Loto Quebec Online Login and Sign-Up: Verification, App and Support

Who can open an account, what Loto-Québec checks before it pays, and where to turn when login fails.

Loto Quebec online login opens the province's casino on lotoquebec.com or in the Loto-Québec app, which also carries lottery games, and an account is open only to residents of Quebec who are 18 or older. The espacejeux.com address still exists, but its English pages now pass their content to lotoquebec.com.

Below is what the specific conditions of use and the contact page say about opening an account, verifying it, logging in and stepping away. Everything was read on 23 October 2026. For the games, payments and scores, see our Loto-Québec casino review.

Loto Quebec online login: who can open an account

Two conditions come before anything else. Section 4.1.1 sets the minimum age at 18 years of age or older, and section 4.1.2 limits accounts to residents of Quebec. A player in Ontario, Alberta or any other province cannot register, whatever device they use.

The one exception in the conditions concerns poker: some poker games pool players located elsewhere in Canada. That does not open the casino to them; it only means a Quebec player may sit at a poker table with people from other provinces.

  • ID checks (KYC): must link a personal bank account before withdrawing; Loto-Québec may require additional information including occupation (anti-money-laundering) source

  • Phone: Customer Service 1-866-611-5686 source

  • Responsible-gambling tools: weekly deposit limit ($25 to $9,999; increases take effect after 24 hours); gaming limits; breaks (pauses); self-exclusion; summary of my gambling habits; Wise Play messages source

Signing up: what the conditions require

Loto-Québec does not publish the registration form itself on its public pages, so we will not describe fields we have not seen. The conditions and the promotions page do set out what a new account involves:

  1. Pick an offer, if you want one. The two new-player offers carry their codes, A25MS10626 for slots and A50CD10627 for the Live Casino, inside their sign-up links.
  2. Confirm you qualify. Quebec residence and an age of 18 or older.
  3. Decide on a weekly deposit limit. The range you can set is $25 to $9,999, and any increase takes effect after 24 hours.
  4. Link a personal bank account. Withdrawals go to this account, so it has to be in place before your first cash-out.

Deposits cannot be made with prepaid cards, corporate credit cards or American-issued credit cards; the conditions name Capital One and MBNA as examples.

Verification Loto Quebec online: bank account and AML checks

Verification loto quebec online is mostly about money, not about uploading a pile of documents up front. The conditions name two checks:

  • A linked personal bank account before you can withdraw. The transfer goes only to that account, with a $10 minimum per request.
  • Additional information on request, which can include your occupation, under Loto-Québec's anti-money-laundering obligations.

A minimum delay of 24 hours applies to every withdrawal request, and withdrawals of $100,000 or more are handled separately rather than deposited automatically. A slow first payout is therefore normal and is not a sign of a blocked account.

Loto Quebec verification code and account security

The public conditions of use we read do not describe a one-time code sent by text or email, so we cannot say when Loto-Québec asks for one or how long it lasts. If a Loto Quebec verification code is requested and does not arrive, check that the phone number or email on your account is current, then contact Customer Service rather than requesting code after code.

Two habits protect any casino account: never share a code with someone who calls or messages you, and log out on shared devices. If something on the account looks wrong, use the official routes listed below.

Login loto quebec: the app or the browser

There are two ways in. The Loto-Québec app is on the App Store, published by the Société des loteries du Québec, and on Google Play, and Loto-Québec says slot machines, lottery games and Live Casino games are available in it. On 23 October 2026 the App Store listing showed 4.69 from 259,837 ratings, a rating for the whole app.

The browser route is lotoquebec.com. The conditions note that deposit methods vary by bank and operating system, so the cashier on a phone may show different options from the one on a computer even though the login is the same.

When login fails: support routes

Loto-Québec lists three ways to reach Customer Service:

  • "Chat with Us" on the contact page.
  • The contact form, answered by email.
  • Phone: 1-866-611-5686.

Service runs every day from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. French is the primary language of the site, and English pages are governed by the Charter of the French language. If the site itself will not load, the phone line is the route that does not depend on it.

Breaks, self-exclusion and closing your account

The contact page lists gaming limits, breaks (pauses), self-exclusion, the weekly deposit limit, a summary of your gambling habits and Wise Play messages. A break is the lighter option; self-exclusion keeps you out for the period you choose.

The pages we read do not describe a separate "close my account" button, so ask Customer Service if you want an account closed outright rather than paused. More help is on our responsible gambling page.

Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
