The help centre gives C$5 as the minimum deposit for CAD accounts, with a note that the figure may differ by method or promotion. So a Boo Casino 5$ deposit is possible on a CAD account, but the welcome package needs C$20 per deposit, so a C$5 payment adds funds without unlocking the first match. The help centre puts Boo Casino withdrawal time at 3 to 5 business days to process, and the clock starts only once your account is verified. Players at Gold loyalty level and above get Fast-Track priority. The help centre gives no separate timings per method and no list of which methods can receive a Boo Casino withdrawal, so check the cashier before you deposit with a method you plan to cash out to.

The 15% charge is easy to miss. Deposit C$100, play C$150 and ask for the rest back, and the casino can keep 15% of the withdrawal. The C$20,000 monthly cap means a very large win can only be withdrawn at up to C$20,000 per rolling 30 days.

So, is Boo Casino legit? It is a real, licensed operation with a named company and a regulator you can check. What it is not is a provincially licensed casino. The terms give Canadians a complaints route through eCOGRA, but none of the protections that come with an AGCO or AGLC registration, such as Ontario's BetGuard self-exclusion.
The terms used here are version 15-MC-EN, dated 9 October 2026, and the help centre says there are no country-specific terms, so Canadians play under the same rules as everyone else.
