BET99 casino is a Canadian-owned sportsbook and casino brand that runs a separate company for each market it serves: an Ontario site regulated through iGaming Ontario, an Alberta site registered with the AGLC since 13 October 2026, and bet99.com for the other provinces and territories under a Kahnawake permit. French and English run through all three.
This BET99 review is built from the brand's help centres, the iGaming Ontario directory, the AGLC register and the Kahnawake permit list, all checked on 23 October 2026. Every BET99 site was geo-blocked from our research locations, so the lobby itself was out of reach; where that leaves a gap, such as game numbers, we say so instead of filling it.
BET99 casino welcome bonus and 30x wagering
All three BET99 sites carry the same casino welcome offer, as of October 2026: a 100% match on the first deposit up to $1,000. You opt in at registration and deposit with the bonus code CASINO99. One welcome offer applies per customer, so choosing the casino match rules out the sports offer, First Bet Encore up to $500 in bonus bets.
The bonus amount must be wagered 30 times within 30 days. Game weighting is strict outside slots:
| Deposit | Bonus | Wagering (30x bonus) | Same target on live or table games (10%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| C$20 | C$20 | C$600 | C$6,000 |
| C$100 | C$100 | C$3,000 | C$30,000 |
| C$500 | C$500 | C$15,000 | C$150,000 |
| C$1,000 | C$1,000 | C$30,000 | C$300,000 |
Slots count 100%; live casino, table games and crash games 10%; progressive jackpots and video poker nothing. The minimum deposit is C$20 in Ontario and Alberta; bet99.com does not state one in its help centre. No maximum bet is published. The rule with the most impact sits elsewhere: you cannot withdraw while a bonus with wagering is active, unless you cancel the bonus. Our BET99 bonus page covers the code in more detail.

Wagering in plain dollars - Main site
Deposit C$100 and take the 100% match: the bonus is C$100. At x30 on the bonus (C$100), you must place C$3,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Worked from the published match, multiplier and wagering base source. Games that count less than 100% make the real figure higher.

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
BET99 slot games and the rest of the lobby
This is the gap in the BET99 file. The help centres we could read do not give a game count, a list of providers or the casino's most played titles, and the lobby itself was geo-blocked. What the bonus rules do confirm is the lobby's shape: slots, live casino, table games, crash games, progressive jackpot games and video poker all exist as categories, because each has its own wagering weight.
For a BET99 slot player that is enough to work with, since slots are the only category that clears the bonus at full speed. For anyone who chooses a casino by its live dealer range or its software studios, it is not. BET99 also publishes no payout percentage and names no testing lab. Our games score reflects the missing facts, not a judgment that the lobby is weak.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
BET99 withdrawal time, deposits and fees
Payment lists differ slightly between the sites:
- Ontario and Alberta: Interac, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Trustly, PayPal, MuchBetter and Instant Bank Transfer, each from a C$20 minimum.
- bet99.com: Interac in two flows (one labelled Desjardins, one standard), Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Instant Bank Transfer and MuchBetter. PayPal and Trustly are not on its list.
There is no crypto, and all three sites work in Canadian dollars. BET99 charges no withdrawal fees. Its help centre does not give a processing time per method; it says that if a withdrawal "has taken more than 24 hours, please contact BET99 Customer Support", which sets 24 hours as the point at which the casino considers a payout late. Your first BET99 withdrawal time also depends on verification, which can take up to 48 hours, and on the rule that withdrawals go only to a method you have already used to deposit.
Casino withdrawal limits are not stated. On the sportsbook, the maximum payout is $250,000 per bet slip. For other casinos that publish times by method, see our fast payout casinos page.

Mobile app
BET99's iPhone app, "BET99 Sportsbook & Casino", is listed on the Canadian App Store and combines betting and casino in one place. We found no Android listing to confirm, so Android users should plan on the mobile browser version. The app and the website both switch between English and French.
The listing does not say how the app routes players between the three sites, so after logging in, check which site's terms and support email it shows; the welcome code is CASINO99 on all three.
Is BET99 legit? Is BET99 safe? Licences and owners
BET99 is legit in the sense that matters most: each of its Canadian sites sits on a regulator's list. Each one also has its own company:
| bet99.com | Ontario (on.bet99.ca) | Alberta (ab.bet99.ca) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Company | Kahnawake permit holder: Abenaki Council of Wolinak | 1000007698 Ontario Ltd (Bet 99) | 2786638 Alberta Inc. o/a Bet99 |
| Regulator | Kahnawake Gaming Commission | AGCO / iGaming Ontario | AGLC, registration to 13 July 2027 |
| Serves | Canada outside Ontario and Alberta | Ontario only | Alberta only |
| Minimum age | 19 | 19 | 18 |
| Support email | [email protected] | [email protected] | [email protected] |
Is BET99 safe beyond the licence? The facts are mixed. No regulator action against any BET99 company turned up, and the regulated sites bring Ontario's and Alberta's complaint routes. On the other side, bet99.com's Kahnawake listing names the permit holder but no licence number, and BET99 publishes neither a testing lab nor payout figures. Our review method explains how these weigh in the score.
BET99 Ontario review, Alberta and the rest of Canada
For a BET99 Ontario review the key fact is that bet99.ca and on.bet99.ca are the same Ontario site, listed in the iGaming Ontario directory for casino and sports betting. bet99.com blocks real-money play from Ontario.
Alberta changed on 13 October 2026. Alberta accounts moved from bet99.com to the AGLC-registered ab.bet99.ca, within the regulated market that opened on 13 July 2026. The move had a cost: active bonuses were removed and open future sports bets voided. Alberta is now the only BET99 site that accepts 18-year-olds.
Quebec and the remaining provinces and territories use bet99.com, under its Kahnawake permit, which no province licenses. Its help centre says it is "only available for players who are residing in Canada outside of Ontario". See our playing in Canada guide for the wider picture.
Terms worth reading before you deposit
BET99's full terms were not readable from our locations, but its help centres spell out several rules that shape an account:
- Bonus lock: while a bonus with wagering is active you cannot withdraw. Cancelling the bonus releases your cash but forfeits the bonus.
- Thirty days: wagering not finished within 30 days of the bonus being credited is lost with the bonus.
- Zero-weight games: progressive jackpots and video poker do nothing for the 30x, even though they are in the lobby.
- Closed-loop payouts: money goes back only to a method already used to deposit, so a card-only depositor cannot ask for a bank payout instead.
- Market moves: the Alberta migration showed that bonuses and open bets can be cancelled when an account changes site.
Dormancy rules, maximum bets and casino withdrawal limits are not published in the help centres, so they are the questions to put to support before a large deposit.
Support in English and French
BET99's support is one of its better points. Chat starts with a bot and hands over to a live agent, around the clock according to the About Us page. Each site has its own email address, listed in the table above. The website, the app and the chat all switch between English and French, which suits Quebec players. No phone number is published. One small inconsistency: the Alberta About Us page still gives the Ontario email address, while its Contact Support page gives [email protected].
Each site also has its own public help centre - help.bet99.com, help-on.bet99.ca and help-ab.bet99.ca - with short articles on minimum deposits, withdrawal times, account limits and changing the language. They answer most routine questions without a chat, and they are where every fact in this review came from.
Account sign-up and verification
To take the welcome bonus you opt in at registration and deposit with CASINO99, so the code belongs to the sign-up, not to a later step. Identity verification and account approval can take up to 48 hours. You must be 19, or 18 in Alberta, and located in the province of the site you use. Because BET99 runs one account for both sports and casino, decide at sign-up which welcome offer you want: the casino match and the sports offer cannot both be claimed, and the choice is made when you opt in. If you travel between provinces, remember that the site follows your location, not your home address. Our BET99 login guide covers each site, the Alberta move and login problems.
Responsible gambling tools
BET99 gives a wide set of limits on every site:
- Deposit limits, by total amount and by number of deposits
- Loss limits and wagering or bet limits
- Session limits from 1 minute to 6 hours a day
- A timeout and self-exclusion
The session limit can be set as low as 1 minute a day, so it works as a hard daily stop, not just a reminder. In Alberta, self-exclusion runs for six months, one year, five years or permanently, and the AGLC's centralized self-exclusion applies too.
Because BET99 combines a sportsbook and a casino in one account, a limit set for one can easily be outrun in the other; a deposit limit is the simplest way to cap spending across both. Free help is listed on our responsible gambling page.
Who the BET99 online casino suits
The BET99 online casino suits players who want one Canadian account for sports and casino, French-language service, familiar payment methods including PayPal in Ontario and Alberta, and a welcome bonus that is easy to understand. The 30x wagering on the bonus alone is moderate, and 30 days is enough time for most slot players.
It suits less well if you want to judge a casino by its games, because BET99 publishes nothing on them, or if you play live and table games, which count only 10% toward the bonus. BET99 Canada reviews that quote only the welcome offer miss the withdrawal block while a bonus is active, which is the rule to remember. Compare other regulated brands on our Ontario casinos page or in all casino reviews.
