bwin casino is the casino tab of a brand better known in Canada for sports betting and poker. It belongs to Entain, the group behind PartyCasino and Sports Interaction, and Canadians meet it in two forms: an Ontario site at on.bwin.ca, registered with the AGCO, and bwin.com, which runs Canadian terms under a Kahnawake licence for players outside Ontario.
The two are run by different Entain companies. ElectraWorks Maple Limited operates the Ontario site as an agent for iGaming Ontario; ElectraWorks Limited of Gibraltar runs bwin.com. That split decides your licence, your cashier and your rules. Most of the confirmed detail here comes from the Ontario help centre, because the bwin.com lobby redirected to a Spanish site from our connection. This bwin review dates everything to October 2026 and names the gaps rather than filling them.
The bwin casino welcome offer: a C$400 headline
The only welcome offer we could read is a banner in the Ontario casino lobby: "Bonus up to $400 when you join Bwin Casino". Click through and the offers page asks you to log in to see personalised promotions. So as of October 2026, the match percentage, the minimum deposit, the wagering multiplier, any free spins, the maximum bet and the expiry date are all unknown to anyone who has not opened an account.
For bwin.com the picture is emptier still. Its promotions page redirected to bwin.es from our connection, so we cannot say what offer, if any, a player in Quebec or Manitoba sees.
Doing the maths once you can see the terms
Wagering is the number that decides whether C$400 is worth anything. Multiply the bonus you receive by the multiplier in the terms, and check whether the deposit counts too. Each step of the multiplier on a full C$400 bonus adds C$400 of bets, so the arithmetic is quick:
- bonus only: C$400 times the multiplier
- deposit plus bonus: the combined amount times the multiplier
- games that count less than 100% stretch the target further
We break the visible offer and the poker promotions down on the bwin bonus page. Until the full terms are public, we score bonus terms at 2 out of 10.
The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.
Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
bwin slots, bwin live tables and the game studios
bwin does not publish a total game count, or a split between slots and table games. The one number we found is on the Ontario lobby itself: the Live Casino tile shows 168 games. That is a tile count rather than an operator statement, and it can change week to week, but it gives bwin live dealer fans a rough sense of size.
The Ontario app listing names Evolution as a supplier and adds "a large collection of proprietary casino games", meaning titles Entain makes in-house. No other studio is named, and the lobby does not show popular titles we could quote. Anyone who wants a specific bwin slots title should check the lobby before depositing.
What the payout audit says
Entain publishes a monthly iTech Labs audit of the actual return across its game servers. It is group-wide, covering bwin, PartyCasino and the other Entain sites together, so it is not a bwin-only figure. For August 2026, signed on 25 September 2026, it reported:
| Game type | Actual return, August 2026 |
|---|---|
| All games | 95.19% |
| Slots | 94.88% |
| Jackpot slots | 91.49% |
| Blackjack | 97.49% |
| Roulette | 97.06% |
| Video poker | 98.08% |
These are long-run averages over millions of bets. A single evening can land well below them, and jackpot slots returned the least of the categories listed.

Deposits and withdrawals: Interac and the Ontario cashier
The Ontario help centre lists each payment method on its own page, and the pages that mention fees list none for deposits. Interac e-Transfer is the headline route: deposits arrive within an hour, and once a withdrawal is approved, "Funds would be credited to your bank account within 8 hours". Neither side carries a fee.
The other routes split into two groups:
- Deposit and withdraw: Interac e-Transfer, Visa (withdrawals only to a card not issued in the USA), bank transfer, paysafecard, Online Banking through PayWithMyBank and Luxon.
- Deposit only: AMEX and Apple Pay. The Apple Pay page says plainly that it "does not support withdrawals in Canada".
- Check the cashier: Mastercard withdrawals are "currently only available to some countries", and the help centre does not say whether Instadebit pays out.
Times after approval differ a lot. Bank transfer takes 3 to 5 business days, and PayWithMyBank has an internal review of about 24 hours before money moves within 2 business days. That last page also carries US wording (US dollars and BetMGM US), so treat it with some caution. Bank transfer deposits can take 1 to 4 business days to land. No crypto method is listed, and the account runs in Canadian dollars.
What the help centre does not give is minimum and maximum amounts per method, a pending period or withdrawal caps. For bwin.com we have no cashier data at all. Its Canadian terms only say identity documents and proof of address can be requested at any time, and that transactions may be voided until you are verified.

bwin casino app download and mobile play
A bwin casino app download is straightforward in Ontario. The casino has its own iOS app, bwin Online Casino Games, on the Canadian App Store, and an Android app on Google Play. The site also works in a phone browser, so an app is optional.
Outside Ontario it gets confusing, so here is what each listing actually is:
- bwin Sports Betting on the App Store: a sportsbook app published by ElectraWorks Limited, the bwin.com company. We found no bwin.com casino app.
- bwin Games Canada on Google Play: free-to-play only, with no real money involved.
- Browser: bwin.com's Canadian terms cover play in the browser.
Download only from the official stores, and check the publisher name before you install. An app that promises real-money bwin casino play outside Ontario does not match anything the brand lists.
Licence, owner and safety
Both bwin sites trace back to Entain and name their companies openly.
- Ontario (on.bwin.ca): ElectraWorks Maple Limited, 3rd Floor, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF, registered in England under company number 01605615. The terms also cite a Canadian company number, 699682. Registered with the AGCO under OPIG1233926 and listed in the iGaming Ontario directory for casino, poker and sports betting.
- bwin.com, Canadian terms: ElectraWorks Limited, Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, company number 94014. Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence reference 899, with ElectraWorks Limited listed for bwin.com on the commission's permit-holder register. The terms are dated 25 May 2026.
Game fairness is covered by the iTech Labs reports above, which also include poker RNG and blackjack card-analysis audits for the group. We found no public penalty against either bwin company from the AGCO or Kahnawake.
The clause to know about
Section 11 of both sites' terms deals with inactive accounts. After 365 consecutive days without a cash wager, tournament entry, raked hand or deposit, the account becomes inactive. From the day after the grace period an administrative fee may be taken, and then again every 30 days. The amount sits in a separate Inactive Account Fee Schedule that we could not see, so if you stop playing, withdraw your balance rather than leave it sitting.
Support and French service
This is the weakest part of the record. Neither the Ontario pages nor the bwin.com Canadian terms we read list a live chat, an email address, a phone number or opening hours. Both sites run a help centre with articles on payments and legal terms, and the Ontario lobby is in English only.
We have no evidence of French service on either site. For a Quebec player that matters: bwin.com's Canadian terms do not exclude Quebec, but nothing we read promises French pages or French-speaking agents. Support scores 1 out of 10 because none of it could be confirmed.
How to sign up and log in
Your location picks the site, and the site picks the company you deal with.
- In Ontario, use on.bwin.ca or the Ontario app. The age limit is 19, and you have to be inside Ontario while playing.
- Elsewhere in Canada, bwin.com's Canadian terms apply. They set 19 or the higher legal age where you live.
- Register with details that match your ID. bwin.com can ask for identity documents and proof of address at any time, while the Ontario help centre does not publish its own document list.
- Pick a deposit method that can also withdraw. AMEX and Apple Pay cannot, so start with Interac or Visa if you want money back the same way.
Nothing in either set of terms says one bwin account works on both sites. The two belong to different companies, so plan on separate registrations. Step-by-step login fixes are on the bwin login guide.
Responsible-gambling tools
The Ontario site runs Entain's responsible-gaming page with deposit limits, a time-out, self-exclusion, and stake or loss limits with session reminders. bwin.com's Canadian terms name three tools: deposit limits, a temporary time-out and indefinite self-exclusion.
Two points are easy to miss. A self-exclusion set on the Ontario site covers that site, and Ontario's provincial self-exclusion only reaches Ontario's regulated sites, not bwin.com. And excluding yourself from one Entain brand is not described in the terms we read as excluding you from the others, so set it on each account you hold.
Every casino game keeps a house edge, as the audit figures above show. Set a deposit limit before you play, and find provincial help lines on our responsible gambling page.
Where Canadians can play: bwin Ontario and bwin.com
Players who join bwin in Ontario get sportsbook, poker and casino on one regulated site. The rest of the country is a different arrangement:
| bwin Ontario | bwin.com (Canadian terms) | |
|---|---|---|
| Address | on.bwin.ca | bwin.com |
| Who it serves | Players located in Ontario | Canadians outside Ontario |
| Company | ElectraWorks Maple Limited (England) | ElectraWorks Limited (Gibraltar) |
| Regulator | AGCO, with iGaming Ontario | Kahnawake, licence 899 |
| Minimum age | 19+ | 19+ or higher local age |
| Casino app | iOS and Android | None found |
| Welcome offer | Up to $400 (terms login-only) | Could not be seen |
Alberta has no bwin site in the Alberta iGaming Corporation's directory. bwin.com's Canadian terms do not name Alberta or Quebec as excluded, but we could not test from inside either province whether the casino lobby opens. Remember that bwin.com is not licensed by any province; Kahnawake is its regulator. The bwin ca domain is the Ontario one only. How the provincial markets fit together is explained in our guide to playing in Canada.
bwin's sister casinos at Entain
On the Kahnawake register, ElectraWorks Limited holds bwin.com alongside partycasino.com, partypoker.com, sportingbet.com and sportsinteraction.com. In Ontario the iGaming Ontario directory lists PartyCasino, Sports Interaction, PartyPoker and Partysports with the same Entain family. bwin.com uses the same Canadian terms template as partycasino.com and sportsinteraction.com, so the inactive-fee rule and the verification wording repeat across them.
If bwin's casino tab feels thin, compare PartyCasino, Sports Interaction, partypoker and Sportingbet. Shared ownership does not mean the same offers, so check each brand's own page.
Who bwin suits, and who should skip it
bwin makes sense for an Ontario player who wants one regulated account for hockey bets, poker and a few rounds of live blackjack, and who values fast Interac payouts and a proper app over a big casino bonus. The company behind it is named, registered and audited every month.
For bwin casino canada players outside Ontario, and for pure casino players anywhere, the case is weaker. The welcome terms are hidden, the game count is unknown beyond the live tile, and support is unpublished. Outside Ontario, bwin.com's casino side could not be confirmed at all, so a player in British Columbia or Quebec is choosing largely blind. Our review method explains how those gaps pull the score to 4.3, and every other brand is listed in our casino reviews.
