Casinova online is an offshore casino and sportsbook at casinova.com with a Canadian section at /ca/. Archived copies of that section from October 2025 show 7,499 slots, 109 jackpot games and a welcome package of $3,000 plus 350 free spins, with a French language option among twelve. Captures run to July 2026, so the brand still appeared active then.
The problems sit underneath. The site names no operating company. By October 2026 the live site refused visitors from Spain, Romania and the United States for legal reasons, so its current pages could not be read and whether it still takes Canadian players could not be confirmed. Its terms and payment pages were never archived. And the Anjouan licence seal it showed in its footer now opens a validator page that reads INVALID. This review sets out what the Canada pages did show, and why the licence question outweighs all of it.
Casinova online at a glance
Most of what is known comes from archived copies of the Canada pages, so each item below carries its date.
| Item | What the record shows | Date |
|---|---|---|
| Site | casinova.com, Canadian section at /ca/ | October 2025 to July 2026 captures |
| Live site | Blocked from Spain, Romania and the US for legal reasons | 23 October 2026 |
| Licence seal | Anjouan; validator now reads INVALID | Seal seen October 2025, checked 23 October 2026 |
| Operator | Not named | - |
| Welcome package | $3,000 + 350 free spins | October 2025 |
| Slots / jackpots | 7,499 / 109 | October 2025 |
| Support | Live chat 24/7, [email protected] | October 2025 |
| Minimum age | Over 18 | October 2025 |
A year-old snapshot is a weak base for a review, and we say so on every point that relies on it. Offers and game counts change often; the licence result is current.
Is Casinova licensed? The seal that reads INVALID
In October 2025 the footer's Licenses link carried an Anjouan seal. That seal links to a validator page on the Anjouan Gaming Board's verification service. Checked on 23 October 2026, the validator reads "Operating status: INVALID" and states that the site is NOT licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. Casinova.com is also missing from Anjouan's public licence register.
So the one licence the site displayed does not hold up. On top of that:
- No operating company, address or registration number is given anywhere in the captured pages.
- The footer links to Casinova's affiliate programme at kngpartners.com, run by KNG Marketing Ltd of Hong Kong. That company runs the affiliate scheme, not the casino.
- No game-testing certificate or published payout percentage appears either.
You can repeat the check yourself if the site opens for you. Click the seal in the footer, confirm that the page it opens sits on the regulator's own domain, and read the operating status and the domain it names. Then search the regulator's public register separately for the same domain. A seal that opens a status other than valid, or a domain missing from the register, means the licence claim fails.
For a player this means there is no licensing body to complain to and no named company to hold to its terms. We treat Casinova as unlicensed until a valid seal and an operator name appear. Our review method explains why this sets the licence and safety score to zero.
Casinova casino bonus: the $3,000 headline
The Canada promotions page in October 2025 advertised a "Welcome Package $3,000 + 350 Free Spins", spread over several deposits. How the money and spins split between deposits was not captured, and neither were the bonus terms: the match percentage, wagering, minimum deposit, maximum bet, expiry and game weighting are all unknown. The amount is shown with a plain dollar sign; whether the account runs in Canadian dollars could not be confirmed.
That leaves no basis for wagering maths. A package of this size is only as good as its rollover and its cashout rules, and those were never on record. If the site opens for you, find the bonus terms before depositing and note the play-through multiple, the maximum stake while it applies and any limit on withdrawing bonus winnings.
Casinova casino no deposit bonus
No Casinova casino no deposit bonus appears among the promotions captured in October 2025. None of the offers on that page was described as a no-deposit bonus. Treat any claim of a free, no-deposit Casinova offer with caution until the casino's own terms show it.
Reloads, cashback and the other promotions
The captured promotions page listed a busy calendar. As of October 2025:
- Weekend Reload Bonus: $1,050 + 50 free spins
- Weekly Reload: 50 free spins
- Weekly Cashback: 15% up to $4,500
- Live Cashback: 25% up to $300
- Tournaments advertised with "win $9,000,000", a Bonus Crab promising "Grab $450", a Coin Shop with "$1,500 rewards", Challenges and VIP Levels
- Sportsbook: 100% first-deposit bonus up to $150, 10% cashback up to $750, a 50% weekly reload up to EUR 500, a Parlay Boost and a Bore Draw refund
None of these came with readable terms. Cashback is a partial return of money already lost, and a tournament headline is the total on offer, not what a typical entrant receives.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Casinova online casino games
Game count is where Casinova stood out. In October 2025 the Canada lobby's Slots category read "See All (7499)", and its Hot Jackpots category held 109 games. The site did not give totals for live or table games, and no provider list was captured, so we cannot say which studios supply the lobby.
Titles the lobby itself promoted included:
- Buffalo Force and Coin Strike: Hold and Win
- Fruit Train Express: Hold & Win and 3 Coin Volcanoes
- 9 Masks of Fire, Pirots 4 and Le Bandit
- Flame Fruits Frenzy and 3 Hot Chillies
- Aviator
A large lobby says nothing about fairness. No testing lab or payout figure appeared in the captured pages, so check each game's own panel for its return-to-player rate and remember that the house edge applies on every spin.
- Slots: 7499 (Slots category 'See All (7499)' on the Canada lobby) source
- Jackpots: 109 (Hot Jackpots category) source
Titles the casino features: Buffalo Force, Coin Strike: Hold and Win, Fruit Train Express: Hold & Win, Aviator, 9 Masks of Fire, 3 Coin Volcanoes, Pirots 4, Le Bandit, Flame Fruits Frenzy, 3 Hot Chillies source checked 15 Oct 2025
Deposits and withdrawals: nothing on record
Casinova's payments pages were not captured by the archive, and the live site could not be opened. We therefore cannot confirm Interac, cards, e-wallets or crypto, the account currency, minimum deposits, payout times, pending periods, withdrawal caps or fees. Identity-check rules are unknown too.
On a site with an invalid licence seal, the cashier is where the risk concentrates. If you still consider Casinova, get these answers from support in writing first: which methods pay out to Canada, the weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, and what documents are needed before a first cash-out. Keep records of every deposit you make.
Casinova casino app and mobile play
There is no Casinova casino app in the Canadian App Store. A search there does turn up "Casinova Casino Club" from New Universe Europe B.V., but that is an unrelated social casino, not this real-money site, and it should not be mistaken for one. No Android app could be confirmed either.
The Canada site works in a mobile browser, which is how phone players would use it. Type the address yourself rather than following download links, since an app file from outside the official stores cannot be traced to the casino.
Support, languages and French
The help centre captured in October 2025 offers live chat, described as ready to help 24/7, and email at [email protected]. No phone number is listed.
The site comes in twelve languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Finnish and Norwegian. French players can switch the site into French, but the help centre does not say whether support agents answer in French, so that remains unconfirmed.
Casinova casino login and sign-up
The captured pages say Casinova only accepts customers over 18. Provincial rules put the gambling age higher in most of the country: 19, except Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where it is 18. Beyond the age rule, no registration steps or verification requirements were captured.
If a Casinova casino login fails, check these in order:
- Whether the site is reachable from where you are, since it blocks several countries.
- That you are on casinova.com, typed by hand, and not a lookalike page from an ad.
- Your password, reset through the site's own form.
- Any hold on the account, by asking live chat or [email protected].
For account closure or self-exclusion, ask support in writing and keep the reply. The site's own limit and exclusion tools were not on record.
Gransino, Neon54 and CrownPlay: the same platform
Casinova runs on the same platform as Gransino, Neon54 and CrownPlay. Shared software can mean similar lobbies and promotions. It does not prove a common owner or identical terms, and no operator is named on Casinova, so we do not treat the four as a confirmed group. Compare each brand on its own licence and terms, which our reviews of those sites set out.
Casinova casino Canada: provinces and our verdict
In the captures we hold, the Casinova CA section is the brand's only Canadian version: one offshore site, which Quebec players reach in French if they choose. No Ontario or Alberta version exists on record, and the captured pages do not say whether players in those provinces are accepted. A regulated Ontario casino needs an AGCO registration plus an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario; since 13 July 2026, Alberta has asked the same of its operators through AGLC and the Alberta iGaming Corporation. None of these is on record for Casinova, and as an offshore site it is outside every provincial licence. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the province-by-province options.
Provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, so it will not block Casinova. If you play anywhere, set a budget before you start; our responsible gambling page lists help lines.
On the evidence, Casinova casino Canada players get an impressive lobby and a lot of promotional noise, but no valid licence, no named operator and no readable rules for their money. We cannot recommend it while the seal reads INVALID. A slot player who still wants to try it should keep the first deposit small, avoid the welcome package until its terms are readable, and test a withdrawal early. Everyone who needs Interac confirmed, a regulator behind the site or an app should look elsewhere. Brands with verified licences are in our casino reviews.
