Sports Interaction Quebec players, and everyone outside Ontario and Alberta, use the brand's offshore site at sportsinteraction.com, run by ElectraWorks Limited under a Kahnawake licence. Ontario and Alberta each have their own regulated version run by ElectraWorks Maple Limited. All three belong to Entain, the group behind PartyCasino and bwin, and the brand says it was established in Canada in 1997.
The brand started as a sportsbook and the casino sits in its own tab, but the casino side is large: the app listing promises 3,000+ casino games. This Sports Interaction Canada review sets out what each site offers and which numbers we could confirm. The offshore lobby could not be opened from the connections used for this review, so its welcome offer is unknown. Facts are from the casino's terms, help centre and the regulator registers, as of October 2026.
Welcome bonus: different offers in Ontario and Alberta
The two regulated sites publish different first-deposit offers, and the offshore offer could not be read from outside Canada.
- Ontario: "Get a 100% Bonus on your 1st deposit!", max C$3,000 bonus. Wagering is "30x the Casino Bonus amount". Minimum deposit C$10. The deposit match expires 10 days after registration, and the wagering must be done within 14 days of the qualifying deposit.
- Alberta: 100% deposit match up to C$1,000 plus 100 bonus spins. "Rollover is 30x bonus", minimum deposit C$10, deposit within 10 days of registering and wager within 14 days. The spins land on Big Bass Bonanza at C$0.10 or on Gates of Olympus or Sweet Bonanza at C$0.20, appear for 24 hours and must be used and wagered within 3 days.
- Offshore (Quebec, BC and the rest): not confirmed. Re-check on the site before depositing.
Thirty times the bonus, in fourteen days
| First deposit | Ontario bonus and wagering | Alberta bonus and wagering |
|---|---|---|
| C$50 | C$50, C$1,500 to wager | C$50, C$1,500 to wager |
| C$200 | C$200, C$6,000 to wager | C$200, C$6,000 to wager |
| C$1,000 | C$1,000, C$30,000 to wager | C$1,000, C$30,000 to wager |
| C$3,000 | C$3,000, C$90,000 to wager | capped at C$1,000, C$30,000 to wager |
The 14-day clock is the real constraint, and it starts with the qualifying deposit, not with your first bet. Clearing C$30,000 in two weeks means more than C$2,100 in bets a day. A bigger bonus is only worth taking if your normal play would reach that volume anyway. Depositing less is a perfectly sensible way to keep the target within reach, since the match scales with the deposit.
Game weighting also differs. In Ontario, only a listed set of games counts: named slots, jackpot slots and instant games such as Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Cleopatra, Aviator and Plinko, plus blackjack and live dealer blackjack. In Alberta most games count at weighted rates: slots 100%; roulette, game shows, Slingo and video poker 20%; blackjack and live hold'em 10%; baccarat and live lotto not at all. A C$1,000 Alberta target played on blackjack becomes C$10,000 of blackjack bets.

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Games: 3,000+ titles and what the lobby shows
The Ontario and Alberta app listings both claim "3,000+ casino games". Sports Interaction does not publish a split by category or a list of studios, so we do not name providers here. Titles the casino promotes on its regulated sites include:
- Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza
- Cleopatra and Amazing Link Zeus
- Buffalo King Megaways and Immortal Romance II
- Crash and instant games such as Aviator and Plinko
Live dealer blackjack and baccarat are named in the bonus terms, which confirms a live section, and Alberta's weighting table lists live roulette, game shows and live hold'em too. The offshore lobby could not be opened, so its game count is unknown.
Fairness testing is group-wide, which is normal for a brand that shares servers with its sister casinos. iTech Labs audits Entain's game servers every month; the latest report listed is for August 2026, signed on 25 September 2026. It shows an overall actual return of 95.19%, with slots at 94.88%, jackpot slots at 91.49%, blackjack at 97.49%, roulette at 97.06% and video poker at 98.08%. These figures cover all Entain servers, not Sports Interaction alone, and they are long-run averages that a single session can fall well short of.

Deposits, cash out and our Sports Interaction withdrawal review
Banking is the brand's strongest area. Accounts run in Canadian dollars, Interac works both ways with no fee, and the sites take Apple Pay and paysafecard as well. There is no crypto option. Here is what the help centre says about the main methods on the regulated sites:
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer | Up to 1 hour | Within 8 hours after approval | None |
| Visa | 1 to 2 minutes | Yes, to non-US Visa cards | None on deposits |
| Mastercard / AMEX | 1 to 2 minutes | AMEX no; Mastercard "only available to some countries" | None; issuer may charge cash advance |
| Apple Pay | Yes | No withdrawals in Canada | None |
| Bank transfer | 1 to 4 business days | 3 to 5 business days after approval | None |
| Online banking (PayWithMyBank) | Yes | About 24 hours of review, then within 2 business days | None |
| Bank wire | No | Up to 2 business days of review, then 3 to 5 | None from the casino; banks may charge |
Sports Interaction cash out: how it works
Every withdrawal is first approved by an internal review team, which the offshore help centre says takes up to 2 business days. After approval, Interac money reaches your bank account within 8 hours. On the offshore site Mastercard withdrawals are listed as available only in the United Kingdom, and bank wire withdrawals start at 1,000 USD or 1,000 EUR, with a ceiling of 2,000,000.00 USD.
The first withdrawal needs a copy of your ID, and the terms allow the casino to ask for ID and proof of address at any time. Ontario adds that transactions may be voided until you are verified. The PayWithMyBank help page also carries wording copied from a US sister site, a small sign that some payment pages are shared across the group, so read the cashier screen for the final word.

Sports Interaction app review: real money in two provinces
The real-money Sports Interaction Canada app is regulated-province only. The App Store listing is marked "19+ Ontario Only / 18+ Alberta Only", and the Google Play app says Ontario and Alberta only. It combines the sportsbook and the casino in one download for players who move between sports bets and casino games.
For players elsewhere, a Sports Interaction app download leads to a different product. The Google Play title "Sports Interaction Games Canada" is for entertainment only, with no real money. Quebec and BC players who want the real-money casino use the offshore site in a mobile browser.
- Ontario and Alberta: iOS and Android apps, or the browser.
- Quebec, BC and the rest: browser only for real money.
The store listings show the App Store seller as Avid Ecom Solutions Limited and the Google Play developer as ElectraWorks Limited, both Entain companies. That is the quickest check that you have the genuine app. We do not quote store star ratings, since they change daily and mix sportsbook and casino feedback.
Is Sports Interaction safe? Licences, owner and the Entain group
On the evidence of the registers, yes. Each of the three sites is licensed, and the owner is a large listed gambling group.
- Offshore site: ElectraWorks Limited, Suite 6 Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, company number 94014, listed on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission permit-holder register under licence reference 899. Legal notices go to an office box in Kahnawake, Quebec.
- Ontario site: ElectraWorks Maple Limited, registered in England under company number 01605615, acting as agent of iGaming Ontario under AGCO registration OPIG1242525. Its terms also cite Canadian company number 699682.
- Alberta site: the same ElectraWorks Maple Limited, acting as agent of the Alberta iGaming Corporation, AGLC registration 120429, which runs to 23 July 2027.
We found no AGCO monetary penalty against ElectraWorks Maple Limited in the regulator's news search. Game fairness is covered by the monthly iTech Labs audits for Entain described above.
One clause deserves attention. After 365 consecutive days without a cash wager, deposit or other activity, an account becomes "Inactive" and an administrative fee may be taken the day after the grace period and every 30 days after that. The amount sits in a separate fee schedule. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance first.
Sister brands share the Entain back office: PartyCasino, bwin, Sportingbet and partypoker. PartyCasino is the closest casino-first relative and also runs Ontario and Alberta sites.
Customer support and French
Support on the offshore site runs by email at [email protected], with a separate address for complaints, [email protected]. The Ontario and Alberta app listings promise 24/7 support. The casino does not publish live chat hours or a phone number in the pages we could read, so we cannot confirm either.
French is partly covered. The offshore help centre is available in Français (Canada), which matters for Quebec players. The Ontario and Alberta sites are listed in English only.
Promotions after the welcome offer
Once the first-deposit match is used, the regulated sites keep a smaller rotation of offers going. Ontario runs Reel Rise: Spin To Win Daily, an opt-in promotion with tiers and 5x or 10x wagering on its prizes, and every cash or Casino Bonus wager earns Sports Interaction Rewards Points. Alberta runs Saturday Night Casino and its own version of Reel Rise with 10x wagering. The Ontario offers page and its welcome terms are dated as valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026, and Alberta's welcome terms from 23 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, so expect changes in the new year.
The regulated offers pages we read list no no-deposit casino offer, and the offshore promotions page could not be read. If a coupon site lists a code for Quebec or BC, compare it with the cashier before you rely on it. Each promotion carries its own terms, and short wagering windows are common across the brand: the welcome spins in Alberta, for example, must be used and wagered within 3 days.
Signing up and logging in
Your location decides the site. Ontario players must be physically present in Ontario and 19 or older; Albertans must be physically present in Alberta and 18 or older; the offshore site asks for 19+ or the higher legal age where you live. Each regulated site lists every other province as restricted, so an Ontario account will not work from Calgary, and the reverse.
- Open the site for your province, or the app in Ontario and Alberta.
- Register with your legal details.
- Deposit at least C$10 within 10 days if you want the regulated welcome match.
- Upload ID before your first withdrawal to avoid delays.
If a login fails, the location rule is the first thing to check: travelling out of Ontario or Alberta blocks the regulated site until you are back. An account left untouched for a year can also be marked inactive under the fee clause described above.
Responsible-gambling tools
The Ontario site has the fullest toolkit: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, stake limits per product, loss limits, session-length reminders, a time-out period and self-exclusion. Alberta lists deposit limits, time-out and self-exclusion, and points to the GameSense helpline at 1-833-447-7523. The offshore site offers deposit limits, a temporary time-out and indefinite self-exclusion that applies across all Entain platforms, so excluding yourself here also closes PartyCasino and bwin.
A sportsbook and a casino in one account makes it easy to move money between the two. Set limits that cover both. Casino games always carry a house edge. Our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province.
Sports Interaction Quebec, BC and the rest of Canada
The brand splits Canada three ways. Here is how the sites compare:
| Ontario | Alberta | Offshore (QC, BC, rest) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operator | ElectraWorks Maple Ltd | ElectraWorks Maple Ltd | ElectraWorks Ltd |
| Regulator | AGCO OPIG1242525, iGaming Ontario | AGLC 120429, Alberta iGaming Corporation | Kahnawake, licence 899 |
| Minimum age | 19+ | 18+ | 19+ or local legal age |
| Welcome match | 100% up to C$3,000, x30 | 100% up to C$1,000 + 100 spins, x30 | Not confirmed |
| Real-money app | Yes | Yes | No |
| French | English only | English only | French help centre |
The offshore Canada terms do not exclude Quebec, and they name no restricted provinces at all; Ontario and Alberta players are simply routed to their regulated sites. Sports Interaction BC players fall under the same offshore terms, with the same Kahnawake licence and the same help centre. Remember that the offshore site is not licensed by any province: its regulator is Kahnawake. Quebec, BC and the other provinces also run their own government casino sites. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the provincial picture.
How it compares and who it suits
Sports Interaction is a good fit for a Canadian who bets on sports and plays slots from the same wallet, values Interac payouts that land within hours of approval, and prefers a brand with a long Canadian history and a large group behind it. In Ontario and Alberta it adds a real-money app and a clear set of limit tools.
It is a weaker fit if you want a generous casino-only bonus: x30 within 14 days is tight for big deposits, and Ontario counts only a listed set of games. Quebec and BC players should check the offshore offer themselves, because it was not visible to us. If the casino side matters more than the sportsbook, compare it with PartyCasino, its Entain sister, or browse all our reviews. How we turned these facts into a 6.3 is set out in how we review.
