The bet365 app download is the first thing many Canadians search for, but the bigger question is which bet365 you end up on. bet365 runs three different casino operations for Canada: an Ontario site registered with the AGCO, an Alberta site registered with the AGLC, and bet365.com, which serves the rest of the country under a Gibraltar licence. Each has its own company, terms and bonus rules.
This review walks through all three as of October 2026, using bet365's own help centres, the iGaming Ontario directory and the Alberta register. Where a fact could not be read, we say so instead of filling the gap. Payments are the strong point; the casino lobby itself is the weak spot in what bet365 publishes.
Where Canadians can play bet365: Ontario, Alberta and bet365.com Canada
bet365 does not run one Canadian casino. It runs three, and the province you are physically in decides which one you can use. Each provincial site lists the other provinces as restricted, so an Ontario account cannot be used from Calgary and the reverse.
| Site | Who it serves | Company | Licence | Minimum age in terms |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| on.bet365.ca / casino.on.bet365.ca | Ontario only | Hillside (International Gaming) ENC, Malta | AGCO registration OPIG1232411 + iGaming Ontario agreement | Over 19 |
| casino.ab.bet365.ca | Alberta only, geolocation checked | Hillside (International Gaming) ENC, Malta | AGLC registration ID 120500 + AiGC registered site | Over 18 |
| bet365.com (Canada content) | Quebec and the other provinces | Hillside (International Gaming) LP, Gibraltar | Gibraltar RGL number 078 | Over 18 |
Two points deserve attention. First, bet365.com is not licensed by any Canadian province; its Gibraltar licence is the only regulator behind it, so provincial complaint routes do not apply. Second, its Canada terms say players must be "over 18", while the legal age is 19 in most provinces and 18 only in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. If you live in a 19+ province, the provincial age is the one that counts.
The bet365.com Canada pages we read did not list which provinces are excluded. Ontario and Alberta have their own sites, so in practice players there are routed to those. Our guide to playing in Canada explains how the provincial markets differ.
The bet365 casino welcome offer
A casino welcome offer exists on both provincial sites, but only the lobby banner text could be read, as of 23 October 2026. That banner gives the rules, not the prize: no match percentage, no maximum bonus and no spin count are stated in it.
- Ontario: "Min. $10 in lifetime deposits. Promo must be claimed within 30 days of registering. Bonus: 30x betting requirement. Spins: 10 reveals within 20 days."
- Alberta: the same structure, but with a 25x betting requirement and "Free Spins: 10 reveals within 20 days".
- bet365.com: no casino welcome offer was captured for the Canada content.
Because the bonus size is unknown, the useful number is the betting requirement itself. Here is what it means in dollars for a few bonus amounts:
| Bonus credited | Bets needed in Ontario (30x) | Bets needed in Alberta (25x) |
|---|---|---|
| C$10 | C$300 | C$250 |
| C$50 | C$1,500 | C$1,250 |
| C$100 | C$3,000 | C$2,500 |
These rows are arithmetic on the stated multipliers, not bet365's own examples, and they assume the requirement applies to the bonus amount, which the banner does not spell out. An Alberta player clears the same bonus with one sixth less betting than an Ontario player. The Ontario site also runs Golden Chips, earned by completing betting requirements, capped at 20. The full breakdown sits on our bet365 bonus page.
Promotions after the welcome offer
The two provincial sites differ more on ongoing promotions than on anything else. Ontario's lobby showed one extra mechanic, Golden Chips. Alberta's lobby listed a whole programme as of 23 October 2026:
- Free to Play: a daily tile reveal on a grid that resets every week.
- A points race that gives one point per $10 of cash bets.
- A weekly live casino cash share, one point per $20 on eligible live games.
- Slot leaderboards where the top 500 win cash, plus Weekly Wheel Drops.
- A $50k Weekly Giveaway and a $10k Prizeshare.
- Drops & Wins 2026, Jackpot365 and Prize Matcher.
Most of these are races or prize draws: you earn entries by betting, and the prize pool is shared among the players who place highest. That is entertainment with a bonus attached, not a discount on play. A points race that rewards each $10 bet also rewards betting more, so set your budget first and treat any prize as a side effect. bet365 did not publish the individual terms for each promotion in the pages we could read, so check each one before you opt in.
| Term | Main site | Alberta site |
|---|---|---|

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Games and the bet365 roulette review question
This is where bet365's public pages say least. The casino lobbies on both provincial sites are built from images, and no page we could read gave a game total, a split between slots and live tables, or a list of software providers. We will not guess them.
What the sources do show is indirect. The iOS app is called "bet365 Casino Games & Slots". The Alberta lobby mentions slot leaderboards, Weekly Wheel Drops, Drops & Wins 2026, Jackpot365 and a weekly live casino cash share that awards one point per $20 bet on eligible live games. So slots, a jackpot feature and live dealer tables are clearly there.
Anyone searching for a bet365 roulette review should know that roulette is not named in the material we checked, so we cannot confirm which wheels, limits or live versions are on offer. Check the lobby after logging in, and read the game's help screen for its rules and return-to-player figure before you bet. As with any table game, the house edge works against the player over time.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Deposits: Interac, cards, PayPal and the rest
Banking is bet365's best-documented area. The provincial help centres list every method with its minimum, maximum and processing time, and the numbers are generous:
- Interac (bank transfer / e-Transfer): $10 to $25,000, instant, "with no fees applied".
- Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, prepaid): $10 to $50,000 deposits.
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard): $10 to $50,000; bet365 charges no fee, but your card issuer may treat it as a cash advance.
- Apple Pay ($10 to $50,000) and Google Pay ($10 to $10,000): deposit only.
- PayPal, Ontario only: deposits from $40, up to $12,500.
- Prepaid voucher / eWallet: $10 to $400.
Alberta's list matches Ontario's except that PayPal is not shown. On bet365.com the Canada page lists Interac, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank wire, with a $200 minimum for wire. No site takes cryptocurrency, and every account runs in Canadian dollars.

How to withdraw from bet365, and how long it takes
To withdraw, you request the payout in the cashier. Apple Pay and Google Pay cannot receive money, so deposits made that way come back by bank transfer.
How long does a withdrawal take from bet365? The provincial payment pages give these process times:
- Interac: 1-4 hours, $10 to $25,000 per transaction.
- Debit and credit cards: 1-4 hours, $10 to $40,000; for cards bet365 adds "We aim to process your withdrawal within 2 hours".
- PayPal (Ontario): 1-4 hours, $20 to $12,500.
- Bank transfer: within 12 hours, $10 to $25,000.
On bet365.com the stated times are "Within 12 Hours", "1-4 Hours" or "1-2 Banking Days" depending on the method, with wire taking 1-5 banking days and running from $200 up to $200,000. So the short answer to "how long for bet365 withdrawal" is hours on the provincial sites and up to a few banking days offshore. These are bet365's processing times; your bank can add its own delay after that.
Two limits matter. Both provincial payment pages say "maximum winnings limits apply", and the Alberta terms (clause 11.5) say you are only entitled to the applicable maximum. bet365 does not publish what that maximum is in the pages we read. Identity checks are not described in our sources either, so be ready in case documents are requested before a first payout.
bet365 app download and mobile play
The bet365 app download for iPhone is "bet365 Casino Games & Slots" on the Canadian App Store, sold by Hillside Technology Limited. There is also a separate bet365 Sports Betting app. The store listing does not say which provinces the casino app serves, and the same listing is recorded for both Ontario and Alberta, so check that you are signed in to the account for your own province.
For Android, none of our sources showed a Google Play listing or a download page, so we cannot point you to one. Both provincial sites work in a mobile browser, which is the safe fallback on any phone.
A practical tip: download from the App Store or the casino's own help pages only. Search results for "bet365 app download" also turn up third-party file sites; a bet365 download from those sources is not something bet365 has published.
Fees and terms that bite
Three clauses in bet365's terms are worth reading before you deposit, because they cost money or limit what you can take out.
- Dormant account fee (clause 9.4). All three sites charge a monthly "Administration Fee" of $4, or 5% of the account balance, whichever is greater. The Alberta terms say it starts after 365 days of inactivity plus 28 days. On a $200 balance that is $10 a month, because 5% beats $4. Withdrawing the balance or closing the account before you stop playing avoids it.
- Maximum winnings. Both provincial payment pages say "Maximum winnings limits apply", and the Alberta terms (clause 11.5) confirm you are only paid up to the applicable limit. The limit itself was not stated in the pages we read.
- Credit card deposits. bet365 charges nothing, but a card issuer can treat a casino deposit as a cash advance, with its own fee and interest from day one. Interac or debit avoids that.
The Ontario terms we read are version 4.0, effective 20 April 2026; Alberta's are version 1.001, effective 23 July 2026; the bet365.com Canada terms took effect on 25 August 2026. Terms change, so the version on the site when you register is the one that binds you.
Is bet365 Canadian? Licence, owner and safety
No. bet365 is an international group, and none of its Canadian-facing companies is based in Canada. The operators are:
- Ontario and Alberta: Hillside (International Gaming) ENC (casino) and Hillside (International Sports) ENC (sportsbook), Office 1/2373, Level G, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex, Malta, registration P1887.
- bet365.com: Hillside (International Gaming) LP, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, registration 121, Gibraltar licence RGL 078.
The provincial sites carry the "© 2001-2026 bet365" footer. In Ontario, the iGaming Ontario directory lists bet365 for casino and sports betting under Hillside (International Sports) ENC. In Alberta, the AGLC lists the casino entity under registration ID 120500, valid to 13 July 2027, while the AiGC directory names a third entity, Hillside (Sports) MP Limited, as operator. We record that conflict as found rather than pick a side.
We found no AGCO penalty against Hillside or bet365 (AGCO news checked 23 October 2026) and no AGLC action. On fairness, the Alberta Fair Payouts page says the RNGs are "accredited by range of independent testing companies" without naming the casino lab; only the virtual sports RNG is named as eCOGRA-certified. For how we weigh licences, see how we review.
Signing up, logging in and getting support
Registration happens on the site for your province: on.bet365.ca in Ontario, casino.ab.bet365.ca in Alberta, bet365.com elsewhere. The bet365 website you land on matters, because each one keeps separate accounts and terms. The Ontario welcome offer must be claimed within 30 days of registering, so there is no rush to deposit on day one. Alberta requires you to be physically in the province, which the site checks by geolocation. Registration includes confirming that you meet the age in that site's terms: over 19 in Ontario, over 18 in Alberta. bet365's pages do not describe its document checks, so keep ID and a proof of address ready in case support asks before a first withdrawal. Step-by-step help, including account closure, is on our bet365 login guide.
Support and French
Both provincial sites offer live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, plus a webform; no email address is published on the Alberta contact page. No support phone number appears on the pages we read either, so chat is the route for anything urgent, such as a payout stuck in processing or a login lock. Keep the chat transcript if a dispute might follow: in Ontario and Alberta the site answers to a provincial regulator, which bet365.com, as an offshore site, does not. French-language support and a French version of the site were not confirmed in any bet365 source, so Quebec players should not assume either.
Responsible-gambling tools
The Ontario and Alberta sites list deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. Ontario adds BetGuard, iGaming Ontario's centralized self-exclusion, and Alberta links to the AGLC's own centralized scheme, so one request can cover every regulated site in the province. No tool list was captured for bet365.com. Set a deposit limit before you play rather than after a bad session. Ontario players can also reach ConnexOntario; see our responsible gambling page for help in every province.
Who bet365 suits: our take on bet365 reviews Canada searches
bet365 makes the most sense for an Ontario or Alberta player who values regulation and quick banking above a large, well-described bonus. The provincial licences, hour-level withdrawal times and $25,000 Interac ceiling are hard to argue with. The Alberta site is the better-value version, with 25x instead of 30x betting and a longer list of running promotions.
It suits casino-first players less. Without published game counts or providers, you are choosing a lobby you cannot inspect in advance, and the welcome banner leaves out the size of the reward. Players outside Ontario and Alberta should remember that bet365.com is a Gibraltar-licensed site with an 18+ rule in its terms. Compare it with other licensed options on our casino reviews list, such as BetMGM Casino or FanDuel Casino.
