What 35x on the bonus means in dollars

Spin Casino Canada real money play runs in Canadian dollars on both the offshore and Ontario sites. Interac is accepted for deposits and withdrawals, with a stated withdrawal time of 1-3 business days. The offshore payment page also lists:

How a withdrawal moves
- You request a payout of at least $50, the minimum on both sites.
- The request sits pending for a rolling 24 hours, during which you can reverse it (terms 7.8).
- Nothing is processed over weekends, so a Friday request waits longer.
- Funds go back to your deposit method up to the amount you deposited, and the terms warn there may be charges for withdrawals (7.4).
Caps and currency on the offshore site
The offshore terms set a maximum of GBP10,000 per 24 hours and a weekly cap of EUR 4,000 for players withdrawing five times or more their lifetime deposits across the casino group (terms 7.6 and 7.7). The FAQ, however, says 'There are no restrictions on the amount you can withdraw'. The two pages contradict each other, and the terms are what the casino would apply. The terms also allow winnings to be paid in euros regardless of account currency (1.1.10). The Ontario FAQ states there are no restrictions on the maximum withdrawal amount and lists no weekly cap.
Identity checks are triggered offshore on single or cumulative transactions of EUR 2,000 or more. The casino may ask for photo ID, proof of address under six months old, proof that the payment method is yours and proof of income. In Ontario, identity is verified at registration as the AGCO standards and FINTRAC rules require, and documents may need to be notarized.

Spin Casino app and mobile play
The iPhone app in the Canadian App Store is published by Cadtree Limited, the Ontario and Alberta operator, with spincasino.ca as its seller website; it was at version 22.0 on 6 October 2026. The offshore homepage says the casino is accessible on the Apple App Store, but it links no store page, and the offshore Spin Casino app for Android is an APK file downloaded directly from the website rather than from Google Play. On the Ontario side, the Cadtree developer page on Google Play listed only Jackpot City in October 2026, so Android users in Ontario play in the browser.
Is the Spin Casino app download free? Our sources record no price for either the App Store app or the website APK; what costs money is real-money play once you deposit. For a Spin Casino app real money download, the two documented routes are the Cadtree iPhone app and the offshore website APK. Installing an APK means allowing installs from outside Google Play in your phone settings, which some players will prefer to avoid. Both sites state that the casino runs in a mobile browser, which avoids the question entirely and uses the same account as on desktop.
Whether the iOS app serves Alberta is not stated on the listing. Alberta players should check inside the app that it opens the Alberta lane before depositing.
Is Spin Casino legit? Licence, owner and safety
The offshore site's footer names Baytree Interactive Ltd, Ground Floor, Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, company number 69691, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence 00892, issued 16 February 2022. Baytree and spincasino.com appear on the commission's public permit-holders list. Sister Baytree sites began showing a new Kahnawake number, 01059, issued 26 August 2026, in their footers from September 2026; Spin Casino's captures read so far still show 00892, and a similar change is likely here too.
Fairness testing is covered by an eCOGRA Safe and Fair seal for spincasino.com with a review period from 14/12/2025 to 13/12/2026. We found no published eCOGRA payout report linked from the Spin pages we read, only the seal.
The regulated sites have a different paper trail. In Ontario, Cadtree Limited of La Corvee House, Alderney (company 2031) holds AGCO registration OPIG1237906, issued 23 June 2022, and the site appears in the iGaming Ontario directory. Its terms also refer to an Alderney Gambling Control Commission category 1 licence. In Alberta, AGLC lists Cadtree Limited as a registered iGaming operator for Spin Casino and Jackpot City, with the registration expiring on 13 July 2027.
We found no public regulator action against Spin Casino on the Kahnawake list, the AGCO news page or the AGLC register as of 23 October 2026. On the evidence, Spin Casino is a legitimate, licensed operation; the risks are in its terms, not its paperwork.
One caution on names: the casino reviewed here is the one at spincasino.com and spincasino.ca, with the operators and licence numbers above. Check the footer before you register anywhere with a similar name.
Customer support and French
The offshore site advertises around-the-clock live chat and email support; the email address itself is not printed on the pages captured, and no phone line is listed. A self-service help centre sits at help.spincasino.com, and the Ontario site has its own at help.spincasino.ca. The Ontario pages confirm live chat and email, but give no hours.
For French speakers, both sites offer a French version (Francais CA offshore, Francais ON in Ontario). Neither says whether chat agents answer in French, so a Quebec player who needs support in French should open a chat and ask before depositing. The offshore site also runs in English, Spanish, Greek and German versions for other markets.
Complaints have a time limit worth knowing: the Ontario terms require them within 6 months, and none can be logged within one week after a withdrawal (10.13.1).

Registration follows the same pattern on each lane, but you must use the right one for where you are physically located:
