Casoola Casino runs a Canadian section at casoola.com/ca/, with amounts in Canadian dollars, a casino lobby and a sportsbook. On paper it has the pieces of a full-service site: a welcome bonus of 100% up to $750 plus 200 free spins, daily cashback and a five-level VIP club. What it lacks is the most basic safety detail. Neither its terms nor its footer say which company operates it or which authority licenses it.
The live site returned an "Access restricted" page when we tried to load it from Europe and the United States, so this Casoola casino review relies on archived copies of the Canadian pages from May 2026. Every figure below comes from those pages. Where something could not be read, such as the payment list or the bonus wagering, we say so instead of guessing.
Casoola casino welcome bonus and promotions
The Canadian promotions page, as archived in May 2026, headlines a "Welcome Bonus 100% up to $750 + 200 FS". Crypto players get an alternative: 200% up to 3,000 USDT. The page shows amounts with a plain $ sign; the terms work in Canadian dollars, so we read them as C$.
The parts that decide whether a bonus is worth taking, namely the wagering requirement, the minimum deposit, the maximum bet and the expiry, were not on the pages we could read. The terms do keep a list of Prohibited Games that cannot be played while a bonus is active. Ongoing promotions on the same page were:
- Weekend Reload: 50% up to $900 plus 66 free spins
- Live Cashback: 25% up to $525
- Daily cashback: 15% up to $600
- Crypto Weekly Reload: 60% up to 1,000 USDT
- Weekend Crypto Reload: 75% up to 750 USDT plus 100 free spins
- Challenges, tournaments, a Spin Rally, a Wheel of Fortune, a shop and a VIP club
The caps on the ongoing offers are easier to judge than the welcome bonus, because they are simple percentages. The 15% daily cashback reaches its C$600 ceiling only after C$4,000 of net losses in a day. The 25% live cashback tops out at C$525, which takes C$2,100 of losses. The 50% Weekend Reload needs a C$1,800 deposit to reach its C$900 maximum. Cashback returns part of money already lost, so it softens a bad session without changing the odds of the next one.
For no-deposit bonuses the terms set x40 wagering and limit what you can withdraw to five times the bonus. On a C$30 bonus, that is C$1,200 of bets for a maximum payout of C$150. The bonus details are on our Casoola bonus page.
Games at Casoola: what the pages publish
Casoola runs both a casino and a sportsbook on the same site; this review covers the casino side. Beyond that, the archived pages publish nothing about the game lobby: no total, no split between slots, tables and live dealers, no list of studios and no featured titles.
We do not fill that gap from other review sites. A player can only judge the catalogue after registering, which is the wrong way round when the operator itself is unnamed. Whatever games are there, each one carries its own house edge and its own return figure, shown on the game's information screen. If the lobby matters to you, ask support for the studio list and the number of live tables before you deposit anything.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payment methods on casoola.com load by country through a script, and the archived copies did not capture them. That leaves several basics unconfirmed for Canada as of October 2026:
- Interac: not confirmed.
- Cards and eWallets: not confirmed.
- Crypto: USDT is named in the crypto promotions; no other coin was listed.
- Currency: Canadian dollars are used in the terms and promotions.
The withdrawal rules themselves are in the terms. The finance department works through requests within 3 business days, and no more than 3 withdrawals can be pending at once. How much you can take out depends on your VIP level:
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner | C$750 | C$10,500 |
| Amateur | C$750 | C$15,000 |
| Professional | C$1,200 | C$18,000 |
| World Class | C$1,500 | C$23,000 |
| Legend | C$2,300 | C$30,000 |
At the Beginner level a C$5,000 win takes at least seven days to come out at C$750 a day, and anything above C$10,500 waits for the next month. The terms do not say how a player moves from one VIP level to the next.
An account left without a login for 180 days is charged C$0.75 a month, or C$9 over a year. The amount is small, but it repeats every month, so withdraw and log out for good rather than leaving a few dollars behind.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Casoola mobile
No Casoola app was found on the App Store or Google Play. The footer offers a "Create Shortcut" option, which puts a link to the site on your phone's home screen; the games still run in the browser. Casoola mobile play therefore depends on the website working in your phone's browser, with the same account as on a computer.
Be careful with any file or app that claims to be from Casoola. The casino does not publish one, and a lookalike domain already exists, as the next section explains.
Is Casoola safe? Licence and owner
This is the section that decides the score. In the terms (version 1.9, dated 10 February 2026) and in the footer, which reads only "2026 (c) Casoola.com", we found:
- No operating company
- No registered address or company number
- No licence number or regulator
Without an operator or licence, a Canadian player has no regulator to complain to if a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed. The site is not registered with the AGCO in Ontario or the AGLC in Alberta, and no province oversees it.
There is also a separate site at casoola.casino. It is an Australian-facing page run by a third party, with Australian dollars and a "Review" menu, and the operator details it shows do not appear in the casoola.com pages we read. Do not treat it as the casino, and do not take its licence claims as Casoola's. Our review method explains why an unnamed operator pulls the safety score to the floor.
Support and languages
The about page lists live chat, through a footer link, and the email address [email protected]. No phone number, opening hours or French service is published. The site is available in English, Italian and Finnish, so players in Quebec should not expect a French version.
Casoola casino login, sign-up and verification
The Casoola casino login sits on the same /ca/ site where you register. Before you sign up, know these rules from the terms:
- Age. The terms accept players from 18. Most provinces set the legal age at 19; only Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec allow 18.
- Verification. Casoola can ask for certified ID, proof of residence, proof that the payment method is yours and proof of source of funds. You have 30 days to send them, and checks usually take up to 10 days.
- Closing the account. If you close it while it holds a positive balance or a pending withdrawal, the terms say those funds are voided. Withdraw everything and wait for it to arrive before you close.
Because the live site blocks some regions, a login failure abroad may be the site's own restriction rather than a problem with your password. Live chat and email are the routes to support.
Responsible gambling
The responsible-gaming page offers one route: email support to ask for self-exclusion or a break. No deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs or reality checks are described.
That puts most of the work on the player. Decide what you can afford before depositing, and keep the account-closure rule above in mind if you want to stop for good. Provincial self-exclusion programmes only cover their own province's regulated sites, so they will not reach Casoola. Free help in every province is listed on our responsible-gambling page.
Casoola casino Canada: who can play
Canada is not one of the excluded jurisdictions in section 2.3 of the terms, and no province is named as restricted. The Casoola casino CA section, at casoola.com/ca/, serves the whole country from one offshore site:
- Ontario: not excluded by the terms, but not registered with the AGCO or iGaming Ontario.
- Alberta: not excluded, and not registered with the AGLC.
- Quebec and the rest of Canada: the same offshore site.
Players in Ontario and Alberta have regulated alternatives; our guide to playing in Canada explains how to find them.
What we could not verify, and how to check it
Several facts a player would normally expect on a casino review are missing here because Casoola does not publish them in the pages we could read. If you plan to register, ask live chat or [email protected] for each of these in writing first:
- The name of the company that operates the site and holds your money.
- The licence number and the regulator that issued it, with a link to the public register.
- The wagering requirement, minimum deposit, maximum bet and expiry for the welcome bonus.
- Which deposit and withdrawal methods work in Canada, and whether Interac is one of them.
- The number of games and the studios that supply them.
A clear, checkable answer to the first two would change this review. Without them, the rest matters less.
Our Casoola online casino review verdict
Casoola Canada has the trimmings of a modern casino: CAD pricing, a sportsbook, cashback, reloads and a VIP ladder. The trouble is underneath. An operator that does not name itself or its licence asks for a level of trust that the published facts cannot support, and the clause that voids a balance on account closure adds real risk.
If you are set on trying it, keep deposits small, verify your account before you need a withdrawal and never close the account with money in it. A casino that publishes its licence is the safer choice. Browse our casino reviews for brands that do.
