Spinz Casino is the fourth brand of the Wildz Group, run by Granturo Malta Ltd under a Malta Gaming Authority licence issued in September 2025. Its Canadian site works in Canadian dollars, takes Interac both ways and offers a welcome package of up to C$2,000 over two deposits, plus 100 bonus spins.
Ontario is the exception. Spinz had a regulated Ontario site and shut it in October 2025, together with its sister brands Wildz and Caxino. This Spinz review covers the offshore site that serves the rest of Canada, quotes the terms as of October 2026, and flags the place where the casino's bonus page and its terms disagree about wagering.
Spinz casino welcome bonus: up to C$2,000 and 100 spins
The welcome package is two Balance Boosters, as Spinz calls its match bonuses:
- First deposit: 100% up to C$1,000 plus 100 Bonus Spins, paid as 10 spins a day for 10 days at C$0.10 each.
- Second deposit: a further 100% match, again capped at C$1,000.
The minimum deposit is C$10, the bonus must be wagered within 60 days of being claimed, and no code is listed. Bets with bonus money are capped at C$5 per spin or C$0.50 per bet line.
The wagering conflict, in dollars
Spinz's own pages disagree here. The Canadian bonus page describes the offer as "sticky" with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Clause 8.7 of the terms says 35x the bonus amount. The difference doubles the work:

Plan on the higher figure until support confirms otherwise in writing. Slots count 100%, except 27 listed titles such as Bloodsuckers, Dead or Alive 2 and Book of 99 that count nothing. Table and live games count 50%, video poker 0%. The Spinz bonus page covers cashback and the other promotions.
The 100 spins are worth C$10 in stakes in total, spread over ten days, so the match money is where the value or the risk sits. A player who deposits C$100 and takes the bonus is committing to at least C$3,500 of play, and possibly C$7,000. Someone who deposits C$100 and declines the bonus can withdraw after wagering the deposit once. For a short session, declining is often the more flexible choice.

Spinz describes its library as "thousands of first-class online casino games" and publishes no exact count or category split. What it does publish is the studio list on its Canadian homepage:

Deposits, Interac withdrawals and limits
Payments are where Spinz is strongest for Canadians. The account runs in CAD, and the payment page lists six routes:
- Interac e-Transfer: deposits and withdrawals; your bank may take 1 to 3 business days after Spinz pays.
- Interac eCashout: withdrawals only.
- Visa and Mastercard: both ways, 1 to 3 days of provider processing.
- Apple Pay and MiFinity eWallet: both ways.
Deposits start at C$10 and withdrawals at C$20. The eCashout row shows C$10, but a footnote sets C$20 for every method. There is no cryptocurrency option.
How long a withdrawal takes
Clause 7.9 of the terms says a withdrawal should be approved or denied within three days. After that comes the method's own time, such as 1 to 3 business days at your bank for Interac. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, and the operator reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee, which the cashier would show.
Putting the two stages together, an Interac withdrawal could take up to three days for approval and then up to three business days at the bank, so allow about a week in the worst case before chasing it. A first withdrawal can also wait on the verification checks below.
Big wins over C$50,000 may be paid in instalments of up to C$10,000 a day, C$25,000 a week or C$100,000 a month. Withdrawals need a verified account: ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership may be requested, and more checks apply once transactions or total deposits pass C$2,000.

Spinz app, download and mobile play
Spinz Casino has no app. No iOS or Android version is listed on its site, and mobile play runs in the phone browser.
Since the casino lists no app at all, any download file using the Spinz brand is not one the casino points to. A casino app from a source other than the App Store or Google Play is best avoided, whatever brand it carries.

Licence, owner and the Wildz Group
- Operator: Granturo Malta Ltd, registration C107733, Level 3, Triq It-Torri, Birkirkara, BKR 4013, Malta. On the MGA register the address appears as Suite No. 3363, Tower Business Centre, Swatar.
- Licence: MGA/B2C/1079/2025, a B2C Gaming Service Licence issued on 10 September 2025 and listed as licensed on the MGA's register.
- Group: the Wildz Group, whose platform was formerly called Rootz.
The Wildz Group's other brands include Wildz, Caxino and Wheelz, plus Beazt, Tuplaus, Chipz and Blingi. Spinz, Wildz and Caxino share the same Granturo Malta general terms, version 1.6 of 14 October 2026. The Spinz bonus terms are older, version 1.0 of 5 November 2025, and one section still says "Wildz Casino reserves the right", a leftover from the shared template.
No sanction against the operator by the MGA or Ontario's regulator was found. Two clauses are worth knowing: the casino's liability is capped at C$100, and a breach of the bonus maximum bet can void winnings even after wagering is complete.
Support and language
Live chat and email both run 24/7. The email address is not printed on the Canadian page, so start from the chat or the help pages. No phone line is published.
The site is English only. Its language selector shows English (CA) and no French locale, which makes Spinz a weak choice for French-speaking players in Quebec or elsewhere.
Before taking the welcome bonus, two questions are worth putting to chat: whether the 35x applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus on your account, and whether a withdrawal fee is currently shown in the cashier. Save the transcript. If a dispute comes up later, a written answer from the casino's own agent is far more useful than a memory of what was said.
Signing up and keeping the account active
Registration is on the Canadian site in CAD. Three points from the terms are worth knowing before you start:
- Age: you declare that you are 19 or older, or meet a higher local minimum. That is 19 even in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where provincial sites admit 18-year-olds.
- Verification: upload ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal, since only verified accounts can withdraw.
- Inactivity: after 6 months without a login, Spinz charges C$10 or 10% of the real-money balance, whichever is greater, and then charges again each month, so a dormant balance shrinks by at least C$10 every month. Withdraw what you have before you stop playing.
Responsible-gambling tools
Spinz's responsible gaming page lists a solid set of controls:
- deposit limits over 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days;
- a net loss limit;
- time-outs of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days;
- a reality check, set to 60 minutes by default;
- self-exclusion for a fixed or indefinite period, and account closure.
Ontario's and Alberta's provincial self-exclusion programmes cover only the regulated sites of those provinces, and this offshore site is not one of them. Spinz casino Ontario exit and the other provinces
The Ontario story is short. Spinz was listed in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites in May 2025, then announced it was "ceasing operations in the Ontario iGaming market". The dates it gave were:
- 29 September 2025: bonuses cancelled;
- 1 October 2025: deposits stopped;
- 15 October 2025: Ontario site access and logins disabled;
- 15 April 2026: last day of support for withdrawals, after which unclaimed balances may go to iGaming Ontario.
Spinz is no longer in the iGaming Ontario directory. The offshore terms do not name Ontario as a restricted province, and we could not confirm how the site treats Ontario visitors, but it is not registered with the AGCO, so it is not part of Ontario's legal market.

Alberta's regulated market, live since 13 July 2026, requires AGLC registration and an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation, and Spinz has neither. The offshore site is not licensed by any province. Our guide to playing in Canada sets out every province's options.
Who Spinz suits
Spinz is a reasonable pick for a slot player in Alberta, Quebec or the other provinces who wants Interac out as well as in, a CAD wallet and well-known studios. The cashback, with 1x wagering, is the most player-friendly promotion on the site.
It is a weaker pick for bonus players, because of the 35x wagering dispute and the 27 excluded slots, and for anyone who wants an app or French service. Ontario players have no Spinz option at all.
