario iOS app released in December 2024. Players need to be at least 19 and located in Ontario when they play. Identity checks before a payout
The offshore rules allow ToonieBet to request proof of age and identity (rules 9.3 and 9.4). The Ontario verification steps were not captured in the pages we read. In both cases, uploading documents early means a withdrawal is not held up later. Once a request is in, the offshore site processes within five business days and the Ontario site within 72 business hours, and both set a general C$20 minimum.
Your account level matters here too. Offshore, a level-one account can withdraw C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month; in Ontario, level one allows C$9,000 a day. Ask support which level you are on before a large request, so it is not split across more days than you expect.
ToonieBet casino login problems
- Wrong province: from Ontario, Alberta or New Brunswick, the offshore site will not accept you; the Ontario site only accepts players in Ontario.
- Wrong site: an account on one site is not described as working on the other, since different companies run them.
- Inactivity: after 180 days without activity, the offshore site charges C$7.50 a month and the Ontario site C$5.00 a month, so an old balance may have shrunk.
When the ToonieBet casino login still fails, the offshore site lists 24/7 English chat, email and a phone line at +1 (855) 529-1308. Neither site offers French support.
The offshore app is a separate download from the Ontario one, and its listing says it is for Canadian players excluding Ontario. Using the app made for the other site would take you to the wrong login screen, so match the app to your province. Android users have no listing in our sources and should sign in through the browser.
