All Slots Casino Login: Signing Up, Verifying and Getting Back In

Who can open an account, which documents to prepare and what to do when the login stops working

The All Slots Casino login is the door to an account held with Baytree Interactive Ltd under a Kahnawake licence, and it opens only for players outside Ontario. The terms state that the casino cannot open accounts for Ontario residents, so a sign-in attempt from there is not a technical fault to fix.

This guide covers registration, identity checks, phone access, failed logins, the dormant-account fee and the tools for stepping away. It relies on the casino's withdrawal, mobile, about and terms pages, archived between January and March 2026, and on its October 2026 homepage.

Opening an account from Canada

  1. Check the age rule. The casino accepts players aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their province or territory. That means 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
  2. Check your province. Anywhere except Ontario can register on the Canadian edition.
  3. Register with details that match your ID. The documents you send later must line up with the name and address on the account.
  4. Choose a deposit method you can also be paid back to. Withdrawals go to the last method used for depositing, so pick one that works both ways for you.
  5. Decide on the bonus early. The welcome match must be claimed within 7 days of opening the account. Its terms are on our All Slots bonus page.

The site offers English, Français and Deutsch, so Quebec players can complete the steps in French.

  • ID checks (KYC): government ID (driver's licence or passport) and a recent utility bill, emailed to [email protected] (.jpg/.tiff/.pdf, max 5 MB); terms 7.4 verification at EUR 2,000 source checked 19 Jan 2026
  • iOS app: site says no app download needed (browser play); about-us mentions 'a dedicated app for iOS and Android' - CONFLICT; App Store listing 'All Slots Casino' id578901858 is by Robben Island Media (last updated 2025-03-06) source checked 24 Mar 2026
  • Android app: 'APK shortcuts' (bookmark-style) mentioned; no Google Play app source checked 24 Mar 2026
  • Browser play: Yes source checked 24 Mar 2026
  • Live chat: Yes source checked 24 Mar 2026
  • Email: [email protected] source checked 19 Jan 2026
  • French: site: Francais language option; support language not stated source checked 19 Jan 2026
  • Responsible-gambling tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session reminders; take a break (24 hours to several weeks); self-exclusion (6-month minimum or indefinite); self-assessment source checked 24 Mar 2026

Verification: the documents to have ready

The withdrawal page asks for two things:

  • government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or a passport
  • a recent utility bill showing your address

Both go by email to [email protected] as .jpg, .tiff or .pdf files of no more than 5 MB each. The terms also set a verification point at EUR 2,000, so a player who has never been asked for documents should expect the request once activity passes that level.

The pages read do not say how long a document review takes. Withdrawals pass a 24-hour pending period and are processed Monday to Friday.

All Slots Casino online login on a phone

The mobile page says no download is needed: the site runs in a phone browser. It also mentions APK shortcuts for Android, which behave like a home-screen bookmark, and there is no app on Google Play. The about page speaks of a dedicated app for iOS and Android, and the Canadian App Store does carry a listing named All Slots Casino, but its publisher is Robben Island Media rather than Baytree.

Since the casino does not point to that listing, we would not type an All Slots password into it. Logging in through the browser on the Canadian site is the route the casino itself documents, and a bookmark saves you from typing the address each time.

When the All Slots Casino Canada login fails

Work through the likely causes in this order:

  1. Residence. If you live in Ontario, the terms do not allow an account at all. Travelling elsewhere in Canada does not change the residency rule in the terms.
  2. The address you are using. Use the Canadian edition you registered on, typed or bookmarked, not a link from a third-party page.
  3. A long absence. Accounts idle for six months start paying a fee, covered below, so check the balance once you are back in.
  4. Still locked out. Contact support. Live chat is offered according to the FAQ, email goes to [email protected], and a help centre covers common questions. No phone line is published.

Ask support to confirm the reason for any lock in writing. A clear reason is easier to act on than a generic error.

Dormant accounts and the inactivity fee

Terms clause 1.5.2.1 is the one to remember if you stop playing for a while. After 6 months with no login, the casino charges an administration fee equivalent to 10 euros each month. That continues for up to 18 months, and after that any balance left is forfeited.

A small balance left behind is worn down month by month once the six quiet months have passed, and whatever survives the 18 months of fees is lost. The cheapest fix is to withdraw what you have before stepping away.

Taking a break or closing the door

The about page lists a take-a-break option from 24 hours to several weeks and self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. Deposit limits, daily, weekly or monthly, session reminders and a self-assessment test sit alongside them. The pages we read do not describe a separate account-closure process, so ask support if closure rather than self-exclusion is what you want.

A provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, which All Slots is not, so set the exclusion on the casino account itself. Helplines are on our responsible gambling page, and the full All Slots Casino review covers payments and licensing.

Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
