Vavada registration is open to Canadians as far as the casino's own terms go: no Canadian province appears in its lists of restricted places, Canadian dollars are an account currency, and the minimum withdrawal is 30 CAD. The terms also describe payouts that take from a few minutes to 24 hours. Those are the attractive lines.
The rest of the terms are less friendly. New players face withdrawal caps in US dollars, large wins can be split into monthly payments, NetEnt games are blocked for Canada, and the licence is described only as Curacao, with no number. The welcome bonus, payment list, game count and support channels were not visible on any page we could read. This review covers what the terms say, as of October 2026, and marks every gap.
Vavada registration: who can sign up from Canada
Three clauses of the terms decide whether a Canadian can open an account:
- Age (clause 4.1): 18, or the local eligibility age if that is higher. Canadian provinces set that age at 19, except Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where it is 18.
- Restricted places (clauses 4.4 and 34.1): neither list names Canada or any province.
- Currency: CAD is among the account currencies.
Being absent from a restricted list is not the same as being licensed to serve a province. Ontario and Alberta both require provincial registration, and neither is on record for Vavada, a point covered in the province section below.
The terms make one more rule clear at the outset: identity verification is required before any withdrawal over $1,000. A Vavada register step done with accurate details saves trouble at that point, because the documents you upload have to match the account.
Which Vavada address is the casino?
Vavada Casino casino online runs under several domains, and they did not behave the same way when we checked in October 2026:
| Domain | What happened |
|---|---|
| vavada.com | Returned an access error (HTTP 401) |
| vavada.io | Redirected to vavada.reviews |
| vavada.reviews | Returned "not found" from Spain; terms readable from a US connection |
vavada.reviews looks like an official mirror: its footer says the site is owned and operated by Moracon Ltd. Its terms, though, describe the service as vavada.com. That mismatch is worth noting, because a player cannot easily tell which address is the main site and which is a copy. Check that the company named in the footer is Moracon Ltd. on whichever domain you use, and do not register on a Vavada-branded page that names someone else.
Bonuses: nothing published to check
We could not read a welcome offer, a reload deal, a free-spin promotion or a loyalty scheme on any Vavada page. The terms we read cover accounts and withdrawals, not bonus rules, so the wagering multiple, the maximum bet, the expiry and any cap on bonus winnings are all unknown.
The withdrawal caps described below apply whether your balance comes from a bonus or not, so a large bonus win would still leave the account at the pace set by your status. Our Vavada bonus page covers codes, free spins and no-deposit questions in more detail.
The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.
Games: what the terms reveal
Vavada's game count, its list of studios, its live casino and its jackpot titles could not be read. The terms add one specific point for this country: under clause 34.2, NetEnt games are not available to players in Canada. If a NetEnt title is the reason you are looking at Vavada, it will not be in your lobby.
No testing-lab certificate or published payout percentage appeared either, so there is no outside measure of the games. That does not mean the games are unfair. It means a player has only the casino's word. The house edge applies to every game in any case, so budget for losses rather than counting on returns.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Vavada casino withdrawal time, caps and instalments
The Vavada casino withdrawal time in the terms is short: payouts are processed 24 hours a day and take from a few minutes to 24 hours, under clause 9.12.8. How much you can take out in that time is another matter. The limits depend on your status level and are written in US dollars:
| Status | Per day | Per week | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Novice / Player | $1,000 | $5,000 | $10,000 |
| Platinum | $10,000 | $50,000 | $100,000 |
| Crypto withdrawals | - | - | $1,000,000 |
The levels between Novice and Platinum have their own limits, which we did not capture, so they are left out of the table. Three more rules sit alongside the caps:
- on weekends and public holidays the maximum is $2,000 a day;
- winnings over $10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments;
- withdrawals go only to the method used to deposit.
The minimum withdrawal is 30 CAD. Identity checks are required above $1,000, which on a new account is the full daily limit. Put together, a new player with a large win should expect it to arrive over weeks or months, not in a single payment.
Payment methods
No list of deposit or withdrawal methods could be read, so Interac, cards, e-wallets and specific coins are all unconfirmed. The terms do name Alacomia Ltd. as a payment intermediary, so that company sits between the casino and your payments.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Mobile access
We could not confirm a Vavada app on the App Store or Google Play, or check whether the site runs in a phone browser. With the domains behaving differently, a mobile player should be careful about which address is saved on the home screen. Any app offered outside the official stores should be avoided, since the casino points to none that we could find.
Licence, owner and safety
Vavada's ownership is named in its terms; its licence is not numbered. The details we could read:
- Operator: Moracon Ltd., named in the footer of vavada.reviews.
- Payment intermediary: Alacomia Ltd.
- Address in the terms: Strovolou, 213 3062, Nicosia, Cyprus, described as an EEA address.
- Registration numbers in the terms: RN 143168 and Registered Number HE 595367.
- Regulator: the terms refer to the regulatory authorities of Curacao and give [email protected] for complaints, but print no licence number.
An archived Canadian version of the terms from April 2021 named Antillephone N.V. and licence 8048/JAZ2017-035. That capture is five years old, so we do not treat it as the current licence. Without a number, the licence cannot be matched to a register entry, and that is the main reason the licence score is 2.
We found no public regulator action against Vavada, Moracon or Alacomia. With no current licence number, though, there is no register entry to check for one. No province licenses Vavada.
Support, French and responsible-gambling tools
No live chat, support email, phone line or opening hours could be read, and no list of site languages, so French service is unknown. The one contact route in the terms is the complaints address, [email protected], which is meant for disputes rather than day-to-day help.
Responsible-gambling tools are equally unconfirmed. We could not see whether Vavada offers deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks or self-exclusion. Provincial self-exclusion covers only each province's regulated sites, so it would not block a Vavada account. If you play, set a budget outside the casino before the first deposit, and see our responsible gambling page for free help lines.
Signing up and logging in without surprises
Because the withdrawal rules are strict, the order in which you set up a Vavada account matters more than usual. A sequence that fits the terms:
- Confirm the operator. Open the footer on the domain you are using and check that it names Moracon Ltd. A Vavada-branded page naming another company is not one to trust.
- Register with accurate details. ID verification applies once a withdrawal passes $1,000, and the documents have to match the account.
- Choose the deposit method carefully. Withdrawals go back only to the method you deposited with, so pick one you are also willing to be paid to.
- Upload ID early. Doing it before a large withdrawal avoids a hold at the moment you want your money.
- Note your status. Your withdrawal caps depend on it, starting at the Novice / Player level.
Logging in afterwards is a matter of using the same domain each time. With vavada.com refusing access and vavada.io redirecting, saving the address that worked for you is the simplest protection against landing on a copy.
Where Canadians can play Vavada
Vavada's terms do not exclude any province, but provincial law draws its own lines:
- Ontario: private online casinos need AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario operating agreement. Neither is on record for Vavada, so it sits outside Ontario's regulated market.
- Alberta: since 13 July 2026, operators need AGLC registration and an Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement. Neither is on record for Vavada.
- Quebec, Manitoba and the other provinces: each runs a provincial casino site, and none licenses offshore brands such as Vavada.
In every province, then, Vavada is an offshore casino under a Curacao reference, with no provincial protection behind it. A dispute would go first to the casino and then to the complaints address its terms give, [email protected], rather than to a Canadian regulator. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the difference that makes when something goes wrong.
Vavada online casino review: who it suits
Vavada casino reviews can start in many places. Ours starts with the terms, because they are what could be read, and they point to a narrow fit. The quick payout window and CAD accounts are real strengths on paper. They are offset by caps that hold a new player to $10,000 a month, by instalments on large wins and by a licence that cannot be checked against a register.
As a Vavada online casino review, and a Vavada Casino casino review built only on the operator's own pages, the score of 1.0 mostly reflects absence: no bonus terms, game count, payment list, app or support channel to assess. It will be revised if those appear, with the date shown in the log. For casinos whose full terms could be read, see our casino reviews, and how we review for the scoring rules.
