BET99 casino login depends on where you are. Ontario players sign in at bet99.ca (on.bet99.ca), Alberta players at ab.bet99.ca, and everyone else in Canada at bet99.com. Each site belongs to a different BET99 company, and the location check decides which site lets you play.
This guide covers the BET99 sign up, the welcome code at registration, identity checks, logging in on the app, the Alberta move of October 2026 and the support routes, using BET99's help centres as read on 23 October 2026. Bonus terms and licences are in our BET99 review.
BET99 casino Canada login: three sites
| Where you are | Site | Age | Support email |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ontario | bet99.ca / on.bet99.ca | 19+ | [email protected] |
| Alberta | ab.bet99.ca | 18+ | [email protected] |
| Quebec and other provinces | bet99.com | 19+ | [email protected] |
bet99.com stops real-money play from Ontario, and since 13 October 2026 it no longer serves Alberta. If your BET99 casino Canada login works but the games will not load, one likely cause is being on the wrong site for your location.

BET99 sign up and bet99.ca register steps
The help centres set out what a new account needs:
- Choose the site for the province you are in - for a bet99.ca register, you must be in Ontario.
- Confirm your age: 19, or 18 on the Alberta site.
- Opt in to the welcome offer during registration if you want it.
- Make your first deposit with CASINO99 for the casino match; the minimum is $20 in Ontario and Alberta.
- Wait for identity verification and account approval, which can take up to 48 hours.
BET99 casino sign up bonus
The sign-up offer is a 100% match up to $1,000, wagered 30 times on the bonus within 30 days. Slots count fully, live and table games 10%. One welcome offer applies per customer, so the casino match replaces the sports offer of up to $500 in bonus bets.
Verification and withdrawals
BET99 says verification and account approval can take up to 48 hours. Two related rules matter at the first cash-out: withdrawals go only to a method you have already used to deposit, and a bonus with unfinished wagering blocks withdrawals until it is cleared or cancelled. Deposit with the method you want to be paid back to. BET99 charges no withdrawal fees, and its help centre says to contact support if a withdrawal has taken more than 24 hours.
Alberta accounts after 13 October 2026
Alberta players who used bet99.com were moved to ab.bet99.ca on 13 October 2026. Those players now log in at ab.bet99.ca rather than bet99.com. Active bonuses were removed and open future sports bets voided at the switch.
Two other things changed for Alberta. The minimum age on the new site is 18, not 19, and support moved to [email protected], although the Alberta About Us page still showed the Ontario address when we checked. Use the Contact Support page's address if in doubt.
Logging in on the app or in a browser
On iPhone, "BET99 Sportsbook & Casino" from the Canadian App Store holds both the casino and the sportsbook. We found no Android listing to confirm, so Android users can sign in through the mobile browser. Both the app and the website switch between English and French, and the chat language can be changed too.
When the BET99 casino login fails
- Check the site matches your location (table above).
- If you are new, the account may still be in its 48-hour verification window.
- Alberta players moved in October 2026 now sign in at ab.bet99.ca, not bet99.com.
- A timeout or self-exclusion you set will block play until it ends.
Support runs 24/7 through a chatbot that hands over to a live agent, plus the email address for your site. No phone line is listed.
Help centres and language settings
Each BET99 site has its own public help centre: help-on.bet99.ca for Ontario, help-ab.bet99.ca for Alberta and help.bet99.com for the rest of Canada. Use the one that matches your account, as the answers, email addresses and rules differ slightly between them. The language can be switched between English and French on the website and the app, and the chat language can be changed as well, which helps when a login problem needs a precise explanation.
Limits, timeouts and self-exclusion
The account settings include deposit limits by amount and count, loss limits, wagering limits, session limits from 1 minute to 6 hours a day, a timeout and self-exclusion. On the Alberta site, self-exclusion lasts six months, one year, five years or permanently, and the AGLC's central scheme is available. Our responsible gambling page lists free helplines.
