Vulkan Vegas ran a Canadian casino at vulkanvegas.com/ca until at least 2 September 2026, when an archived copy shows a welcome bonus of CA$1,500 + 150 free spins. By 1 October 2026 the same domain showed a GoDaddy parking page, and it still did on 28 October 2026. The casino has published nothing we could find about the change, and we found no working replacement site.
So this review starts with what could not be confirmed. We found no working Canadian site, and we could not rule one out: another Whitebox domain refused visitors from both Spain and the United States. The licence number in the terms, Curaçao OGL/2024/688/0234, is not confirmed on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register. Everything below comes from archived copies of the casino's own pages, each with its date, so you can judge what still applies.
What happened to vulkanvegas.com
The timeline is short and based on dated copies of the site:
- 20 August 2026: the English homepage is live and lists a French-Canadian version among its languages.
- 2 September 2026: the Canadian page, titled "Vulkan Vegas Casino Canada: Play Casino Games Online", is live with its welcome offer.
- 25 September 2026: the domain's registration record is updated, with GoDaddy as registrar.
- 1 October 2026: the archived homepage is a GoDaddy parking page.
- 28 October 2026: the domain still redirects to that parking page.
A parked domain means the casino is not being served at that address. It does not prove the casino has closed: brands sometimes move to a new address. Whitebox's own links point to vulkan-vegas.eu, but that site told visitors from Spain and the USA that it does not accept their region, so we could not see whether it serves Canada. If you see Vulkan Vegas under a new address, check that it names the same operator and a licence you can verify before you deposit.
The Vulkan Vegas welcome bonus as last listed for Canada
The 2 September 2026 Canadian page offered three deposit bonuses, worth up to 1500 CAD + 150 Free Spins in total:
- 1st deposit: 120% up to 500 CAD + 70 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza (Pragmatic Play), minimum deposit 10 CAD.
- 2nd deposit: 150% up to 500 CAD + 30 free spins on 3x3 Hold the Spin (Gamzix), minimum deposit 15 CAD.
- 3rd deposit: 120% up to 500 CAD + 50 free spins on Book of Rebirth (Spinomenal), minimum deposit 15 CAD.
The Canadian page gave no wagering figure. The euro version of the bonus page, archived in January 2026, sets x40 on the cash bonus and x30 on free-spin winnings, with 5 days to complete. The same page says the bonus must be activated within 4 days of registering, the deposit made within 7 days of activation, and that no code is needed. We assume nothing beyond that: whether the Canadian terms matched cannot be checked.

Sixty thousand dollars of bets inside five-day windows is a lot to ask. The archived pages give no game weighting and no maximum bet. They also say every cash bonus and free spin is forfeited once a withdrawal goes through.
Loyalty levels, cashback and weekly offers
The Canadian page described a loyalty programme with 10 status levels, from Casino Royale at the bottom to Vulkan at the top. Points were earned at 1 per 5 CAD wagered, with live games excluded, and could be exchanged for real money. Higher levels unlocked a weekly cashback of up to 2000 CAD and a weekly bonus of up to 200% with up to 100 free spins. The menu also listed tournaments, loot boxes, a Wheel of Fortune, quests and Drops & Wins. With the site parked, none of this can be used today.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Vulkan Vegas casino games and studios
No game count was published. The Canadian lobby did show its structure: slots, a jackpot category, table games, roulettes, video poker and a live casino with tables such as Mega Roulette, Monopoly Big Baller and V.Vegas Blackjack.
Twelve studios were named on the page:
- Pragmatic Play, Endorphina, Spinomenal and Novomatic
- CT Interactive, EvoPlay, Fugaso and Gamzix
- Betsoft, Amatic, Thunderkick and Yggdrasil
Featured titles included Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Burning Coins 100, Coin Win Express: Hold The Spin, The Dog House Megaways 1000, Joker Stoker, Sugar Rush 1000, Sweet Bonanza 2500 and Big Bass Bonanza. No payout report or testing-lab certificate was found in the archived pages, so the house edge on these games could not be checked on the site.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Payments and withdrawal rules
The cashier sat behind the login, and no payment page was archived, so Interac, cards, e-wallets and crypto are all unconfirmed. The Canadian page did quote amounts in CAD.
The terms of October 2025 are clear on approval times once ID checks are done, in euros:

Rules that can shrink a payout
- If your turnover is less than twice your deposit, up to 20% of a withdrawal can be withheld (clause 8.11.6).
- Withdrawing money that was never put into play can cost a fee "amounting to our own costs" (clause 8.12).
- Once withdrawals plus balance reach 20 times total deposits, payouts can be limited to EUR 5,000 per 30 days (clause 8.17).
ID is required for cash-outs of USD 1,000 or more, payouts go back to the deposit method, and large deposits can trigger source-of-funds questions.
Mobile app: an APK from outside the stores
The August 2026 homepage had a Mobile Application page and an install prompt telling Android users to allow apps from unknown sources. No store listing was confirmed, and no iPhone app was found in the pages read. Installing a file from outside Google Play skips Google's checks, and with the main domain now parked there is no way to know what a download link would deliver. The browser site was the other option while it ran.
Licence, owner and safety
The October 2025 terms name Whitebox B.V., Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, company registration 155412, and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/688/0234. Payments were handled by Whitebox CY Limited in Limassol, Cyprus (registration HE 419583); the 2026 cashier text named Brivio Limited, also in Limassol, as services provider.
The licence history is muddled. In March 2025 the Canadian terms said Whitebox operated under a certificate of operation with an application numbered OGL/2024/822/0338. The certificate link from those terms now returns "cannot be found in our registry" on the Curaçao Gaming Authority site, and the newer number is not confirmed there either. We therefore score licence and safety at 1. No regulator action against the brand was found from an official source.
Watch out for look-alikes. Sites at vulkanvegas.ca, vulkanvegas.de and vulkanvegas.casino are affiliate sites, not the casino; the .ca site even claims a start year of 2026. Our review method explains how we check a licence before scoring it.
Support and French
The site menu offered an Online Chat, and the terms give [email protected] as the email address. No phone number or opening hours were published. A French-Canadian version existed in August 2026, but the pages did not say whether support answered in French. Whether that email address is still read after the domain was parked is unknown.
Verification and existing accounts
The terms set the minimum age at 18, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. In most provinces that is 19; Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec set it at 18.
For players who opened an account before September 2026, the terms describe what a withdrawal needed: a passport or ID card for cash-outs of USD 1,000 or more, payout to the same method used to deposit, and extra checks for large deposits and politically exposed persons. The casino has published no notice on how existing balances are handled after the domain change. Email support is the only contact route in the terms; keep a record of anything you send.
Two clauses matter if you still have money there. Bonus funds and free spins are forfeited once a withdrawal is paid, so a balance that still carries a bonus may shrink when it is cashed out. And a withdrawal from a deposit that was played through less than twice can lose up to 20% under clause 8.11.6. Screenshots of your balance and transaction history, if you can still reach them, are the best evidence you have.
Responsible-gambling tools and where Canadians stand
The August 2026 site listed deposit limits, a self-exclusion or time-out option and a self-assessment page. With the site parked, those tools are out of reach too, which is one more reason not to start an account somewhere you cannot manage it. Help lines by province are on our responsible gambling page.
- Ontario: no regulated site, and Vulkan Vegas is not in the iGaming Ontario directory. The province's own market is covered on our Ontario page.
- Alberta: no AGLC-registered site in the regulated market that opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec: the offshore site had a French-Canadian version until the domain was parked.
- Other provinces: the offshore Curaçao site ran at vulkanvegas.com/ca until at least 2 September 2026.
The terms did not restrict any province. An offshore site is not licensed by any province, and each province also runs a legal casino site of its own; our guide to playing in Canada explains the split.
Who Vulkan Vegas suits today
At the end of October 2026 Vulkan Vegas suits almost nobody new. The offer was large on paper, the game list was broad and the minimum deposits were low, but a parked domain and an unconfirmed licence are not a base for a new account. Existing account holders should gather their records and contact support by email.
