Casumo online casino began in Sweden in 2012 and, for Canadians, changed shape in 2026. Its Ontario-regulated site was listed by iGaming Ontario in March but had left the directory by July, and Casumo's Canadian pages now offer their promotions to players "outside of Ontario only".
What remains is casumo.com/en-ca, run by Jocularis Ltd of Gibraltar under Gibraltar's remote gaming licences, for players in British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, the Maritimes and the rest of the country outside Ontario. This review covers what that site offers, from bonus maths to withdrawals, using only Casumo's own pages. The live site redirected our connection, so every fact comes from archived copies of the Canadian pages, the latest dated 23 September 2026.
Casumo welcome bonus: $1,000 and 100 spins at 30x
New players outside Ontario get a 100% match on the first deposit up to $1,000, plus 100 Bonus Spins on Gates of Olympus paid out in five daily batches of 20. The minimum deposit is $10, and each spin is worth between 0.20 and 1.00 CAD. Unused spins expire 7 days after they are credited.
The catch is in how wagering is counted. Casumo's 30x applies to the deposit plus the bonus, not the bonus alone, and spin winnings are also wagered 30 times.

Other rules while the bonus is active: a maximum bet of $5 per spin (the general terms put it as "€5 per spin, or the approximate equivalent"), 28 days from crediting to finish the wagering, and forfeiture of the bonus, spins and winnings if you withdraw before the wagering is done. Bonus money still unused after 60 days is lost.
Casumo's pages also disagree on the deadline to claim. The homepage gives 7 days from registration to make the qualifying deposit, while section 5.1 of the bonus terms says the offer must be claimed within 30 days. Plan on 7.
To see how long the wagering takes in practice, take a C$100 deposit. The C$6,000 requirement at the $5 maximum stake is at least 1,200 spins, and at a more typical C$1 stake it is 6,000 spins, all inside 28 days. That is roughly 215 spins a day at C$1 for four weeks. If that pace does not suit you, a smaller deposit, or none of the bonus, is the sensible choice.

The 0x Casumo Live spins are the cleanest of these, since their cash prizes come without a playthrough. The daily wheel's spins are another 30x commitment, so treat them like a small bonus rather than free money.

Casumo advertises "2,000+ Games" and names five studios: Evolution, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play and Playtech. No split by slots, live and table games is published. Casumo casino slots and other titles named on the Canadian pages include:

For a Casumo jackpot player, jackpot slots count 100% toward the bonus, the same as regular slots. Prize Drops and tournaments add a shared $5,000,000 CAD pool running from 20 August 2026 to 19 August 2027.
Casumo roulette and other table games are a different story for bonus players. RNG table games count 10% and live casino 5%, and section 9.3.1 of the terms goes further, saying no live casino or RNG table bets contribute at all. If roulette is your game, play it with cash rather than a bonus. Casumo publishes no site-wide payout figure; the theoretical return to player (RTP) of each game is in that game's information panel.

Deposits and Casumo withdrawal times
The Canadian payments page lists these methods, all marked "No Fees" except where no fee is stated:
- Interac: deposits
- Visa and Mastercard: deposits, from $10 on a debit card
- MuchBetter: deposits and withdrawals, paid instantly after approval
- Bank: deposits and withdrawals, up to 5 days for a bank withdrawal
- Paysafe: deposits
Which of Interac, Visa and Mastercard also take withdrawals is not stated. Crypto is not listed. The minimum bet is $0.10 CAD, and offers are stated in Canadian dollars.
For a Casumo withdrawal, the casino says it reviews and processes requests "within a matter of hours". Before the first one, expect to send a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address no older than 6 months, and possibly card copies or a list of deposits. You have 7 days to finish verification; after that, a pending withdrawal is reversed to your balance. Uploading the documents right after registering, before you have anything to withdraw, avoids that reversal and helps keep the first payout on the timescale Casumo describes.
Large wins come with a monthly limit. Where a withdrawal request exceeds $50,000, you can take the higher of the full amount you deposited that month or $50,000 per month, with higher levels possible for VIP players.

Is Casumo casino safe?
Casumo is licensed and long-established, but its licensing is thinner for Canadians than it was a year ago. The facts:
- Operator: Jocularis Ltd, Gibraltar company 121395, with an operational office at Suite 5B, Watergardens 1, Gibraltar (the bonus terms give Unit 3.14, World Trade Centre, 6 Bayside Road)
- Licences: Government of Gibraltar Remote Gaming Licences 126 and 127, as stated in the Canadian footer; we did not confirm them on a register
- Provincial status: none. The site is not registered with the AGCO, the AGLC or any other province
- Fairness: Casumo says its random number generators are accredited by independent testing companies, but names no lab and shows no certificate
- Regulator actions: none found in the sources we checked
So is Casumo casino safe? It is a regulated company in Gibraltar with a long track record, and it publishes clear withdrawal and verification rules. For a Canadian, though, a dispute would go to Casumo and then to Gibraltar, not to a provincial regulator, and the missing lab name is a gap worth noting. Casumo casino Ontario review: why Ontario is out
Casumo was listed in the 1 March 2026 copy of iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites, and it is missing from the 13 July copy and from the live list since. The Canadian site now restricts new-customer offers to players outside Ontario, and Ontario sits on its restricted list. Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada
Casumo's Canadian page names British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec and the Maritimes among the provinces it serves. In Alberta, that is still the offshore Gibraltar site: Casumo is not among the operators registered with the AGLC since the province's regulated market opened on 13 July 2026. In Quebec, note that the site is in English only. The minimum age is 19, or the local gambling age if higher, which means 19 even in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where the provincial age is 18.
Wherever you play it, Casumo is an offshore site. No province licenses it, so the protections that come with a provincial registration, such as an AGLC or AGCO complaint route, do not apply. Albertans who want that protection can choose one of the sites registered with the AGLC since July.
Mobile app
The iOS app, "Casumo Casino & Sports Betting", is in the Canadian App Store under the seller Casumo Services Ltd, and its listing cites Jocularis Ltd's Gibraltar licences 126 and 127 and a 19+ age rule. For Android, the site offers its own app to install directly; we did not see it on Google Play. The site also runs in a mobile browser.
Support and language
The About page says support is available 24/7 by live chat and email. The footer, however, gives "ET support hours" of 2:00 AM to 6:00 PM, both before and after the clock change on 25 October 2026. Until Casumo settles this, assume the shorter window for anything urgent. We could not source a support email address or a phone number, and the Canadian site is English only, with no French version.
Responsible-gambling tools
Casumo's tool list is one of its strengths:
- Deposit limits by day, week or month, plus wager, loss and session-time limits
- A login time block for set hours
- A short break of up to 6 weeks
- Self-exclusion for at least 6 months, or indefinite closure

Casumo suits a player outside Ontario who wants a large lobby with Evolution live games and well-known slots, quick withdrawal reviews and a full set of limits. It is a poor fit for Ontario residents, for French speakers and for anyone who wants a straightforward bonus: 30x on deposit plus bonus, with high-RTP slots counting 30%, is heavier than it first looks. A casumo review canada written before mid-2026 may still describe an Ontario site; as of October 2026 there is none.
