Stardust Casino Ontario is a regulated online casino operated by Pala Interactive Canada Inc., with apps published by Boyd Gaming. Since 13 July 2026 a second Stardust site has served Alberta, run by the same company under that province's new rules. Both open with no-deposit spins on Cash Eruption, both add a 100% first-deposit match up to C$100 with 10x play-through, and both pay out by Interac and PayPal.
The two sites are not one casino with two doors. Each has its own terms, its own help centre and its own offers, and neither accepts players from Quebec or the other provinces. This review sets them side by side and quotes their own pages as of October 2026. Those pages show a plain $ sign; both sites use Canadian dollars, so we write C$.
Stardust casino Ontario and Alberta welcome offers
The structure is the same in both provinces: free spins for registering, then a match on the first deposit. The details differ, and so does the game the spins land on.
Ontario
- Sign-up: 50 spins on Cash Eruption with no deposit. Winnings from the spins carry 10x play-through. The offer summary values each spin at C$0.20, while the sign-up terms say "valued at $0.10", so the two pages contradict each other.
- First deposit (running 20 October to 7 November 2026): 100% match up to C$100 plus 250 spins on Tricks and Treats, from a C$10 minimum deposit, with 10x on deposit and bonus.
- High-roller alternative: 100% up to C$500 on a first deposit of C$200 or more, at 5x on deposit and bonus.
Alberta
- Sign-up: 100 spins on Cash Eruption with no deposit and zero playthrough, so the winnings are paid as cash. The terms describe the spins as "worth between $0.2 each".
- First deposit: 250 spins on Cash Eruption plus a 100% match up to C$100, C$10 minimum, 10x on deposit and casino bonus, and 10x on spin winnings.
- High-roller alternative: the same 100% up to C$500 on C$200 or more, at 5x.
Both sites list four more deposit offers: 25% up to C$500 with 50 spins, 50% up to C$250 with 50 spins, 75% up to C$100 with 100 spins and 100% up to C$50 with 100 spins. Alberta ties these to Cash Eruption, Cleopatra, Divine Fortune Megaways and Starburst in that order. In Ontario the first-deposit, high-roller and reload offers are marked for "select players only", so not every new account will see all of them.
The play-through in dollars
Because the multiplier applies to the deposit and the bonus together, the amount you must bet is larger than the bonus alone suggests. Using only the minimums and maximums the terms quote:
| Offer | Deposit | Bonus | Multiplier | Total to wager |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit, minimum | C$10 | C$10 | 10x on C$20 | C$200 |
| First deposit, full match | C$100 | C$100 | 10x on C$200 | C$2,000 |
| High-roller, minimum | C$200 | C$200 | 5x on C$400 | C$2,000 |
| High-roller, full match | C$500 | C$500 | 5x on C$1,000 | C$5,000 |
Those totals assume every bet is on a slot that counts 100%. Most slots do; other slots count anywhere from 0% to 75%, table games and video poker count 0%, and live dealer games are excluded. Bonus funds and spins expire 15 days after they are issued on both sites. No maximum-bet rule is stated in the offer terms quoted here.

Stardust casino bonus code, promo codes for existing players and refer a friend
There is no Stardust casino bonus code to type in. On both sites the terms say you select the offer at registration or at deposit. The offers do carry internal campaign labels in the casino's feed, such as 50CESIGNUP in Ontario and 100SIGNUPCE in Alberta, but the published route is the selection box, not a code field. For a Stardust casino promo code in Ontario the answer is the same: pick the offer when it is shown.
The same goes for Stardust casino promo codes for existing players. The recurring promotions listed as of October 2026 are opt-in offers with their own conditions:
- Every Day Login Bonus: 5 login spins Monday to Friday. Ontario requires an eligible deposit in the last 14 days, Alberta in the last 30 days.
- Friday reloads: Ontario's Friday Reload spins and Alberta's Freaky Fridays (for example 40 spins) both need a C$40 minimum deposit and carry 10x.
- Million Dollar Slot (Ontario): a daily spin with a C$1,000,000 headline prize, open to players who deposited C$50 in the last 30 days and hold a C$10 cash balance. A Million Dollar Weekends free spin is also listed.
- Alberta extras: VIP Fast Track, a Monopoly leaderboard and a Prize Drop, plus a link to Boyd Rewards on Boyd Gaming's own rewards site.
Stardust casino refer a friend pages exist on both sites. We have no reward amount on record for the scheme, so check its conditions on the casino's own page first.
Games and providers
The Alberta lobby feed lists 1,574 games: 1,504 slots, 58 table games, 43 jackpot titles and 9 live dealer tables from Evolution. The Ontario lobby could not be counted; its App Store listing promises "thousands of games", and the Ontario offers name IGT, Evolution, Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play.
Alberta's feed shows a wider spread of studios: Light & Wonder (NYX), Pragmatic Play, DGC, IGT, Bragg, Evolution (including NetEnt and Red Tiger), AGS, Konami, Pariplay, Play'n GO, DWG, Playtech, Slingo and Pala's own in-house games. Titles the casino puts into its promotions include:
- Cash Eruption, the game behind both sign-up offers
- Cleopatra and Divine Fortune Megaways
- Starburst and Sweet Bonanza 2500
- Monopoly Rent Rush (Alberta) and Tricks and Treats and Treats of Terror II (Ontario)
Stardust does not publish a site-wide payout figure. The Alberta feed does carry a return-to-player value for each game, and Cash Eruption shows 93.1%. That is a long-run average set by the game's maker, not a forecast for a session. With only 9 live tables in Alberta, and live games excluded from bonus play, this is a slots-first casino.

Deposits, withdrawals and the weekly cap
Both sites use Canadian dollars and list no crypto. The methods line up closely:
- Interac: deposits and withdrawals. Ontario offers Interac Online, e-Transfer and Request Money; Alberta lists e-Transfer and Request Money. Deposits land within 60 minutes, or instantly with Interac Online in Ontario.
- Visa, Mastercard and Amex: deposits only, C$10 to C$10,000. Prepaid cards are limited to 5 cards and C$250 per rolling 7 days. Card issuers may add fees.
- PayPal: deposits from C$10 and withdrawals up to C$10,000 each.
- Online Banking (Trustly): deposits and withdrawals; Alberta caps each withdrawal at C$10,000.
- Instadebit (Ontario withdrawals) and Instant Bank Transfer (Alberta).
The help centres say 95% of withdrawals are approved within 12 hours, or 24 hours for Online Banking. After approval, PayPal is immediate, Interac takes 1 to 2 business days and Trustly 1 to 4. The Alberta help centre is not consistent: one article gives 1 to 3 business days for Interac, and another says withdrawals are processed within 7 business days after security checks.
Caps, checks and charges
Term 13.6 on both sites lets the operator limit a player to C$4,000 a week once they have withdrawn 5 times or more their lifetime deposits; progressive jackpot wins are exempt. Before a first withdrawal you may be asked for photo ID, proof of address dated within 3 months and proof that the payment method is yours. Alberta's terms add that "there may be charges incurred for withdrawals" without listing any.

Stardust apps for iPhone and Android
Each province has its own pair of apps, and each pair only works inside its province.
- Ontario: a Stardust Ontario app on the Canadian App Store and an Android app on Google Play. The Android package name still reads com.palainteractive.canplaycasino.ontario, a trace of the site's start as Pala's CanPlay Casino.
- Alberta: a separate Stardust Casino Alberta app on the App Store, first released on 13 July 2026, and an Android app published under com.boydgaming.stardustcasino.alberta.
- Browser: both casinos also run in a mobile or desktop browser.
Download only from the official stores. An Ontario install will not let you play from Alberta, and the reverse is also true, because both sets of terms tie play to your physical location.
Is Stardust Casino legit? Licence, owner and safety
Yes. Both Stardust sites hold provincial registrations, the framework Ontario and Alberta set for legal online casinos.
- Ontario: the site holds AGCO registration and runs under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. The iGaming Ontario directory, accurate as of 1 September 2026, lists the site with Pala Interactive Canada, Inc. as operator. No AGCO registration number is published.
- Alberta: Pala Interactive Canada, Inc. appears on the AGLC list of gaming registrants as an iGaming operator, with a registration that expires on 13 July 2027. The Alberta iGaming Corporation lists "Stardust Casino" among its registered iGaming sites.
Both sets of terms call Pala Interactive Canada Inc. "the licensed provider of the Platforms" and name Pala Interactive LLC as sponsor of the promotions. The apps are published by Boyd Gaming. The Ontario app dates from 27 October 2022 and began life as CanPlay Casino. Neither site gives a registered address or company number.
On fairness, the Alberta footer says its games are "tested by an independent test laboratory approved by Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC)" without naming the lab; the Ontario site names none either. A search of AGCO news on 23 October 2026 found no regulatory action against Pala Interactive or Stardust, and no search of Alberta regulator actions is on record.
Clauses worth knowing
An account becomes dormant after 24 months without a login. In Ontario the balance is forfeited 30 days after an email notice, though it can be recovered through support. In Alberta a fee of up to C$1.00 a month is taken from a dormant balance until it reaches zero.
Customer support and French
Support is the same model in both provinces. Live chat opens from the support page when an agent is free, and the help centres state that the team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email goes to [email protected] in Ontario and [email protected] in Alberta, with replies within 4 hours on average. Alberta also publishes a separate complaints address, [email protected]. No phone number is listed on either site.
French-speaking players should note that neither site, nor either help centre, has a French version. Everything from the terms to the bonus rules is in English, which francophone players in Ontario and Alberta should factor in before signing up.
Stardust casino login and sign-up in each province
The Stardust casino login page you need depends on where you are standing, not where you live. The Stardust casino Ontario login belongs to the Ontario site and works only while you are physically in Ontario; the Alberta login works only inside Alberta.
- Open the site or app for the province you are in.
- Register with your real details. Ontario checks identity and age at registration and requires you to be 19 or older. Alberta runs an automatic ID check and sets the minimum age at 18.
- Select the sign-up spins when the offer is shown; no code is needed.
- If the Alberta check fails four times, upload photo ID and a utility bill or similar proof of address dated within 3 months.
- Have proof of your payment method ready, since it can be requested before a withdrawal.
If you cannot log in
Both sites only accept play from inside their own province, so check your location first if you cannot play while travelling. For anything else, live chat and the provincial support email are the routes. Accounts left unused for 24 months turn dormant, and in Ontario support is also how a forfeited dormant balance is recovered.
Responsible-gambling tools
The tool list is broad on both sites: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly in Alberta), loss limits, time limits, spend limits and single-bet limits. A cool-off is available, but the help pages disagree on its length: the responsible-gaming page gives 3 to 30 days, while a help article sets a minimum of 1 day and, in Ontario, says it cannot be reversed.
Self-exclusion in Alberta can be set for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. In Ontario the site also links to BetGuard, the province's central self-exclusion; it covers Ontario's regulated sites only, not casinos elsewhere. Casino games carry a house edge however generous the spins look. Setting a deposit limit before claiming the welcome match is the simplest safeguard. Ontario and Alberta help lines, along with those for the other provinces, are on our responsible gambling page.
Stardust casino Canada: Ontario, Alberta and everyone else
Stardust casino Canada means two sites, and only two provinces can use them. Stardust casino Alberta is the newer of the pair, open since the province's regulated market went live on 13 July 2026.
| Ontario site | Alberta site | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can play | Players located in Ontario, 19+ | Players located in Alberta, 18+ |
| Regulation | AGCO registration, iGaming Ontario agreement | AGLC registration (to 13 July 2027), Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement |
| Sign-up spins | 50 on Cash Eruption, 10x on winnings | 100 on Cash Eruption, zero playthrough |
| First-deposit spins | 250 on Tricks and Treats | 250 on Cash Eruption |
| Game count | Not published ("thousands") | 1,574 |
| Dormant account | Balance forfeited after notice | Up to C$1.00 monthly fee |
| Central self-exclusion link | BetGuard | Not listed |
Quebec is not accepted by either site, and neither are British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan or the Atlantic provinces. Players there have a provincially run casino site instead. No offshore Stardust site for the rest of Canada is on record. Our guide to playing in Canada shows what each of those provinces offers instead.
Who Stardust suits
Stardust is built for slot players in Ontario or Alberta who want a regulated site with low play-through. Play-through is 10x on deposit and bonus, Interac and PayPal both pay out, and the apps are on both stores. Alberta players get the better opening: 100 spins with no playthrough at all.
Table and live players will find little here, since those games do not count towards the bonus and Alberta lists only 9 live tables. French speakers have no French version to use. Big winners should keep the C$4,000 weekly cap in mind, and anyone who plays occasionally should log in at least once every 24 months. Our review method explains how the score of 7.2 was set, and more brands are compared in our casino reviews.
