Highroller is the casino brand of High Roller Technologies, Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ROLR. That listing means an annual report filed with the US securities regulator, which says HighRoller.com launched in January 2022 and that Canada supplied 11% of the company's 2025 revenue.
The casino site itself was harder to read. From our location it showed a "Blocked Region" page, so the welcome offer, the full terms and the footer could not be checked. This Highroller review is built from the operator's help centre and that annual report, as of October 2026, and it says clearly where those sources stop.
Highroller bonuses: what the general wagering rules say
The current welcome offer could not be read, so we do not quote one. The help centre does publish the general rules that apply to Highroller bonuses, and they tell you most of what matters:
- Bonus funds carry 30x wagering.
- Winnings from free spins carry 40x.
- Table games and most live casino games contribute 0%.
- Wagering starts only after your deposit has been fully lost.
That last rule shapes how a bonus plays out. You use your own money first; only when it is gone does the bonus balance come into play and the wagering count begin. If your deposit runs well, you may never touch the bonus at all. If the cash grows instead, the help centre does not say what happens to the waiting bonus when you withdraw, so ask support before you request a payout with a bonus still attached.
The wagering in dollars
Because no bonus amount is published, this page shows no sample figures. Once an offer is in front of you, the arithmetic is short: multiply the bonus by 30 to get the bets needed on bonus funds, and multiply any free-spin winnings by 40. The help-centre article does not say whether the 30x applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus; if it covers both, the total you must bet is larger for the same offer.
Every one of those bets has to go on slots or other games that count, because blackjack, roulette and most live tables add nothing. The highroller bonus terms for any specific offer will add expiry dates and bet limits that we could not see.
The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.
Highroller slots, live dealers and tables
The annual report describes a lobby of more than 6,000 games from over 90 providers. It does not name the providers or give a count by category, so we cannot list studios or say how many of the 6,000 are slots.
- Slots: video slots make up the core of the lobby.
- Table games: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps and video poker.
- Live dealer: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and more.
No jackpot network and no titles are named in the sources we could read. The scale of the lobby earns the games score; the missing provider list keeps it from going higher. Since table and most live games count 0% towards wagering, players who prefer them should play with cash rather than a bonus.
- Total: more than 6,000 games from over 90 providers source
- Slots: video slots source
- Live: live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat and more source
- Table: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, video poker source
Providers: over 90 providers (not named) source
Deposits and withdrawals at Highroller
The help centre describes four routes:
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Timing stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Debit / credit card (up to three on file) | Yes | Yes | Deposits within a couple of minutes; withdrawals 1 to 5 business days |
| Interac | Yes | Not stated | May take a bit longer than cards |
| Crypto (coins not listed) | Yes | Not stated | Not stated |
| Bank transfer | Not stated | Yes | 1 to 5 banking days once paid |
The annual report lists the Canadian dollar among the currencies its players use. Minimums, maximums, fees and withdrawal caps are not published in the help centre, and the site terms that would set them could not be read. That is the main reason the payments score sits in the middle.
Verification
Before paying out, Highroller asks for an ID card, driving licence or passport, plus proof of address. The help centre says documents are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Send them before your first withdrawal so that review does not happen while you wait for money.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Debit / credit cards (max three on file) source | Yes | Yes | – | – | deposits within a couple of minutes; withdrawals 1-5 business days | – |

| Crypto source | Yes | – | – | – | – | – |
| Bank transfer source | – | Yes | – | – | 1-5 banking days once paid | – |
- Pending time: withdrawals typically reflected within 1-5 banking days once paid source
Mobile and app: not confirmed
We could not confirm a Highroller app in the App Store or on Google Play, and the blocked site gave no way to see whether it offers a mobile web app. The mobile score is low for that reason: a missing fact never earns points. If you play on a phone, use the website at an address you typed yourself, and treat any downloadable file offered under the Highroller name on other websites as unofficial.
Is Highroller legit? The company and its licences
The parent files reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and its report for 2025, filed on 10 March 2026, sets out the structure:
- Parent: High Roller Technologies, Inc., NYSE: ROLR.
- Interstellar Entertainment NV: a Curacao subsidiary that has held highroller.com since July 2024.
- Happy Hour Solutions Limited: holds an Estonian licence and was acquired on 31 December 2025.
- Launched: January 2022.
On licensing, the report says the company operates HighRoller.com and fruta.com "principally through our Estonia license", issued by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. No licence number is given there, and the site footer that would normally carry it could not be read. A Curacao licence held by Interstellar Entertainment appears in the company's history, but its current role is unclear. We could not confirm a testing-lab certificate or a published payout figure, and no regulator record could be checked either way.
A listed parent brings disclosure, not a guarantee. It means the company's finances and risks are public; it does not make the casino a provincially regulated site.
Related brands
The same company runs Fruta (fruta.com) and a prediction-markets product under the ROLR name. It sold CasinoRoom.com on 31 December 2025. None of these has a review on this site yet.
Highroller casino Canada: provinces and the Ontario plan
Canada matters to this operator: the annual report puts Canadian revenue at $2,226 thousand in 2025, about 11% of the total. How the site treats each province is less clear.
- Ontario: no licence yet. The report says the company has begun the process of obtaining one through HRON Services Ltd, with a launch projected for the second half of 2026. Highroller was not in the iGaming Ontario directory on 23 October 2026.
- Alberta: the sources we could read say nothing about Alberta, so neither an AGLC registration nor an exclusion is confirmed.
- Quebec and the rest of Canada: the company reports Canadian revenue, but which provinces the site accepts or excludes could not be read.
Until an Ontario site launches under AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement, Highroller Canada play happens on an offshore licence, with disputes handled by the operator and its overseas regulator. When an Ontario site does launch, look for it in the iGaming Ontario directory before signing up, and read its terms on their own: a provincially regulated site has to follow Ontario's rules, not the offshore ones. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the difference.
Support and languages
The annual report describes customer service as available 24/7/365. On the site, a chat icon opens live chat, and email goes to [email protected]. No phone number is published.
The help centre is in English and Finnish, and its responsible-gaming article names Happy Hour Solutions Limited, the subsidiary that holds the Estonian licence. French is not confirmed for the site or for support, so Quebec players should not assume it.
Signing up, logging in and closing an account
The registration page and the site terms could not be read, so we cannot quote Highroller's age rule; check it against your province's minimum of 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. What the help centre does describe:
- Register on the site, using details that match your ID.
- Make a deposit by card, Interac or crypto. Up to three cards can be stored on the account.
- Upload ID and proof of address before you request a payout.
- For a Highroller casino login problem, use the chat icon or email [email protected].
Closing an account also goes through support, which the help centre covers in its own article.
Read the welcome terms before the first deposit
Because we could not see the current offer, the checks fall to you. Before accepting it, find four things in its terms: the expiry date, the largest bet allowed while wagering, any cap on winnings, and whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. If any of the four is missing, ask support in writing and keep the reply.
Responsible-gambling tools
The help centre says responsible-gaming tools sit in the account settings but does not list them, so we cannot tell you whether deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs or self-exclusion are offered. Look for them when you register, and set a deposit limit before your first payment if one is available. Account closure through support is confirmed.
Provincial self-exclusion covers only each province's regulated sites; it does not reach Highroller's offshore site. Helplines for every province are listed on our responsible gambling page.
Highroller club and who this casino suits
The name causes confusion. "High roller" is also a general label for large-stakes play, and the phrase "Highroller club" suggests a VIP scheme. Nothing we could read describes a loyalty club or VIP scheme for this brand, and nothing says it is aimed at big-stakes players in particular. It is a general casino lobby under a bold name.
Who it suits: a slot player outside Ontario who values a large catalogue, Interac deposits and an operator that publishes its accounts, and who will read the welcome terms carefully when the site shows them. Who should skip it: table players chasing a bonus, French speakers, and anyone who wants a provincially regulated site today. How each score is set is explained on our how we review page, and other options are on the reviews hub.
