This Swiper casino review covers on.swiper.com, an Ontario-only site run by Canadix Limited, a Maltese company that also operates Betinia and ToonieBet in the province. Swiper is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and works under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. Its iOS app first appeared on 17 October 2025.
The pitch is a "Welcome Package 500 Bonus Spin": 125 spins on each of the first four deposits, with 15x wagering on whatever the spins win and none on the deposit itself. The catch is that each set of spins can release no more than C$250. Site terms quoted here are the version online on 10 July 2026, the latest we could check; licence, app and province details were checked in October 2026.
The Swiper casino bonus: 500 spins over four deposits
The welcome package is spread across four deposits rather than loaded into the first one. Each qualifying deposit of at least C$20 unlocks a set of 125 Bonus Spins, each valued at C$0.10.
- 1st deposit (C$20 or more): 125 Bonus Spins.
- 2nd deposit (C$20 or more): 125 Bonus Spins.
- 3rd deposit (C$20 or more): 125 Bonus Spins.
- 4th deposit (C$20 or more): 125 Bonus Spins.
Winnings from the spins must be wagered 15 times within 10 days. There is no match percentage, so the deposit itself carries no play-through. No bonus code appears in the terms.
The welcome spins in dollars
All the figures below come straight from the offer terms; nothing is projected.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Face value of one set (125 x C$0.10) | C$12.50 |
| Face value of all 500 spins | C$50 |
| Least you can deposit to unlock all four sets (4 x C$20) | C$80 |
| Most one set can release | C$250 |
| Bets needed if one set wins C$250 (15 x C$250) | C$3,750 |
Rules that apply while a bonus is active
- Maximum bet of C$8, and never more than 20% of the bonus amount.
- Most slots, scratch cards and keno count 100% towards wagering.
- Live games, video poker and Plinko count 10%.
- Table and card games count 0%, and so does Spaceman.
- Bingo cannot be played with bonus funds.
The C$250 ceiling is the term that bites. A lucky set of spins that runs past it is trimmed back, and the rest is lost. More on how wagering and caps affect our scores is on the how we review page.
Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Is there a Swiper casino no deposit bonus or anything free?
No. As of the July 2026 terms, Swiper lists no no-deposit offer. Every one of the 500 Bonus Spins needs a qualifying deposit of C$20 first, so "Swiper casino free" spins exist only in the sense that they come on top of money you have already paid in.
The general rules do contain a clause for no-deposit bonuses: winnings from one are capped at three times the bonus amount. That clause tells you how such an offer would be limited if Swiper ran one. It does not mean one is available now.
The promotions section has also listed these offers:
- Weekly Cashback 15% and Live Cashback 25%
- Weekly Reload and Weekend Reload
- Weekly casino and sport Challenges
- Tournaments and a Claw Machine game
- A Shop and VIP Levels
The detailed terms for these were not part of the pages we could check, so we do not quote their wagering or caps. Read each one in the lobby before you opt in. VIP Levels also matter for withdrawals, as the limits section below shows.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Swiper casino online games and studios
Swiper does not publish a game count or a split between slots, live and table games, so we give no number. What the site does show is a long list of studio pages: 26 named providers and about 70 more.
Named studios include AGS, Ainsworth, Booming, ELK, Evolution, Ezugi, Games Global, Gamomat, Hacksaw, IGT, Inspired, Konami, Light & Wonder, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Playson, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Relax, Thunderkick and Wazdan.
That mix points to three kinds of play:
- Land-based slot makers such as AGS, Ainsworth, IGT, Konami and Light & Wonder.
- Online slot studios such as Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax and Thunderkick.
- Live dealer tables from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Live. The App Store listing itself is titled "Swiper Ontario Live Casino".
Swiper names no testing lab and publishes no payout percentage. Every game here has a house edge; the bonus does not remove it.
Providers: AGS, Ainsworth, Booming, ELK, Evolution, Ezugi, Games Global, Gamomat, Hacksaw, IGT, Inspired, Konami, Light & Wonder, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Playson, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Relax, Thunderkick, Wazdan, and about 70 more studios source checked 10 Jul 2026
Deposits, withdrawals and the caps that apply
Swiper plays in Canadian dollars, but its payments page has no public copy we could check, so we cannot list the methods or confirm Interac. Check the cashier inside the lobby before you deposit.
The general rules are clearer on the withdrawal side:
- Requests are processed "within seventy two (72) business hours".
- No more than three withdrawals can be pending at once.
- The minimum withdrawal is generally C$15.
- The daily cap is C$9,000 for every player.
Weekly and monthly caps depend on your VIP level:
| VIP level | Weekly cap | Monthly cap |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1-2 | C$10,000 | C$40,000 |
| Level 3 | C$15,000 | C$60,000 |
| Level 4 | C$20,000 | C$80,000 |
| Level 5 | C$30,000 | C$120,000 |
One more clause concerns players who stop logging in. After 180 days without a login, the account is charged C$5.00 a month from the real-money balance. If you are done with Swiper, withdraw what is left and close the account rather than leave a balance to drain.
Swiper casino app for iPhone and Android
The Swiper casino app is available in both stores. The iOS version is listed in the Canadian App Store as "Swiper Ontario Live Casino", and the Android version is on Google Play under the developer package com.canadix.swiper. The site also works in a phone browser.
The App Store listing states that you must be 19+ and physically located in Ontario to wager, which matches the website. Installing the app in another province does not open the games there.
On 23 October 2026 the iOS app had a rating of 1.8 out of 5 from 19 ratings in the Canadian store. That is a small sample from a young app, so read it as a signal rather than a verdict. Download only from the official stores; a file from any other source did not come from a listing Swiper points to.
Licence, owner and safety
Swiper is a regulated Ontario operation, and the details are public:
- Operator: Canadix Limited, company number C102170, Quad Central, Q3 Level 3, Triq l-Esportaturi, Zone 1, Central Business District, Birkirkara, Malta.
- Regulation: registered with the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The licence number shown on the App Store listing is OPIG1456605.
- Register: Swiper appears in the iGaming Ontario directory of regulated sites, listed for casino and sports betting.
Canadix runs two more brands in the province, Betinia and ToonieBet. Swiper sits alongside them under the same company, but the facts we hold do not say whether the three share terms, accounts or loyalty points, so compare each site on its own pages.
We found no public regulator action against Swiper. That is a short record, though, because the site only appeared in late 2025. As a registered Ontario site, Swiper answers to the AGCO, which can investigate complaints and penalize operators; an offshore casino has no provincial regulator at all.
Support: chat, email and phone
Swiper publishes three ways to reach support:
- Live chat, listed as 24/7.
- Email to [email protected].
- Phone on +1-844-743-4982.
The hours have changed. The July 2026 footer gives 24/7 support, while the December 2025 footer said the phone line ran daily from 9AM to 11PM EST. If you need the phone late at night, confirm the hours in the footer first.
The site is in English only. We found no statement that support answers in French, which matters for French-speaking players in Ontario.
Swiper casino login, sign-up and ID checks
You can reach the Swiper casino login through the app or the browser, and either way wagering is only possible while you are inside Ontario.
- Open on.swiper.com or the official app and register with your real details. You must be 19 or older.
- Be in Ontario: the terms only allow wagering while you are physically located in the province.
- Make a deposit of at least C$20 if you want the first set of 125 Bonus Spins.
- Keep documents ready. Swiper may ask for ID, proof of address or proof of payment before it credits a bonus or processes a withdrawal, and the documents should generally be no older than 6 months.
If the site will not let you play while you are travelling, check your location first: wagering is only allowed from inside Ontario. For a forgotten password or a locked account, live chat and the phone line are the routes Swiper publishes.
Responsible-gambling tools
Swiper's rules list these controls:
- Deposit limits by day, week or month.
- Loss limits by day, week or month.
- Session limits.
- Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- A link to BetGuard, iGaming Ontario's centralized self-exclusion.
BetGuard covers registered Ontario sites only. It does not reach offshore casinos or the sites regulated in Alberta. Set a deposit limit before your first payment, especially with a welcome offer that asks for four separate deposits. Help lines for every province are on our responsible gambling page.
Swiper casino Canada: who can play it
"Swiper casino Canada" really means Swiper Ontario. The only site we have confirmed is on.swiper.com, and it serves players located in Ontario.
| Province | Swiper status |
|---|---|
| Ontario | on.swiper.com, AGCO-registered, iGaming Ontario agreement, 19+ |
| Alberta | Not served: no Swiper site in the Alberta iGaming Corporation directory |
| Quebec | Not served by on.swiper.com |
| Rest of Canada | Not served by on.swiper.com; no other Swiper site confirmed |
We have not verified a Swiper site for players outside Ontario, so this review makes no claim about one. Alberta's regulated market opened on 13 July 2026 with AGLC registration, and the other provinces each have a provincially run site. Our guide to playing in Canada explains how the provinces split the market.
Who Swiper suits, and who should look elsewhere
Swiper makes most sense for an Ontario slot player who wants a regulated site and a welcome offer without a heavy play-through. Wagering of 15x on spin winnings is modest, the studio list is long, and the limit tools are broad.
It makes less sense for three groups. Table and card players get nothing from the bonus at 0% weighting. Big winners on the welcome spins are held back by the C$250 ceiling per set. And anyone who needs to know the payment methods before signing up has to open the cashier to find out. Players outside Ontario cannot use it at all. The full list of brands we cover is in our casino reviews.
