This Extreme Casino Canada review covers Casino Extreme, run by Anden Online N.V. in Curacao. It accepts Canadians, names no restricted province in its terms, and explicitly lets Canadian players withdraw winnings from its welcome, no-deposit and match bonuses. It is also a long way from the Canadian mainstream: accounts run in US dollars, there is no Interac, and most of the banking page is about cryptocurrency.
This review sets out what the casino's own pages say, as read on 23 October 2026. That includes some awkward points: two different welcome headlines, two licence descriptions that do not agree, and several areas where the pages we could reach publish nothing at all.
Welcome bonus: two headlines, one code
The welcome offer is not described the same way on every page. The promotions page headlines a "1000% BONUS" and also a "200% NO-RULES + 100% CASHBACK" deal. The banking page puts it plainly: "200% NO RULES BONUS ON FIRST DEPOSIT. USE CODE: LIMITLESS". The terms cap the bonus at US$1,000 per deposit for the first three transactions. We could not capture the separate terms for the "no rules" bonus, so its conditions are unknown.
The standard rules for deposit bonuses are clearer:
- wagering of 15 times the deposit plus the bonus;
- free-spin winnings at 40 times and free chips at 30 times;
- a maximum bet of $20 while any deposit coupon is active;
- 777 slot, baccarat, craps, pontoon blackjack, roulette and sic bo excluded from wagering;
- a maximum cashout on bonuses, with anything above it removed after wagering.
A worked example, in US dollars because that is the account currency: deposit US$100 and take a 200% bonus of US$200. If the standard 15x rule on deposit plus bonus applied, you would need to wager US$300 × 15 = US$4,500. At the US$20 bet limit that is at least 225 bets. The "no rules" version may work differently, which is exactly why its missing terms matter.
The per-deposit cap shapes how much any headline percentage is worth. At 200%, the US$1,000 ceiling is reached with a US$500 deposit; anything above that earns no extra bonus. At the advertised 1000%, a US$100 deposit would already hit it. The cap applies to each of the first three transactions, so the most the welcome stage can add is US$3,000 across three deposits.

Terms that bite, and what we could not verify
Before depositing, these are the clauses most likely to cost you money:
- The 1x rule. Deposit US$200, play none of it and ask for it back, and the fee can reach US$20.
- Restricted games. Roulette, baccarat, craps, sic bo, pontoon blackjack and 777 slot do nothing for your wagering.
- Bet ceiling. A $20 maximum per bet applies while a deposit coupon is live.
- Capped bonus wins. Bonus winnings above the maximum cashout are removed after wagering, and the cap amounts were not shown.

There is no Interac and no Canadian-dollar option, so a Canadian card deposit may involve a currency conversion by your bank. Crypto is the only route the page confirms for withdrawals.
The terms add three conditions worth knowing:
- Withdrawing without wagering your deposit at least once can cost a fee of up to 10%.
- Withdrawals are subject to daily and weekly limits set by VIP class, with any excess paid on the following days or weeks. The limit amounts are not published.

Casino Extreme is run by Anden Online N.V., with an address at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curacao. Its licence position is the main question mark:
- The footer says the company "has submitted an application for a license with the Curacao Gaming Authority, and the status of the application is currently 'Active'". A check of the Curacao validator returned licence number OGL/2024/1274/0819.
- Clause 1.1 of the terms still refers to the old Curacao eGaming master licence, 1668/JAZ.
The two descriptions conflict, and the terms appear not to have been updated. Neither is a Canadian licence: Casino Extreme is not registered in Ontario or Alberta, and no province licenses it. The footer links to a Central Dispute System for complaints, which is a useful route if a withdrawal is disputed. Keep copies of your deposit records, any messages with the casino and any bonus code you used; a dispute service can only weigh what you can show.
We found no testing-lab certificate and no published payout percentage, and regulator actions have not been checked for this brand. A missing record is not evidence of a problem, but it is not evidence of safety either.
