The Gaming Club casino login is the same for every province that the casino accepts, because there is only one Canadian site, run offshore by Baytree Interactive Ltd under a Kahnawake licence. There is no separate Ontario or Alberta version to choose between, and Ontario residents cannot hold an account at all.
This guide follows an account from start to finish: who may register, what the signup bonus asks of you, which documents verification needs, how the app and browser compare, what to try when Gaming Club login fails, and how to close the account or exclude yourself. It is based on the casino's terms, banking page, FAQ and mobile page, as archived between January and September 2026.
Who can open a Gaming Club account
- Province: clause 1.1.2.2 says the casino cannot open accounts for individuals residing in Ontario. The other provinces are not excluded in the January 2026 terms.
- Age: over 18 and the age of majority where you live (clause 1.1.4). In practice that is 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Language: the site has a Français (CA) version, so Quebec players can register in French.
Use your real name, address and date of birth. The verification described below compares them with your documents, so details that do not match can hold up a payout.
- ID checks (KYC): may require copy of driver's licence, utility bill and both sides of the credit card used (banking page); terms 7.4 verification at EUR 2,000 source checked 21 Feb 2026
- iOS app: mobile page says 'Prefer an app?' - app offered (store link not captured); App Store listing 'GamingClub Casino' id652754275 by Sugarbush Worx (Pty) Ltd last updated 2020-06-18 source checked 4 Feb 2026
- Browser play: Yes source checked 4 Feb 2026
- Live chat: around the clock via live chat source checked 18 Feb 2026
- Email: email offered (address not shown) source checked 18 Feb 2026
- Hours: 24/7 ('any time of the day or night') source checked 18 Feb 2026
- French: site: Francais (CA); support 'available in English and French through our online Help Centre' source checked 3 Feb 2026
- Responsible-gambling tools: deposit limits; session reminders; self-exclusion; self-diagnosis questionnaire source checked 3 Feb 2026
The Gaming Club casino signup bonus
The signup bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit up to C$200 and on the second up to C$150, with a C$10 minimum and 35x wagering on the bonus. Two timing rules matter at registration: the offer must be claimed within 7 days of opening the account, and match money still unused after 2 months is forfeited. No code is needed. Our Gaming Club bonus guide covers the wagering maths and the clauses that cap bonus wins.
Verification: the documents Gaming Club may ask for
Gaming Club does not publish a fixed timetable for identity checks, but its pages say what may be requested:
- A copy of your driver's licence.
- A utility bill showing your address.
- Both sides of the credit card you used to deposit.
Clause 7.4 of the terms links verification to a EUR 2,000 threshold, and it also says money must be withdrawn to the method you deposited with, up to the amount deposited. Sending the documents before your first withdrawal saves time, because every withdrawal already spends a rolling 24 hours in pending, with no processing at weekends.
App or browser
The mobile page confirms Gaming Club runs in a phone browser, and asks 'Prefer an app?' without the store link being visible on the archived copy. The only matching App Store listing, GamingClub Casino by Sugarbush Worx (Pty) Ltd, was last updated on 18 June 2020. No Android app is named. The browser is therefore the dependable way to sign in on a phone, and it avoids installing software from a link you cannot trace back to the casino.
When the Gaming Club login fails
Work through these in order:
- Check the details. Make sure you are entering the account details you registered with, on the Canadian site.
- Check where you are. If you have moved to Ontario, the terms do not allow an account for Ontario residents.
- Think about inactivity. After six months without a login, clause 1.5.2.1 charges an administration fee equal to 10 euros each month, for up to 18 months, after which the remaining balance is forfeited. A long-forgotten account may have been drained or closed this way.
- Contact support. Live chat answers around the clock, and the FAQ also offers email, though it does not show the address. Help in English and French runs through the online Help Centre.
Never share your password with anyone offering to fix an account for you; use only the contact routes on the casino's own site. If a dispute with support goes nowhere, the regulator for this site is the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which lists Baytree Interactive Limited among its permit holders. No Canadian province regulates Gaming Club, so the AGCO and AGLC cannot step in.
Closing the account or taking a break
The casino lists four responsible-gambling tools: deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion and a self-diagnosis questionnaire. To stop playing for good:
- Withdraw any balance first, allowing for the 24-hour pending period.
- Ask support to close the account, or use self-exclusion if you want the casino to keep you out.
- If you hold accounts at Baytree sister casinos such as Jackpot City or Spin Casino, deal with each one; the terms are shared, but nothing says one closure covers the rest.
Provincial self-exclusion schemes only cover each province's own regulated sites, so they will not lock you out of an offshore casino like Gaming Club. Our responsible gambling page has the help lines for every province.
