Ozoon Login Canada: Registering, Verifying and Getting Back In

Casino, sports and poker on one site, four provinces shut out, and ID checks that can come before a payout

The Ozoon login opens a site that runs a casino, a sportsbook and a poker room, all operated by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. from Costa Rica. There is no store app to install, so you sign in through a browser or the web app saved to your home screen.

This guide covers who may register, what Ozoon asks for at sign-up and before a withdrawal, the usual reasons an Ozoon casino login fails, and how to pause or close the account. It follows Ozoon's terms and help pages as of 23 October 2026. For the bonus, games and licence, see the full Ozoon review.

Ozoon login Canada: who can open an account

Before anything else, check your province against the terms, because opening an account from an excluded province breaks them.

  • Not accepted: Quebec, Manitoba and Nova Scotia (terms 2.11) and New Brunswick (terms 6.4).
  • Accepted under the terms: Ontario, Alberta and the remaining provinces and territories. In Ontario and Alberta, Ozoon is not registered with the provincial regulator, so it is outside the regulated market there.
  • Age: at least 18, or the legal age where you live if that is higher (terms 1.5). In most provinces Ozoon accepts, that means 19.

Ozoon redirects some visitors from outside its markets to a blocked page, so a login screen that never loads can mean you are connecting from somewhere it does not serve.

  • ID checks (KYC): Full name, address, date of birth, email and phone at sign-up; extra documents if identity cannot be validated; Credit Card Verification Form may be required before withdrawal source
  • iOS app: No source
  • Android app: No source
  • Browser play: True - installable web app (Add to Home Screen), no store app source
  • Live chat: Customer Service team operates 24/7 (channel via Help Centre) source
  • Hours: 24/7 source
  • Responsible-gambling tools: self-exclusion; wager / deposit limits via responsible gaming page source

Registering: what the form asks for

The sign-up form collects five things: full name, home address, date of birth, email address and phone number. Use your legal name and the address on your ID, because Ozoon uses those details to validate who you are and will ask for documents if it cannot.

  1. Open the registration form and fill in the five details.
  2. Choose one welcome bonus only. The terms allow a single welcome offer per player, so pick between the casino match (100% up to C$3,500 plus 100 spins), the crypto package, the sports offer or the poker offer.
  3. Make a first deposit of at least C$20 if you want the casino match. By Interac the deposit range is C$20 to C$500.
  4. Upload any documents Ozoon requests as soon as it asks, rather than waiting until you want to withdraw.

Verification before your first withdrawal

Ozoon does not publish a fixed document list for every player. The terms say extra documents are requested when your identity cannot be validated from the registration details, and the payment help pages add that a Credit Card Verification Form may be needed before a withdrawal if you deposited by card.

Two money rules sit alongside the checks. Every deposit has to be wagered in full before winnings can be withdrawn, and each method has its own cap, for example one Interac withdrawal per 24 hours up to C$3,000. Sorting out verification early leaves Ozoon's normal review, which it puts at about 24 hours for Bitcoin requests.

Ozoon casino login on a phone

Ozoon has no iOS or Android app in the official stores. Its download page shows how to add the site to your home screen as a web app. It is the same website, so you sign in with the same details you use on a computer, and the same terms and limits apply. Be wary of any file that claims to be an Ozoon app from outside that page, since the casino does not point to one.

When the Ozoon login does not work

The pages we read do not list error messages, so this is a checklist of the causes the terms make likely rather than a list of Ozoon's own fixes.

  • Location: connecting from an excluded province or a country Ozoon does not serve leads to the blocked page, not the login form.
  • Details: sign in with the details you registered; if they do not match your ID, Ozoon can ask for documents.
  • Dormant account: after 5 years without activity, the terms treat an account as abandoned and pass its balance, less an administrative fee, to the Gaming Commission.
  • Self-exclusion: an account under self-exclusion cannot be used while the exclusion runs.

For anything else, Ozoon's Customer Service team works 24/7 through the Help Centre. No public email address or phone line is printed on the pages we read, and service is in English only.

Limits, self-exclusion and closing the account

Ozoon's responsible gaming page offers wager and deposit limits and self-exclusion. Set them from the start rather than after a losing run. Self-exclusion at Ozoon covers Ozoon only: it does not stop you using provincially regulated sites, and a provincial self-exclusion does not reach Ozoon, so use both if you need a full break. Before closing an account, withdraw what you can, keeping the per-method caps in mind. Support routes for every province are on our responsible gambling page.

Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
