ComeOn Registration and Login Guide 2026

ComeOn registration in Canada happens in one place: comeon.com/on, the Ontario site run by Bunchberry Limited under AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario operating agreement. The former rest-of-Canada site at comeon.com/ca redirects there throughout 2026, and the iPhone app says it is for Ontario based players only.

This guide covers who can sign up, the sign-up offer, proof of age, logging in on the web and on the app, and what to try when access fails. ComeOn's Ontario help pages are blocked from outside the province and are not archived, so some steps are described from the rules we could read, not from the full help section.

Who can register at ComeOn

• Location: Ontario only. Alberta has no registered ComeOn site, and the other provinces are served by no ComeOn site at all in 2026.
• Age: ComeOn states that you must be 19 years of age to register and open an account.
• Where: comeon.com/on in a browser; the App Store listing ComeOn! Casino Online & Bet for iPhone.

The footer of ComeOn's pages also carries an 18+ line meant for its other markets. For Ontario the rule is 19+, and that is the one that applies.

ComeOn register and sign up steps

The pages we could read support these steps for anyone who wants to register with ComeOn:

1. Be in Ontario. Visitors elsewhere see an access-restricted notice instead of the site.
2. Open comeon.com/on, or install the iPhone app from the App Store.
3. Register with accurate details, including your real date of birth, since ComeOn can ask for proof of age at any time.
4. Make a first deposit of C$20 if you want the welcome spins.

The deposit methods available at sign-up could not be confirmed, because the Ontario banking pages are blocked from outside the province. Check the cashier before you register if a particular method matters to you.

The ComeOn sign up offer

The ComeOn casino sign up bonus in the February 2026 copy of its Ontario bonus guide is 300 free spins in three steps: 100 spins for a C$20 first deposit, then 200 more across the next two deposits. No code is mentioned. The guide gives no wagering, spin value or expiry, so read those terms inside your account before the first deposit.

The ComeOn sign up offer is also Ontario only. The former rest-of-Canada match bonus disappeared with the comeon.com/ca site. More on both is on our ComeOn bonus page.

Proof of age and verification

The rule we could confirm is short: ComeOn reserves the right to ask any customer for proof of age, and an account may be suspended until satisfactory proof is provided. Have government photo ID ready, and make sure the name and date of birth on it match your registration.

Further checks, such as proof of address or of payment ownership before a withdrawal, are not described in the pages we could read, so we cannot list ComeOn's exact requirements.

ComeOn casino Ontario login: web and app

The ComeOn casino Ontario login works in two places. In a browser, sign in on comeon.com/on. On an iPhone, the App Store app ComeOn! Casino Online & Bet, published by Co-Gaming Ltd, is the one listed for Ontario. It showed a rating of 4.29 from 1,284 ratings on 23 October 2026. No Google Play listing could be confirmed, so Android users should log in through the browser.

A ComeOn casino Canada login under the old comeon.com/ca address no longer exists as a separate site: that address redirects to comeon.com/on, so the Ontario login is the only one left for Canadians.

When the login fails

• You are outside Ontario. ComeOn shows an "ACCESS RESTRICTED" page that says residents in your location are not permitted to use www.ComeOn.com/on.
• You are using an old bookmark. comeon.com/ca now redirects to the Ontario site.
• Proof of age is pending. An account can be suspended until ComeOn receives satisfactory proof.
• A break or exclusion is active. Any time-out or self-exclusion you set will block access while it runs.

For anything else, the support address we could confirm is [email protected], shown on the access-restricted page. Live chat, phone and support hours could not be checked from outside Ontario.

Taking a break or closing the account

ComeOn's responsible-gambling page could not be read, so we cannot list its exact tools or how to close an account. As an Ontario-registered operator it must meet the AGCO's player-protection standards; look in your account settings for limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, or ask support at the email above. Ontario's provincial self-exclusion covers Ontario's regulated sites only. Help lines are on our responsible gambling page, and the provincial picture is in our guide to playing in Canada.
