TonyBet Canada is three separate sites under one name: an offshore site at tonybet.com/ca licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, tonybet.ca for Ontario under the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and tonybetalberta.ca for Alberta, registered with AGLC. Each has its own operating company and its own rules about who may play.
This review is shorter on numbers than most of ours, and we say so up front. Every TonyBet site blocked our connections from outside Canada, and the web archive holds no recent copies of the Canadian pages. The facts below come from the regulator registers, the casino's own block pages and its official App Store listings, as of October 2026. Where a fact is missing, we tell you what to check rather than guessing.
What we could verify about TonyBet Canada
Confirmed from primary sources:
- All three sites are active and listed with their regulators: Kahnawake for tonybet.com/ca, the iGaming Ontario directory for tonybet.ca, and the AGLC register and Alberta iGaming directory for tonybetalberta.ca.
- The operating companies: Osauhing Tonybet offshore, Ligtip Limited in Ontario and Tonybet Northpoint Limited in Alberta, all part of the Estonian TonyBet group, TONYBET OU.
- Age and location rules for each site.
- Accounts in Canadian dollars on the Ontario and Alberta sites.
- 24/7 support by email and an iPhone app for every site.
Not confirmed: the welcome offer and its terms, the list of payment methods, withdrawal times and limits, game counts outside Alberta, live chat and any testing-lab certificate. That is a large gap for a casino review. We tried direct requests from Spain and a reading service with a US connection, and both met a country block; a backup server in Romania was unavailable, and the web archive holds no captures of the Canadian sites since 2023, too old to quote. Our scoring method gives no credit for a fact we could not see, which is why TonyBet's score is low. The score reflects missing information, not a finding that the terms are bad.
Welcome bonus: what to check before you accept
We could not read TonyBet's bonus terms on any of its three sites, so we cannot quote an offer, a wagering multiple or an expiry date. If you are looking at a TonyBet bonus on the site itself, these are the points worth finding in the terms before you opt in:
- Wagering and what it applies to: the multiple, and whether it counts on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus. The second doubles the work.
- Time limit: how many days you get to finish the wagering.
- Game weighting: whether table, live and crash games count, and at what rate.
- Maximum bet: the largest stake allowed while a bonus is active.
- Maximum cashout: any cap on what a bonus can turn into.
- Which site: an Ontario, Alberta and offshore offer can differ, because they are run by different companies.
A bonus is optional. If the terms are unclear, playing with cash only keeps your deposit free of wagering. Our separate TonyBet bonus page tracks the offer and will be updated once the terms can be read.
The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.
Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
TonyBet slots and games
The only game facts we have come from the Alberta app listing, which describes thousands of slots, table games and crash games. It names three studios, Pragmatic Play, BGaming and Play'n GO, and three titles: Book of Dead, Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus. Those TonyBet slots are confirmed for Alberta only; we cannot say whether the Ontario and offshore lobbies carry the same games.
No game counts by category, live-casino details, jackpot networks or payout percentages were available. TonyBet is also a sportsbook, and every one of its app listings names both casino and betting, so expect the casino to share space with sports markets.

Payments and TonyBet withdrawal time
TonyBet withdrawal time is a common question about the brand, and we cannot answer it from TonyBet's own pages. The terms, cashier pages and help centre were all behind the geo-block. What we know:
- The Ontario and Alberta sites work in Canadian dollars.
- The offshore app listing mentions debit cards and popular e-wallets, without naming them.
- No list of methods, minimums, maximums, fees or processing times could be read.
Before your first deposit, check four things in the cashier: whether Interac is offered for both deposits and withdrawals, how long a withdrawal stays pending before processing, the daily or monthly withdrawal limit, and what identity documents are needed. If you plan to withdraw a large win, the limit matters more than the speed.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
TonyBet app for iPhone, Ontario and Alberta
The TonyBet app situation is clearer than the cashier. Each site has its own listing on the Canadian App Store:
| Site | App Store listing | Seller or note |
|---|---|---|
| Offshore (tonybet.com/ca) | TonyBet sports betting and casino app | Seller TONYBET OU |
| Ontario (tonybet.ca) | TonyBet Ontario casino and bets app | Seller Mobileminds OU |
| Alberta (tonybetalberta.ca) | TonyBet Alberta casino and bets app | Released 19 July 2026 |
No Android app is recorded for any site, so Android users rely on the mobile browser. Download the app that matches your province: the Ontario site serves only players physically located in Ontario, and the Alberta site only Alberta residents.
Who owns TonyBet, and is TonyBet safe?
TonyBet belongs to an Estonian group trading as TONYBET OU. In Canada it uses three companies:
- Osauhing Tonybet holds the Kahnawake permit listed for tonybet.com/ca.
- Ligtip Limited runs tonybet.ca under the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and appears in the iGaming Ontario directory for casino and sports betting.
- Tonybet Northpoint Limited runs tonybetalberta.ca as an AGLC-registered iGaming operator; the registration expires on 13 July 2027.
The Alberta app listing says TonyBet has operated in regulated markets for over a decade. Registered addresses, company numbers and licence numbers were not available to us, and we found no testing-lab certificate.
Is TonyBet safe? The provincial registrations in Ontario and Alberta mean those sites answer to Canadian regulators and their complaint processes. The offshore site answers to Kahnawake, which is not a provincial regulator. We have no record of a public regulator action against TonyBet either way, and with so little of the sites readable, the absence of bad news is weak evidence.
How to check TonyBet yourself before depositing
Because so much of TonyBet's paperwork was out of our reach, a few minutes of checking on your side is worth it. Each step uses a fact we could confirm.
- Match the address to your province. Ontario is tonybet.ca, Alberta is tonybetalberta.ca, and the offshore Canadian site is tonybet.com/ca. A different domain is not one of the three licensed sites.
- Match the operator name. The footer or terms should name Ligtip Limited in Ontario, Tonybet Northpoint Limited in Alberta or Osauhing Tonybet offshore. Those are the names on the regulator lists.
- Check the regulator directory. The iGaming Ontario directory and the Alberta iGaming directory both list TonyBet; the Kahnawake permit-holder page lists tonybet.com/ca.
- Read the bonus and withdrawal terms in full. Note the wagering, time limit, maximum bet, withdrawal limit and pending period before you accept anything.
- Install the right app. On iPhone, the Ontario app's seller is Mobileminds OU and the offshore app's seller is TONYBET OU.
If any of these does not match, stop and contact support at the email address for your province before you deposit.
Support and French
Each site lists its own email address and 24/7 support: [email protected] offshore, [email protected] in Ontario and [email protected] in Alberta. No live chat or phone line could be confirmed. Each address sits on the same domain as its site, so write from the account you registered and to the address that matches it. On French, the Ontario geo-block page is bilingual English and French, and the Ontario app lists French among its languages; the offshore and Alberta sites gave no language information we could verify.
Responsible-gambling tools
The Alberta site lists deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and AGLC's centralized self-exclusion. The Ontario site lists a deposit limit and a maximum balance limit, which caps how much can sit in the account at once, a useful brake if winnings tend to be played straight back. Ontario's central BetGuard scheme is not named in the TonyBet pages we could see, so ask support how self-exclusion works there. No tools could be read for the offshore site. Set a deposit limit before you start; every casino game carries a house edge. Provincial help lines are on our responsible gambling page.
TonyBet Alberta, Ontario and Quebec: where you can play
| Province | Site | Operator and regulator | Age |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ontario | tonybet.ca | Ligtip Limited, AGCO and iGaming Ontario | 19+, physically in Ontario |
| Alberta | tonybetalberta.ca | Tonybet Northpoint Limited, AGLC and Alberta iGaming | 18+, Alberta residents |
| Quebec and the rest | tonybet.com/ca | Osauhing Tonybet, Kahnawake | 19+ |
TonyBet Alberta launched its app on 19 July 2026, days after the province's regulated market opened on 13 July 2026. The TonyBet casino Ontario site states it is licensed and available only to players physically located in Ontario, while the Alberta site is for Alberta residents only. The wording differs: Ontario ties access to where you are standing, Alberta to where you live. For TonyBet Quebec players, and the other provinces, the offshore site is the route; its exact list of excluded provinces could not be read, and it is not licensed by any province. Our guide to playing in Canada covers the provincial picture.
Who casino TonyBet suits
Casino TonyBet makes most sense for an Ontario or Alberta player who wants a provincially registered operator, an iPhone app and a sportsbook alongside slots from Pragmatic Play, BGaming and Play'n GO. For them, the regulator stands behind the site even if we could not read its terms.
It is harder to recommend to players elsewhere in Canada. The offshore site's offer, banking and limits are unknown to us, and a Kahnawake permit is not a provincial licence. Compare it against brands whose terms we could verify in all our reviews. We will re-check TonyBet from a Canadian connection and update this page.
