Qbet Canada is the Canadian-dollar version of Qbet.com, a casino and sportsbook with an English site and a French Canada site. The welcome package promises up to C$2,250 across three deposits, Interac works in both directions, and the cashier also takes crypto. Those are the selling points. The paperwork behind them is less tidy.
Qbet publishes two sets of terms that disagree. The international terms name RegalTech Solutions Limitada in Costa Rica and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, and they shut out Ontario and New Brunswick. The Canada-market terms name a Curacao company and licence and exclude no province. This Qbet review quotes the casino's own pages as of October 2026, shows where they clash and explains what each clause means for a player in Canada. The site writes amounts with a plain $ sign; we show them as C$.
Qbet welcome bonus: up to C$2,250 over three deposits
The casino welcome bonus on the Canadian site is split into three steps:
- 1st deposit: 100% bonus up to C$250.
- 2nd deposit: 20% bonus up to C$1,000.
- 3rd deposit: 20% bonus up to C$1,000.
The minimum qualifying deposit is C$20. The offer must be claimed within 30 days of registration, and each bonus then has to be wagered 35 times within 30 days. The requirement sits on the bonus only, not on deposit plus bonus. No bonus code is listed, and deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify.
What 35x means in dollars
Because only the bonus counts, the maths is short. The minimum C$20 deposit earns a C$20 bonus and needs C$700 in slot bets. Taking the first bonus in full, C$250, means C$8,750 in bets. The two later tiers are where the headline gets expensive: at 20%, a C$1,000 bonus needs a C$5,000 deposit, which is also the Interac deposit maximum, and then C$35,000 in wagering. Collecting the full C$2,250 means depositing C$10,250 in total and betting C$78,750.
Terms that bite
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: C$10, or C$1 per line.
- Slots only. Table games, live casino and other categories are not allowed, and listed slots are excluded, among them Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2 and Jack Hammer 2.
- Requesting a withdrawal forfeits a pending bonus.
There is also a mismatch to note. The Canadian casino page says the first deposit brings 100 free spins on Le Bandit, while the promotion page lists no spins at all. The titles the casino Qbet runs next to its sportsbook puts forward are slots. Qbet publishes no game count, neither a total nor a split by category, so we cannot tell you how big the lobby is. The studios it names are Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming. Others may well be there, but we list only what Qbet itself names.

Qbet publishes no payout percentage and names no testing lab, so there is no independent figure for how its games return over time. Every game in the lobby keeps a house edge, whatever the promotions highlight.

Qbet withdrawal time, limits and fees
Qbet's terms say a withdrawal request should be approved or denied within 24 hours. After that, the Qbet withdrawal time depends on the method. Interac e-Transfer, listed as a bank transfer, takes 1 to 3 bank days; e-wallets and crypto are shown as instant. Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and prepaid cards are deposit-only, so a payout has to go out by Interac, an e-wallet or crypto.
Interac takes deposits from C$10 to C$5,000 and pays out from C$20 to C$3,000. E-wallets and crypto both pay out up to C$10,000. The e-wallet logos on the international page are MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller and Jetonbank, and the coins accepted are Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Tether and USD Coin.
Caps and fees in the terms
- Withdrawal limits of €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week and €100,000 per month, or the local-currency equivalent. Amounts of €20,000 or more may be paid in instalments.
- The general terms set a €10 minimum withdrawal; the payments page sets C$20 for each withdrawal method.
- A second or later withdrawal within a rolling 24 hours costs 3%, up to €20.
- Withdrawing before the deposit has been turned over costs a 10% administration fee, minimum €5, under the Canadian terms.
- Players who deposit in crypto cannot withdraw in fiat currency.
The practical lesson: put your Qbet withdrawal into one request per rolling 24 hours, play through the deposit amount at least once before cashing out, and decide before the first deposit whether you want to be paid in crypto or in dollars, because the choice locks in.

Is there a Qbet app?
We found no Qbet app for iPhone or Android. Qbet is played in a web browser, so there is nothing to install. Be wary of any file offered as a Qbet app outside the official stores: no store listing for one turned up.
On a phone it is worth checking the address bar. The Canadian versions sit under /ca-CA/ for English and /caf-CA/ for French, while /en-UN/ is the international version with its own terms. The welcome bonus quoted in this review is the one on the Canadian version.
Is Qbet legit? Licence and operator
Qbet holds a licence that can be checked. The Tobique Gaming Commission validator lists www.qbet.com under licence 0000087 with the status VALID, in the name of RegalTech Solutions Limitada. That company is registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-924841, at the Ofident Building in San Pedro, San Jose.
The complication is the second set of terms. The page at /ca-CA/terms names Novatech Solutions, at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N in Curacao, and a Curacao Gaming Control Board licence numbered OGL/2024/1790/1062, granted on 30 October 2024. We have not been able to check that licence on the Curacao register, and the page may simply be out of date. Until Qbet aligns the two, we treat RegalTech and the Tobique licence as current, because that is what the regulator's own validator confirms.

Neither page names a parent group, sister casinos, a launch year or a testing lab. No Canadian province licenses Qbet: it is an offshore casino, and the protections of the Ontario or Alberta regulated markets do not apply to it.
Support and French at Qbet
Support runs through live chat and email at [email protected]. No phone number is published and no opening hours are stated, so we cannot say whether chat is staffed around the clock.
French speakers get a French Canada version of the site. Qbet does not say that its agents answer in French, so the French site is confirmed and French service is not. Other language versions include Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, German and Turkish.
Qbet login, sign-up and ID checks
Opening an account takes a few steps, and the order matters for the bonus:
- Use the Canadian version of the site, in English or French, so the Canadian-dollar terms apply.
- Register with your real details. Qbet asks players to be 18 or over, or to meet a higher local minimum age. In Canada that means 19, except in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where it is 18.
- For the welcome bonus, make the first deposit of at least C$20 with a method other than Neteller or Skrill, and within 30 days of registering.
Verification matters more than the form. Qbet's terms require Customer Due Diligence to be completed within 30 days of the first deposit, before you wager €2,000 of your own money, or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. Expect to provide proof of identity and address, and possibly proof of where your funds come from. Doing it early means the first payout is not the moment you find out a document is missing.
If the Qbet login fails, the routes are live chat and email; there is no phone line. Players in Ontario and New Brunswick are excluded by the international terms, so an account opened from there is outside the rules from day one.
Responsible-gambling tools
Qbet's responsible-gambling page lists five tools:
- deposit limits;
- net deposit limits, which act as a loss limit;
- take a break;
- a self-assessment test;
- self-exclusion.
The time periods for each tool are not given on the pages we read, so ask support what lengths are available before you rely on one. Because Qbet is offshore, provincial self-exclusion schemes such as Ontario's BetGuard do not reach it: each covers only the regulated sites in its own province. Qbet Canada: which provinces can sign up
The international terms set out the Canadian picture as follows:
- Ontario: not accepted. Ontario players use sites registered with the AGCO that have an iGaming Ontario operating agreement, and Qbet is not one of them.
- New Brunswick: not accepted, under the same clause.
- Alberta: accepted on the offshore Canadian site. Qbet is not registered with AGLC, so it sits outside the regulated market Alberta opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec: accepted, with a French version of the site.
- Other provinces: accepted on the offshore site.
The Canadian terms list no prohibited province, which contradicts that clause. Who Qbet suits: our Qbet casino review verdict
Qbet fits a slot player outside Ontario and New Brunswick who wants Interac in both directions, values cashback and monthly tournaments, and is willing to read terms closely. The 100% first-deposit bonus to C$250, wagered on the bonus only, is the part of the package worth weighing. The two 20% tiers ask for very large deposits for a modest extra.
Skip it if you play table or live games with a bonus, since those are excluded, or if you cash out several times a day, because every request after the first in 24 hours costs 3%. A player who wants one clear operator and one clear licence may also want to wait: as of October 2026 the two terms pages still disagree, and the casino publishes no app, game count, testing lab or support hours.
