Boo Casino Login, Registration and Account Guide for Canada

One site for every province, a CAD account, and ID checks that can pause your account

The Boo Casino login works the same way wherever you are in Canada, because there is only one Boo site for the country: the offshore boocasino.com, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. There is no separate Ontario or Alberta version to choose between, and no store app to install.

This guide walks through registration, the sign-up bonus, the document checks and the account rules that can lock you out, based on Boo's terms and help centre as of October 2026. It also covers how to take a break or close the door on the account if you need to.

Boo Casino Canada login: one site for every province

Unlike brands that run a separate regulated site in Ontario or Alberta, Boo uses one offshore site for every province. The terms block registration only from the USA, Israel, the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, and the help centre says there are no country-specific terms. The Boo Casino Canada login is therefore the same page and the same account rules from Victoria to St. John's.

Because the site is not registered with the AGCO or the AGLC, an Ontario or Alberta player signing up here is outside the provincial regulated market. Our guide to playing in Canada explains what that changes.

Boo Casino registration and sign up, step by step

  1. Check the age rule. The terms require you to be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, whichever is greater. Across Canada the legal age to gamble is 19, apart from Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec at 18.
  2. Complete the Boo Casino registration with your real details, since ID and proof of address are checked later.
  3. Pick CAD as the currency, so deposits, limits and bonuses are shown in Canadian dollars.
  4. Set a deposit limit in the responsible-gaming tools before you add money.
  5. Make a first deposit. The CAD minimum is C$5, but the welcome package needs at least C$20.

Documents are requested later in the Boo Casino sign up process, but sending them early saves time at your first withdrawal.

Sign-up bonus and the no-deposit question

The Boo Casino sign up bonus is the three-deposit welcome package: 100% up to C$500, then 50% up to C$200, then 100% up to C$300, each with 50 free spins. No code is listed. It is wagered 40 times on deposit plus bonus, which on a C$100 first deposit means C$8,000 in bets.

A Boo Casino login no deposit bonus, a reward just for registering or logging in, is not on offer: Boo's terms list no no-deposit bonus for new players as of October 2026. The loyalty scheme does include Login Rewards, but these belong to the loyalty programme rather than the welcome offer, and their value is not given on the pages we quote. The full terms are in our Boo Casino bonus guide.

Verification: documents and the 30-day deadline

Boo asks for two documents, ID and proof of address, at two points:

  • before your first withdrawal
  • when your total deposits reach EUR 2,000, or the equivalent in CAD, within a rolling 180 days

If you do not provide them within 30 days of being asked, the account is paused. You can avoid the pause by uploading clear copies as soon as you register. Withdrawals take 3 to 5 business days to process, counted from verification, so a late upload also slows your first payout.

Mobile login and the home-screen app

Neither Apple's nor Google's store carries a Boo listing. The help centre describes a web app instead: use the "Download app" button on the site, or your browser's Add to Home Screen option, and a shortcut appears that opens the mobile site.

Because there is no store listing, an installable file offered by anyone other than the casino itself should be treated as unofficial.

When the Boo Casino login does not work

  • Verification pending: if Boo asked for documents more than 30 days ago and you did not send them, the account is paused until you do.
  • Restricted country: registration is not allowed from the USA, Israel, the UK, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man.
  • Long inactivity: after 12 months without login, plus 30 days, an inactive account is charged EUR 5 a month, so a forgotten balance shrinks.
  • Self-exclusion or time-out: a break you set yourself blocks play for as long as it runs.

For anything else, live chat is open 24/7. An AI agent answers first, and you can ask for a human. Email [email protected] promises a reply within 48 hours. We found no phone line on the support pages.

Time-outs, self-exclusion and closing the account

Boo's responsible-gaming tools include deposit, bet and loss limits, reality checks, a time-out and self-exclusion for a longer period or permanently. Provincial schemes such as BetGuard in Ontario or the AGLC's programme in Alberta cover only sites regulated in that province, so they do not reach Boo: exclusion has to be set on the Boo account itself. Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
