Wagering in plain figures
Toppz sets wagering at 40x the deposit plus the bonus, and spin winnings are added to that balance. The second bonus is a steeper climb: getting the full €400 at 50% takes an €800 deposit, and the €1,200 balance then needs €48,000 in bets. Everything must be finished within 30 days.

Both names point to the White Hat Gaming group, but a player would expect an Ontario site's terms to name the Ontario registrant.

Together these look like a group template that was not fully adapted for Ontario.
