SpinBet runs a Canadian version of its site, SpinBet Canada, with CAD balances, Interac e-Transfer and a welcome package of up to $1,000 CAD plus 100 free spins. The cashier is the strong part: Interac withdrawals of up to $7,500 CAD, paid in 24 to 48 hours, with no fee listed. Behind it is Pretense Flip N.V., a Curacao company, under a licence whose number the archived terms do not show.
The spin bet casino site was not reachable when we checked in October 2026; it answered that it is unavailable in our region under its licence. So this SpinBet casino review uses archived copies of SpinBet's own Canadian pages: the homepage from August 2026 and the terms from September 2025, the latest captured. Where the two disagree, we say so.
The SpinBet welcome package: up to C$1,000 and 100 spins
The August 2026 homepage describes a New Player Package of up to $1,000 CAD plus 100 free spins on popular slots, "automatically applied". The terms behind it, as far as the homepage states them:
- Minimum deposit: $20 CAD.
- Wagering: 35x on the bonus plus the deposit.
- Free spins: 100, on slots the homepage calls "popular" without naming them or giving a spin value.
- Match percentage, number of deposits, maximum bet, expiry and game weighting: not stated on the homepage.
Because the deposit counts towards wagering, the play-through is always more than 35 times the bonus. Taking the full C$1,000 bonus means at least C$35,000 in bets, plus 35 times whatever you deposited to unlock it. Reloads, VIP cashback and the sportsbook
After the welcome package, the August 2026 homepage lists three casino promotions and two for sports bettors:
- Weekly reload: 50% up to $500 CAD.
- VIP cashback: 5-15% a week, with no wagering on the cashback.
- Black Diamond Club and tournaments.
- Sports: accumulator insurance and enhanced odds.
The no-wagering cashback is the most useful of these on paper, since money returned without play-through can be withdrawn like any other balance. The homepage does not say how the 5-15% is worked out, which VIP level earns which rate, or what the reload's wagering is, so check each one in the bonus terms before you count on it.

Slot SpinBet games: what is known
SpinBet does not publish a game count, a list of studios or a split between slots, table and live games on the pages we could read. Two things are certain:
- Mega Moolah is in the lobby, promoted with jackpots of over $2M CAD.
- Games from NYX are not available to Canadian players, under clause 4.4 of the terms.
That is too little to judge a slot SpinBet player's choice by, and it is why games scores a 2. A progressive jackpot like Mega Moolah pays its top prize rarely; the advertised figure is a ceiling, not an expected result. Every game carries a house edge, and SpinBet publishes no payout percentage or testing laboratory to set against it.

Deposits and withdrawals at SpinBet
Payments earn SpinBet its best score. The Canadian homepage lists four routes:
- Interac e-Transfer: from $20; deposits up to $3,000 and withdrawals up to $7,500 CAD; deposits instant, withdrawals in 24 to 48 hours; free.
- Skrill and Neteller: from $20 up to $10,000 CAD; 12 to 24 hours; $2.50 CAD fee on each withdrawal.
- Crypto: from $20 up to $10,000 CAD; 6 to 12 hours; network fees apply.
- Visa and Mastercard: deposits, with payouts back to the card through OCT or payment transfer where the card supports it. No limits or times are listed.
The September 2025 terms add that bank transfer payouts are processed within three banking days.

Plan around the lower figure until support confirms which applies. Two more clauses matter. SpinBet's internal currency is EUR (clause 12.4), so a card charge can differ from the CAD amount shown. And card deposits may be refunded to the card, up to the total deposited, before any other payout method is used (clause 13.2). In practice, a player who deposited by card may see the first part of a withdrawal sent back to that card, with only the amount above the card deposits free to go by Interac or another method. Because the internal currency is EUR, small differences between what you deposited and what comes back can also come from conversion rather than fees.
Is there a SpinBet app?
The SpinBet app question has no published answer. The archived pages name no App Store or Google Play listing and say nothing about a mobile site or a home-screen shortcut. We cannot confirm an app exists, and we do not describe one. If you are sent an app file by link or message, it is not from a source SpinBet names, so treat it with suspicion. With no mobile fact on record, mobile scores 0.
Licence, owner and safety
The terms identify who runs SpinBet and who handles its payments:
- Operator: Pretense Flip N.V., Groot Kwartierweg 10, Willemstad, Curacao, registration number 160797.
- Payment agent: Scrummy Limited, HE 439236, Stavrodromiou 69, Flat/Office 201, Larnaca 6045, Cyprus.
- Licence: the homepage claims "licensed gaming" and Pretense Flip N.V. is the licence-holding entity, but neither the Curacao authority's name nor a licence number appears in the archived terms.
A named company and address count for something, and they are why licence and safety scores 4 rather than lower. A licence you cannot look up counts for less: without a number there is no register entry to check. No testing laboratory is named, and we have no record either way of regulator action against SpinBet. It holds no Canadian provincial licence.
The payment agent deserves a word. Scrummy Limited is a separate company, registered in Cyprus, that handles payments for the operator. With two companies in two countries involved, keep the cashier receipt for every deposit and payout.
Customer support
The homepage promises "24/7 Canadian support" by live chat. No e-mail address or phone number is published, and French support is not mentioned, which matters for Quebec players because Quebec is one of the provinces SpinBet accepts. Support scores 5: chat around the clock, but no second channel and no stated languages.
A good first question for chat is which monthly withdrawal limit applies to your account, $50,000 or 75,000 CAD. Save the transcript, since the published pages leave that point unsettled.
SpinBet casino login and sign-up
- Go to spinbet.com and its Canadian section, en-ca, branded SpinBet Canada.
- Check your province. Ontario is on the restricted list in clause 3.5, so Ontario residents should not register.
- Confirm your age. The terms require 18 or the local legal age, and in most provinces that local age is 19; Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec set 18.
- Deposit at least $20 CAD. The welcome package is described as applied automatically, and its 35x counts your deposit too, so if you would rather play without a bonus, ask live chat before your first deposit whether you can decline it.
- Ask support which documents are needed for withdrawals. The terms we read do not list them.
For a SpinBet login problem, live chat is the only route the casino names. The archived pages do not describe password resets or two-step sign-in. When we checked, the live site showed an "unavailable in your region" notice; that kind of block depends on where you connect from, not on your password.
Responsible gambling
SpinBet's pages that we could read list no deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, reality checks or self-exclusion. Ask support what can be set on your account before you deposit. A casino that cannot explain how to set a limit is giving you useful information about itself.
Provincial self-exclusion programs cover only their own province's regulated sites, so they do not reach an offshore casino such as SpinBet. The weekly VIP cashback of 5-15% softens losses but does not remove the house edge: even at the top rate, most of what you lose stays lost. Where Canadians can play SpinBet
The spinbet ca site, the en-ca section of spinbet.com, is aimed at Canada, and the terms accept every province except Ontario. Alberta, Quebec and the rest of the country are open. The terms name Ontario without saying whether the rule turns on where you live or where you play from, so neither living in Ontario nor logging in from there is safe ground.
Open does not mean provincially approved. A regulated Ontario casino holds AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement. In Alberta, since 13 July 2026, it needs AGLC registration and an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. Other provinces run their own sites.
