Caxino Casino is a Malta-licensed online casino run by Granturo Malta Ltd, part of the Wildz Group, and it serves Canadians from a dedicated /ca/ site priced in Canadian dollars. Its pitch is plain: more than 4,000 games, Interac e-Transfer for deposits and withdrawals, and a welcome offer worth up to C$2,000 plus 100 bonus spins over two deposits.
This Caxino Canada review checks those claims against the casino's own terms, bonus rules and payments page, and against the Malta Gaming Authority register, as of October 2026. Two things stand out. First, Caxino left the regulated Ontario market in October 2025, so the offshore site is now the only Caxino in Canada. Second, the casino's own pages disagree on how the 35x wagering is counted, and that changes the size of the job by a factor of two.
Caxino casino welcome bonus: up to C$2,000 and 100 spins
The Caxino welcome package is a Balance Booster spread over the first two deposits, as listed on the /ca/ bonus terms in October 2026:
- First deposit: 100% up to C$1,000, plus 100 bonus spins paid out as 10 a day for 10 days, each worth C$0.10.
- Second deposit: another 100% up to C$1,000.
The minimum deposit is C$10, no code is stated, the bonus must be wagered 35 times and it expires 60 days after you claim it. Each daily batch of 10 spins lapses after 24 hours, and winnings from the 100 welcome spins are capped at C$1,000.
The catch is in how the 35x is counted. The /ca/ promotion page calls the Balance Booster sticky: deposit and bonus are locked together as bonus money and the whole amount has to be wagered. Section 8.7 of the terms says 35 times the bonus amount. Those two readings give very different totals:

Plan on the larger figure until support confirms otherwise in writing. Deposits and Caxino withdrawal times
Caxino accepts payments in Canadian dollars and lists six routes on its Canadian payments page. Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and the MiFinity eWallet work in both directions; Interac eCashout is a withdrawal-only option. There is no crypto.
Deposits start at C$10. The table on the payments page lists Interac eCashout withdrawals from C$10, but a footnote sets C$20 as the minimum for every withdrawal method, so count on C$20.
A Caxino withdrawal moves through three stages:
- Approval. Section 7.9 of the terms says a request should be approved or denied within three days.
- Verification, if needed. Withdrawals are only paid from verified accounts. The casino may ask for ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours, and extra checks apply once a single transaction or your total deposits pass C$2,000.
- The bank or provider. Interac and bank transfers can take 1 to 3 business days after Caxino pays, and cards 1 to 3 days of provider processing.
Three more clauses are worth knowing. Every deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. The casino reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee, which would be shown in the cashier; the payments page lists none. And winnings above C$50,000 can be paid in instalments of up to C$10,000 a day, C$25,000 a week or C$100,000 a month.

Caxino mobile: browser play, no app
There is no Caxino app on the App Store or Google Play, and the site does not offer a download. Caxino mobile play happens in the phone's browser, on the same /ca/ site and account you use on a computer.
The cashier, the bonus terms and the responsible-gaming settings are all on the website. Be wary of any "Caxino app" file offered outside the official site, since the casino does not publish one.
Is Caxino legit? Licence, owner and safety
Yes, on the evidence of the regulator's own register. The main points:
- Operator: Granturo Malta Ltd, company number C107733, Level 3, Triq It-Torri, Birkirkara BKR 4013, Malta. The MGA register gives the address as Suite No. 3363, Tower Business Centre, at the same street.
- Licence: Malta Gaming Authority B2C Gaming Service Licence MGA/B2C/1079/2025, issued 10 September 2025 and shown as licensed on the MGA register.
- Group: the Wildz Group. The platform used to be called Rootz, and older terms named Rootz Limited as the operator.
- Regulator actions: a web search in October 2026 found no AGCO or MGA sanction against the brand.
- Testing lab: none is named on the site.
An MGA licence is a European licence, not a Canadian provincial one. For Canadians outside the regulated markets that means Caxino is an offshore site, overseen from Malta, not by your province.
Two clauses limit what you can claim if something goes wrong. Section 15.10 caps the casino's liability at C$100, and the account terms charge an inactivity fee, covered below. Both are worth knowing before you deposit.
Support and language
Live chat and email at [email protected] are both listed as open 24/7. No phone number is published.
French speakers lose out. The Canadian site's language menu shows English (CA) only, and the casino says customer support is available in English. Players in Quebec can register, but they will read the terms and talk to agents in English.
Caxino sign up and Caxino Canada login
The Caxino sign up runs on the /ca/ site, and the terms set a few rules worth meeting from the start:
- Confirm your age. The terms require you to be over 19 or to meet a higher legal age where you live.
- Register with your real name and address. Withdrawals need a verified account, so details that do not match your ID will hold up your first payout.
- Make a first deposit of at least C$10 if you want the welcome bonus. There is no C$1 option.
- Upload ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method early, especially if you expect to deposit more than C$2,000 in total.
- Log in from phone or desktop with the same account: the Caxino Canada login is on one site for both.

Where Canadians can play Caxino online
Caxino online used to come in two versions for Canada. Now there is one. The regulated Ontario site, which was listed in the iGaming Ontario directory in May 2025, wound down over a few weeks:

Wildz and Spinz left Ontario on the same dates. Caxino no longer appears in the iGaming Ontario directory. The offshore terms do not list Ontario as a restricted area, and we have not checked how the site treats an Ontario location; either way, Ontario players who want a regulated site should pick one registered with the AGCO.
In Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada, players reach the offshore /ca/ site under the Malta licence. Caxino has no Alberta site regulated by the AGLC. Caxino's sister brands in the Wildz Group are Wildz, Spinz, Wheelz, Beazt, Tuplaus, Chipz and Blingi. Caxino's general terms are the same Granturo Malta text that Wildz and Spinz use, so the withdrawal, verification and inactivity rules read alike across them. What differs is the welcome offer and the look of the site.
The group's Caxino Extra loyalty programme is described as shared across Wildz Group brands, but nothing in the terms says a balance or a bonus moves from one sister site to another, so register only where the offer suits you.
Who Caxino suits
Caxino casino canada players who want a big slot lobby, Interac withdrawals and 35x wagering are the natural fit, provided they live outside Ontario. The 35x requirement is workable on smaller deposits, the 60-day window leaves time to play it through, and the account offers six separate limit and break tools.
