JeetCity is an offshore casino run by Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rican company, under a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Its Canadian page lists Interac, iDebit and Instadebit among its payment logos, and its welcome package runs over three deposits, starting with 100% up to C$375 and 100 free spins, with x40 wagering throughout.
This JeetCity review sets out what the terms in force from 5 August 2026 and the bonus terms say, as of October 2026: the welcome offer in dollars, the deposit and withdrawal rules, the licence, the domain question and who can play. JeetCity publishes little beyond its terms. Its game count, providers, support channels and responsible-gambling tools are not on its public pages, and we say so wherever that leaves a gap.
JeetCity's welcome bonus over three deposits
The bonus terms describe a three-step package, with a high-roller alternative on the first deposit:

The minimum deposit for the offers is C$30, the maximum bet while wagering is EUR 5 or the equivalent, and the first-deposit promotion runs for 5 days. The 100 spins arrive as 50 a day over two days.
One conflict to know about: the promotion page headline advertises a first deposit bonus of EUR 5,000 plus 100 free spins. Terms that limit what a bonus can pay
Three rules matter more than the size of the match:
- Winnings cap: while you are wagering a bonus, winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus granted. On the full C$375 first-deposit bonus, winnings stop at C$3,750.
- Short clock: the first-deposit promotion gives 5 days. Clearing C$15,000 of bets in five days means C$3,000 of wagering a day.
- Deposit wagering: with or without a bonus, deposits must be wagered three times before a withdrawal, and more than that on table and live games. On slots, that means betting three times the deposit before you can ask for it back.
Put together, the first-deposit match is built for slot sessions over a few days, with a ceiling on the upside. Game contribution rates are not set out in the bonus terms we read, so ask before playing table games with a bonus active.
Games at JeetCity
JeetCity does not publish a game count, a provider list or a set of featured titles on the pages we could read. The only game named in its terms is Book of Nile: HOLD 'N' LINK, which carries the welcome spins. Promotions mention a game of the month and pre-release promotions, but nothing says which studios supply the lobby.
No testing lab or published payout percentage is shown either. That leaves each game's own RTP as your only guide, and the house edge applies to all of it. If a particular studio or live-dealer table matters to you, confirm it is in the lobby before you deposit.

JeetCity deposit methods and withdrawal time
The site footer shows these payment logos:
- Canadian bank methods: Interac, iDebit, Instadebit.
- E-wallets: MiFinity, Jeton, ecoPayz, Neteller, Skrill.

- Crypto: Bitcoin in the footer; the terms add Ethereum, Litecoin, BNB, USDT and USDC.
A JeetCity deposit can be made in CAD. Limits and times per method are shown only in the cashier, and the footer does not say which methods also pay out.
Withdrawals: minimums, caps and fees
The JeetCity withdrawal time is not stated in the terms: there is no pending period and no time per method. The rules that are stated:
- Minimum withdrawal: C$75.
- Maximum: C$7,500 per day and C$15,000 per week. The monthly figure did not load in our copy of the terms.
- Bank transfers may carry intermediary fees of up to C$24.
- ID, payment-method and utility-bill documents may be requested before any withdrawal.
The C$75 minimum is worth noting if you play small, because it is more than twice the C$30 minimum deposit: a balance below C$75 cannot be withdrawn. At the top end, the C$15,000 weekly cap means a large win leaves in weekly pieces.

JeetCity runs in a mobile browser. We found no JeetCity app on the App Store or Google Play linked from the site, and the terms mention none, so we cannot confirm an official JeetCity app download. A file offered as one elsewhere has nothing on the casino's own pages to vouch for it.
Using the browser has one practical advantage here: you see the address bar. Since JeetCity uses more than one domain, being able to check where you are before you log in is useful, as the next section explains.
Is JeetCity legit? Licence, operator and domains
The paperwork JeetCity shows:
- Operator: Novatrix SRL, registration 3-102-893958.
- Address: Cartago, Oreamuno, Potrero Cerrado, Cartago, 30703, Costa Rica.
- Licence: Tobique Gaming Commission, number 0000002, shown as a seal in the footer. The seal's validator returned VALID when checked in October 2026.
We found no regulator actions against JeetCity. So, is JeetCity casino legit? It is a named company with a licence that a validator confirms. It is not licensed by any Canadian province, the Tobique licence is not a provincial licence, and there is no testing lab or published responsible-gambling toolkit to add weight. Those gaps are what you are weighing against the licence.
JeetCity 6, 15 and the numbered domains
JeetCity runs on numbered web addresses. In October 2026, jeetcity.com forwarded to jeetcity15.com, and that is where the terms we quote sit. Names such as "JeetCity 6" follow the same pattern, but we could not confirm that address. Whatever address you land on, check that the footer names Novatrix SRL and that the Tobique seal opens a validator page for that exact domain.
Support and responsible gambling: what is not published
JeetCity's public pages, as we read them, give no live chat details, no support email, no phone line and no hours. French support is not confirmed either. You will have to find the contact option once inside the site, and it is worth testing it with a simple question before you deposit.
The same gap applies to responsible-gambling tools: deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are not described in the material we could check. A provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites and will not reach JeetCity. Signing up, and the dormancy fee
Registering takes your real details and an age of 18, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that is higher: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. One clause to remember for later: an account inactive for 12 months is charged a dormancy fee of EUR 20 a month. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance rather than leaving it to be eaten by the fee.
JeetCity Canada: where you can play
The terms contain no province clause and do not list Canada among restricted countries. On that basis, JeetCity Canada is one offshore site open to players in every province, Ontario and Alberta included, under the Tobique licence.
That is not the same as being part of the provincial markets. Ontario's regulated market is made up of operators registered with the AGCO with an iGaming Ontario agreement, and Alberta's, live since 13 July 2026, of operators registered with AGLC under the Alberta iGaming Corporation. Five things to confirm before your first JeetCity deposit
Because so much is left to the cashier and the chat window, a short check before paying in saves trouble later. Write the answers down, or save the chat transcript if the site offers one.
- Which methods pay out. The footer shows ten deposit logos but says nothing about withdrawals. If Interac is how you want to be paid, confirm it works in that direction.
- How long a cash-out takes. The terms give no pending period, so ask for the current processing time and the time for your method.
- How games count towards wagering. The bonus terms we read list no contribution rates, and the deposit rule already asks for more than 3x on table and live games.
- The monthly withdrawal cap. Our copy of the terms showed the daily and weekly caps only.
- Which limits you can set. Ask whether deposit limits, a time-out or self-exclusion are available, and how to switch them on.
If the answers are vague, treat that as information too. A casino that cannot say how it pays out is not one to trust with a large balance.
