Searches for a FanDuel bonus code assume you need one, but the Ontario promotion page we read on 23 October 2026 lists none. The offer, live since 18 September 2026, gives new Ontario players 500 Bonus Spins on Huff N' Even More Puff and a $20 Casino Bonus without any deposit, each with a 1x playthrough. Below we set out how it is paid, what 1x means in dollars, the clauses that can cost you part of it, and FanDuel's other promotions, including the referral programme.
Do you need a FanDuel bonus code?
No code appears in the terms of the current offer. A new FanDuel promo code or a FanDuel online casino bonus code advertised on another site does not change the terms below, which come from FanDuel's own promotion page. Offers can change, as the homepage shows: its FAQ still promotes "up to $1,000 back if you're down after your first day", a different deal from the live one. This FanDuel Ontario bonus is limited to people physically present in Ontario and aged 19 or older. Searches for "FanDuel 20 free spins today" seem to blend the $20 bonus with the daily spins; the current structure is 50 spins a day plus a single $20 credit.
What 1x playthrough means in dollars
Playthrough is the amount you must bet before bonus money, or winnings from it, can be withdrawn. At 1x, the bet equals the bonus. To show why that matters, the table sets FanDuel's $20 against the same bonus at two higher multiples, for comparison only.

The C$15 spin figure is our illustration; FanDuel does not state a value per spin. The point holds either way: at 1x, an ordinary session usually clears the requirement, whereas 30x or 35x turns a small bonus into a long grind.
Terms that can cost you part of the offer
- Seven-day expiry. Any unused part of a bonus is withdrawn automatically seven days after it is credited. With spins arriving daily, each batch has its own clock.
- Bonus first. The Casino Bonus is used before deposited funds when you bet, so a deposit made during the offer will not be touched until the bonus is spent.
- Non-withdrawable. The $20 itself cannot be cashed out; only what it produces after 1x can.

The bonus-first rule is easy to overlook. Say you deposit C$50 on day two while C$12 of the Casino Bonus is still unused: your next C$12 of bets come out of the bonus, and only then does the C$50 start to move. Alberta and the rest of Canada
Alberta players use a separate Alberta account on casino.fanduel.ca, and the Alberta pages did not render for us, so the Alberta welcome offer is unknown. The Ontario terms cannot simply be assumed to apply there, because they restrict eligibility to people physically in Ontario. The welcome terms themselves print an Alberta line, "18+ and physically located in Alberta", so the age rule there is one year lower than Ontario's, and any Alberta promotion would sit under AGLC rules rather than the AGCO's.
