Casino Brango Sign Up and Login: A Canadian Guide

One site for every province, no store app, and an ID check before the first payout

A Casino Brango sign up takes place on one offshore site, casinobrango.com, which accepts players from every Canadian province under a Curacao licence held by Anden Online N.V. There are no provincial versions and no separate Ontario or Alberta accounts.

Below: how registration and the first deposit work, which documents Brango asks for before it pays out, how to log in on a phone without a store app, what to do when you are locked out, and how to pause or close the account. All of it comes from Brango's terms, FAQ, banking and promotions pages as read on 23 October 2026.

Casino Brango sign up, step by step

  1. Open casinobrango.com and register. Brango's terms say you must be over 18; in most provinces the legal gambling age is 19, so follow your own province's rule.
  2. Choose how to fund the account. The site runs in US dollars, euros, Australian dollars or Bitcoin, not Canadian dollars, and conversion costs are yours.
  3. Make a first deposit: from US$10 for most coins, US$15 for Bitcoin, US$30 by Visa or Mastercard, or US$50 by Google Pay or card-to-crypto.
  4. Enter a bonus code with the deposit if you want one: THEKINGS for the main match, KINGSPINS for the daily spins, or LIMITLESS for the 1x "No Rules" offer.
  5. Set a deposit limit by emailing Brango (see the last section).

Brango runs one site for all provinces, so there is no provincial account to choose and no separate Ontario or Alberta login.

  • ID checks (KYC): Verification before first payout (FAQ); terms list front/back of ID, selfie with ID, utility bill, card statement, front/back of cards used; deposit must be wagered 1x or up to 10% fee source
  • iOS app: No source
  • Android app: No source
  • Browser play: Yes source
  • Live chat: 24/7 (registered members only) source
  • Email: [email protected] (RG requests) source
  • Phone: mentioned in FAQ, number not captured source
  • Hours: 24/7 source
  • Responsible-gambling tools: deposit limits daily/weekly/monthly by email (not fully applicable to crypto); cool-off 24 hours / 7 days / 1 month / 1 year / indefinite; self-exclusion (permanent if problem gambling stated) source

Sign-up offers without a deposit

New accounts can also try the US$150 free chip, code BRANGO150, which needs no deposit. It carries x10 wagering, so US$1,500 of bets, and the most it can pay out is US$50. Brango's terms (1.18) name Canada among the countries whose players may withdraw winnings from no-deposit and welcome bonuses, so the chip is open to Canadians. Verification still applies before that first US$50 can leave the account, and the US$50 minimum crypto withdrawal means the chip alone only just reaches it.

Verification before the first payout

Brango's FAQ says accounts are verified before the first withdrawal. The terms list the documents it may ask for:

  • the front and back of a photo ID;
  • a selfie holding that ID;
  • a utility bill;
  • a card statement;
  • the front and back of every card you deposited with.

Sending these before you request a withdrawal saves time. Two money rules also apply at that stage: a deposit you have not wagered at least once can cost a fee of up to 10% to withdraw (terms 6.1.11), and only one instant withdrawal per player per day is allowed (6.1.13). Cards cannot receive withdrawals: the banking table lists payouts only by Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, each from US$50.

Brango casino app login

Brango has no app in the App Store or Google Play. The Brango casino app login is either the mobile browser or the progressive web app (PWA) offered through an "Install PWA" link in the site footer, which places a Brango icon on your home screen. Either way, it is the same site and the same account, so your password and balance do not change between phone and computer.

Because the PWA comes from the site itself, install it only from the footer link on casinobrango.com, never from a link sent by message or email.

Locked out? What to try

  • Live chat needs a login: Brango's 24/7 chat is for registered members, so it may not help while you are locked out. The FAQ mentions phone support, but we could not capture the number.
  • Cool-off or self-exclusion active: if you set one, access stays blocked for the period chosen; a self-exclusion made because of problem gambling is permanent.
  • Verification pending: a payout can wait until your documents are accepted.

For responsible-gambling requests, Brango gives the email [email protected].

Pausing, limiting or closing the account

Brango's tools are handled largely by email rather than buttons. Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly, but the terms say they are not fully applicable to crypto deposits. Cool-off periods are 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 1 year or indefinite. Self-exclusion is available and becomes permanent if you say you have a gambling problem.

Since crypto can get around Brango's limits, add your own: a spending limit on the exchange or wallet you use, or a block with your bank. Withdraw any balance before you close the account, keeping the weekly withdrawal caps in mind (from US$4,000 a week at entry VIP level). Our responsible gambling page lists Canadian support services, and the full Brango Casino review covers bonuses and licence.

Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
