The Yukon Gold online casino launched in 2004 and belongs to the Casino Rewards group, and in 2026 it runs as three separate sites for Canadians. Ontario players get a site regulated by the AGCO under an iGaming Ontario agreement, Albertans get one registered with the AGLC under an agreement with Alberta iGaming Corporation, and everyone else lands on an offshore site licensed in Kahnawake. The name and the welcome offer look the same on all three. The terms behind them do not.
This review keeps the three apart. Every number below comes from the casino's own terms, bonus and FAQ pages or from a regulator or testing-lab record, checked in October 2026. Where the casino's pages disagree with each other, we say so rather than pick the friendlier version.
Welcome bonus: 150 chances, then a 100% match
As of October 2026, the welcome package on all three Yukon Gold sites is quoted identically: the first deposit of $10 buys "150 chances to win $1 Million on Mega Money Wheel", with each spin valued at $0.10, and the second deposit earns a "100% match bonus up to $150". No bonus code is needed. The spins are therefore worth $15 at face value, and the most the second deposit can add is $150.
The catch is the play-through. On the offshore site the first and second deposit bonuses are "subject to 200 times play-through", and the terms give their own example: a $100 bonus means wagering about $20,000. The Ontario and Alberta sites apply 30 times to all deposit bonuses, so the same $100 bonus needs about $3,000. The site shows plain "$" amounts; the table treats them as Canadian dollars.

Three more rules change the maths:
- Game weighting. Slots count 100%. Table games, live casino and everything else count 2%, so C$1 on blackjack clears two cents of the requirement. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing.
- Bet size. Any single bet of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is met counts as irregular play and can void winnings. With a C$150 bonus, that line sits at C$37.50.
- Time. The offer must be claimed with a first deposit within 7 days of joining, and unused bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration.
Withdrawing deposited money before the play-through is done cancels the bonus. On the offshore site, winnings from the Mega Money Wheel spins also sit under the 200x rule.

Yukon Gold publishes less about its lobby than about its bonus. The homepage speaks of "hundreds of casino games" without a total, and the only software name the group gives for the brand is Apricot. Counts for Yukon Gold Casino slots, table games or live tables are not published, so we cannot rank the library against other casinos and do not try.
What the group's pages do confirm:
- A live dealer section with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows.
- Progressive jackpots including the Mega Moolah family, flagged as not available in every region.
- Mega Money Wheel, the game tied to the first-deposit spins.
- A "Highest Win Rate Guarantee", which the group words as offering "the best available win rate or Return to Player (RTP) version" of each provider's games.
The independent number here is eCOGRA's payout report for the whole Casino Rewards group, covering 01 July to 30 September 2026: 96.11% across all games, 96.05% on slots, 97.83% on table games, 97.54% on poker games and 93.06% on other games. That is a measured return over many players, not a promise for any session, and the house keeps its edge on every game.

Loyalty points and other promotions
After the welcome offer, the value comes from Casino Rewards, the loyalty programme shared by every casino in the group. It has six status levels. Points build as you play, 100 VIP points convert into $1 in casino chips, and you can redeem once you hold 1,000 points, which equals $10 in chips. The terms we read do not say whether points move between the group's casinos, so treat them as belonging to this site.
The group also runs promotions it lists by name: the Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes, VIP Lucky Jackpot, Rewards Riches and Drop & Wins. Their prize pools and entry rules change and are not set out in the terms we read, so check the promotion page before you count on one. Bonus credit from any of them falls under the same terms as above, including the 2% weighting for table games.
Points are a small rebate on money already wagered, not a reason to wager more. At 100 points to the dollar, the conversion is modest by design.
Yukon Gold withdrawal times, limits and fees
Deposits are simple: Interac, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc., plus Visa and Mastercard, from $10. A full deposit list is only shown inside the lobby. The FAQ also lists the withdrawal routes open to Canada, and none of them names Interac, so do not plan on cashing out the way you paid in.
A Yukon Gold withdrawal moves through three stages on the offshore site:
- Pending. The request waits 48 hours, during which you can reverse it.
- Processing. It is handled the following business day.
- Transfer. Skrill takes 1 to 3 working days, Canadian EFT or eCheck 2 to 3, a Visa or Mastercard payout 3 working days after processing, and a direct bank wire 6 to 10.
Add those together and a Skrill payout on paper takes about four to six days from request to arrival, and an EFT a day longer. The first withdrawal to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks. The Ontario terms drop the 48-hour clause and say only that withdrawals "maybe subject to a processing period" from Monday to Friday, while the Ontario FAQ still quotes 48 hours pending. Treat two days as the realistic floor.
Minimums and fees: C$50 for Skrill, EFT and cards, all free of charge; C$300 for a wire, which costs $50, or $100 above $3,000, plus 2.5% on any currency conversion. The FAQ quotes the wire fee in plain dollars while the terms write "$50.00 USD", so the charge may be in US dollars; ask support before choosing a wire. Visa payouts go by OCT and only to Visa holders. The Ontario and Alberta terms add per-method ceilings, such as Mastercard at 40,000 EUR a day.
The limit that matters most is the group rule for players who win "substantially greater than their total purchases" across Casino Rewards casinos: they are paid a maximum of $4,000 a week. A C$40,000 win would take ten weeks to collect.

Mobile: an Ontario app, browser elsewhere
Only the Ontario site has native apps. "Yukon Gold Casino Ontario" is listed on the Canadian App Store and on Google Play, and the app only works while you are inside the province. The offshore site and the Alberta site have no app in either store; both run in a phone browser, which is also how Ontario players can play without installing anything.
Because the casino does not publish a game count, we cannot say whether the mobile lobby matches the desktop one. The bonus, wagering and withdrawal rules are the same whichever screen you use, as they are written into the same terms.
Is Yukon Gold legit? Licence, owner and safety
The short answer is that each of the three Yukon Gold casinos is licensed by a real regulator, but by a different one, under a different company.

Fresh Horizons Ltd. appears on the Kahnawake permit-holders list, and the footer links to a live certificate page. The Ontario site is in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites and the Alberta site in the AiGC directory; neither terms page prints an AGCO or AGLC registration number. Games carry eCOGRA's "Safe & Fair" seal for 09 December 2025 to 08 December 2026.
There is one public regulator action to weigh. On 10 August 2023 the AGCO announced a C$100,000 monetary penalty against Apollo Entertainment Ltd., the Ontario operator, over alleged failures in player interventions, voluntary self-exclusion and limit-setting tools; in one case cited, a player lost over $2 million in under four months. Nothing comparable was found against Fresh Horizons on the Kahnawake site, or from the AGLC.

Two clauses in the terms are worth reading before you register. Dormant accounts can have balances removed within up to 60 days of inactivity, with cash returnable on request and bonus money lost. And the terms allow the casino to use player data for AI training and machine-learning models, seeking consent "where required by law".
Support and French
Live chat is open 24/7 on all three sites. Email goes to [email protected], with replies promised within 48 hours, and deposit problems go to [email protected]. No phone number is published.
French speakers have a French version of the offshore and Ontario sites in the language menu. The group describes a "multilingual support team" but does not say French is spoken on chat, so we cannot confirm it. The Alberta site is English only.
How to sign up and log in
Registration starts on the site for your province, and that choice is binding: the Ontario terms require you to be wagering from inside Ontario, and the Alberta terms the same for Alberta. You give your details, make the C$10 first deposit within seven days to take the spins, and log in on that same site afterwards.
Expect identity checks before the first payout: government photo ID, proof that the card or wallet is yours and, on the offshore site, proof of address no older than three months. Documents may need notary certification. Sending them early avoids a withdrawal sitting in limbo.

Yukon Gold in Ontario, Alberta and the rest of Canada
Where you are standing decides which site you can use, and so which rules apply to your money. The Ontario site is the AGCO-regulated version at a separate address, open only to players located in the province. Alberta has had a regulated market since 13 July 2026, and Yukon Gold is one of the brands registered in it, again with location required. Quebec and the remaining provinces reach the offshore site, which also has a French version.
Remember what the offshore lane is: a Kahnawake licence, not a provincial one. Every province also runs its own site, such as OLG in Ontario or Loto-Québec. Yukon Gold works best for an Ontario or Alberta player who wants a low-stakes start and will play slots: the 30x rule is manageable and the tools are the full regulated set. Offshore, the same brand is a harder sell if you take the bonus, because 200x on a C$150 bonus means C$30,000 of bets. Playing without it avoids the problem.
