When the login does not work
- Location: the /on and /ab sites check where you are each time. Outside the province, they will not let you play.
- Wrong lane: each site has its own operator; details made on /ca may not open /on or /ab.
- Restricted territory: on /ca, money deposited from a restricted territory is forfeited, so do not use a site from a place it excludes.
