Canada does not appear on its registration block list.
Much of the rest is hard to pin down. The site refused several of our connections from outside Canada, and its terms, bonus policy and FAQ did not load for this review. What follows sets out what the casino's own pages and system settings confirm, as of October 2026, and marks clearly what could not be checked. We also flag a problem specific to this brand: a crowd of look-alike websites using the Fresh Casino name.
What is confirmed about Fresh Casino
Before the detail, here is the short list of facts the casino's own pages and settings confirm:

Why the name is crowded
Canadian search results for "fresh casino" include the real site and a number of look-alike '.ca' websites, such as fresh-casino-online.ca, freshcasino.ca, casinofresh.ca and freshcasino1.ca. None of them is linked from fresh.casino, so treat them as unofficial: they may be affiliates or clones, and their bonus claims are not the casino's terms. A Curacao licence is not a provincial registration either, so no Canadian regulator oversees Fresh Casino. If a complaint cannot be settled with support, the body to approach is the Curacao licensing authority, not a provincial one.
