The bCasino login register process is the same for every Canadian: there is one site, bcasino.com, run by Green Feather Online Limited under a Malta Gaming Authority licence, and the help centre says it has no country-specific terms. No province is excluded.
This guide follows an account from registration to the first withdrawal and beyond: age rules, the sign-up bonus, verification, the web app, failed logins, inactivity and how to step away. It draws on bCasino's terms and the help centre it shares with sister site Boo Casino, as of October 2026.
Before you register: age and province
bCasino requires you to be at least 18, or 21 in Estonia, or the age of majority in your country, whichever is greater. For Canadians the provincial age is what counts: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
The site is offshore. It holds no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario agreement, and no AGLC registration or Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement, so it is not part of the regulated markets in Ontario or Alberta. Elsewhere in Canada, each province offers its own provincially run casino site. Our playing in Canada page sets out the options.
The bCasino sign up bonus at registration
New accounts can take a welcome package over their first three deposits: 100% up to C$500 plus 50 free spins, then 50% up to C$200, then 125% up to C$500 plus 50 free spins. The minimum deposit to qualify is C$20.
Before accepting the bCasino sign up bonus, weigh three rules:
- wagering is 40x the deposit plus the bonus, and 25x on free spin winnings;
- the bonus may expire 7 days after it is awarded;
- the most you can win from it is C$1,000, at a maximum bet of C$4 per spin.
A C$50 first deposit with the full match means C$4,000 in bets before the bonus turns into cash. No bonus code is shown for the welcome package. Full bonus maths, game weighting and the weekly offers are in our bCasino review.
- ID checks (KYC): ID + proof of address required before the first withdrawal and when cumulative deposits reach EUR 2,000 (or equivalent) in a rolling 180 days; account paused if not provided within 30 days source
- iOS app: No source
- Android app: No source
- Browser play: Yes source
- Live chat: 24/7 (AI agent first, human on request) source
- Email: [email protected], answered within 48 hours source

Verification: when bCasino asks for documents
The help centre names two moments when documents are required:
- before your first withdrawal;
- when your total deposits reach EUR 2,000, or the equivalent in C$, within a rolling 180 days.
Both times you will need an identity document and proof of address. If you do not provide them within 30 days of being asked, the account is paused until you do.
Withdrawal processing, 3 to 5 business days, only starts once the account is verified. Sending documents straight after registering is therefore the simplest way to shorten your first payout. The minimum withdrawal is C$20.
Logging in on a phone: the bCasino web app
There is no bCasino app in the App Store or on Google Play. On a phone you can log in through the mobile browser, or use the site's "Download app" option, which adds a web app icon to your home screen. Because no store app exists, a listing claiming to be the bCasino app is not one the casino recognises, and it is safer to avoid it.
When the bCasino login does not work
Run through the likely causes before contacting anyone:
- The address: check that you are on bcasino.com, not a lookalike page.
- Your credentials: re-enter them with care and reset the password if needed.
- A paused account: if documents were requested more than 30 days ago and not sent, the account is paused until they arrive.
- An exclusion or time-out you set earlier.
Support is open 24/7 by live chat, where an AI agent answers first and a human takes over on request, and by email at [email protected], which promises a reply within 48 hours. No phone line is listed. The site is available in French as well as English and Spanish, but French-speaking agents are not confirmed.
Accounts left unused
If you stop playing, log in from time to time or close the account. After 12 months without a login plus a further 30 days, the terms allow an inactivity fee of EUR 5, or the equivalent, every month.
Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion
Inside the account you can set deposit, bet and loss limits by day, week or month, turn on reality checks, take a time-out, or self-exclude for a longer period or permanently. Self-exclusion is the route the help centre names for stepping away for good; it does not describe a separate closure procedure, so ask support if you only want to close the account.
These controls cover bCasino alone. Ontario's BetGuard and other provincial schemes apply only to their own regulated sites. Help lines are on our responsible gambling page.
