The catch is in the qualifying rules. Any withdrawal during the 7-day period disqualifies you, so cashing out a win on day three ends the offer. The offer is also slots only for qualifying, so the first-week play that triggers it has to be on slots.

Bally's publishes a MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook app on the Canadian App Store, sold by Ballys Interactive LLC and released on 12 June 2025. As the name says, it combines the casino with a sportsbook. We found no Android listing, so Android players use the site in a phone browser, which the casino supports.
Whichever route you use, the province rules apply. Both regulated versions require you to be physically located in the province you picked, and location is part of the verification the terms describe, so travelling outside Ontario or Alberta means you cannot play on that province's site from where you are.
Is Monopoly Casino legit? Licence, owner and safety
Yes. Both versions are provincially regulated, so a provincial regulator stands behind each one.
- Ontario: Bally's Canada Inc., registered with the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, registration OPIG1451132. It appears in the iGaming Ontario directory for casino and sports betting.
- Alberta: the same Bally's Canada Inc., AGLC registration 120433, valid to 5 August 2027 on the AGLC registrant list. The Alberta iGaming Corporation lists the site as Monopoly Casino & Sportsbook.
Behind the Canadian company sits Bally's Corporation. The site does not say which platform runs the games, so we do not guess. We could not find a named testing lab or a published payout percentage, and no registered address for Bally's Canada appears on the pages we read.
Account terms worth knowing
Two clauses stand out. An account with no login for three years is treated as dormant and closed (terms 7.4). And the casino verifies identity, age and location through an independent provider (terms 4.10), so a mismatch between your details and your documents will slow you down.
