Bizzo Casino is an offshore brand, yet very little about it can be confirmed from its own pages. This Bizzo casino review sets out what we could verify as of October 2026 and, just as plainly, what we could not. The firm point is a regulator listing: the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permit-holders page shows bizzocasino.com under a company called Starsten Limited.
Everything a player normally weighs before a first deposit was out of reach. The site showed a "currently not available in your region" message from several places we checked from; where it loaded, its terms page redirected to a mirror that returned no text. So there is no welcome offer to quote, no wagering to calculate and no withdrawal table. The sections below explain each gap and what it means for you.
The Bizzo casino welcome bonus: no terms to quote
A review normally starts with the welcome offer, the wagering requirement behind it and a dollar example of how much you must bet before a withdrawal. For Bizzo we cannot do any of that honestly. No bonus terms, promotions page or offer banner was readable when we checked in October 2026, so the following are all unknown:
- the match percentage and the maximum bonus in C$
- any free spins and the games they apply to
- the wagering multiplier and whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus
- the minimum deposit, the maximum bet while a bonus is active and the expiry period
- any bonus code
Offers for Bizzo do circulate on other sites. We do not repeat them, because we could not match any of them to the casino's own wording. If you see a Bizzo offer, open the bonus terms before you deposit and find the multiplier. Multiply the bonus by the multiplier to get the bets you must place, or multiply deposit plus bonus if the terms say the requirement covers both. Our Bizzo bonus page covers the codes and free-spin offers people look for.
The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.
Bizzo casino live tables and slots
Bizzo casino live games are part of what players want to know about, but the lobby did not give us a game count, a list of studios or a single promoted title. We therefore cannot say whether the live section is large or small, which studios run it, or whether there are jackpot slots.
That matters more than it sounds. The studios behind a lobby tell you which games carry independent testing, and the split between slots and live tables decides how useful any bonus is, since live games often count for little or nothing towards wagering. Until Bizzo publishes this in a form that can be read, treat any claim about its catalogue as unconfirmed. No payout percentage or testing-lab certificate was found either.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Deposits, Interac and the Bizzo casino withdrawal time
The Bizzo casino withdrawal time is a question we cannot answer. No banking page or cashier terms were readable, so the following points are open:
- whether Interac is offered for deposits, withdrawals or both
- whether Canadian dollars are an account currency
- whether crypto is accepted, and which coins
- minimum and maximum amounts per method
- how long a withdrawal stays pending, and any daily, weekly or monthly cap
- fees, and what identity documents are needed before a payout
For a real-money player this is the biggest gap. A casino can look fine on deposit and still hold winnings for weeks under a cap or a verification rule that only appears in the terms. If you decide to play, find the withdrawal section of the terms first and write down the limits and the pending period. If the terms do not load for you either, that is a reason to wait.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Phone and app access
No Bizzo app in Apple's or Google's store could be confirmed, and nothing we could read said how the site works in a phone browser. Where it did load for us, it ran as a web application, but that tells us little about how it behaves on a phone in Canada. Be wary of any "Bizzo app" file offered outside the official stores: with no listing linked by the casino itself, there is nothing to check such a download against.
Is Bizzo casino legit? Licence and owner
The strongest fact about Bizzo is a regulator listing. On 23 October 2026 the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permit-holders page showed bizzocasino.com under Starsten Limited. That makes Bizzo a casino with a named permit-holder, not an anonymous site.
The limits of that statement are just as important:
- No licence number appeared in anything we could read, so you cannot cross-check a certificate.
- No company address or registration number for Starsten Limited was published on the pages we reached.
- No provincial licence. Kahnawake is not a provincial regulator. Bizzo is not registered with the AGCO in Ontario or AGLC in Alberta, so it is not part of either regulated market.
- No regulator actions against the brand turned up in our checks, though with so little published that says less than usual.
The same permit-holder appears against other brands on the Kahnawake list, including 20Bet, 22Bet, Granawin and National Casino, plus 22casino and BetLabel. Sharing a permit-holder does not mean those casinos share terms or accounts, so read each one's own pages.
How to check the listing yourself
The Kahnawake permit-holders page is public. Search it for the exact address you plan to use and confirm the company name next to it. A look-alike address that does not appear there is not covered by the listing, however close the branding looks. If the site you reach shows a different company name in its footer than the one on the register, treat that as a warning sign.
Customer support and French
No live chat, support email, phone number or opening hours could be confirmed. We also could not tell whether a French version of the site exists or whether agents answer in French, which matters for players in Quebec and New Brunswick. Before depositing, open the help or contact page and check that a real channel answers. A casino whose support you cannot reach before you play is unlikely to be easier to reach when a withdrawal is stuck. Keep copies of any chat or email exchange, since they may be the only record you have of what was promised.
Bizzo login and sign-up
The Bizzo login and registration screens are part of the same web app as the lobby, and the one line we could read from the sign-up step says you must be over 18 years of age. Provincial ages are higher in most of Canada: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. An offshore casino's own rule does not change the age your province sets.
Numbered copies of the site
Names that add a number to Bizzo read like copies of the site. We could not confirm any numbered Bizzo address. The one alternative address we did see was a mirror that the terms page redirected to, and that mirror returned no readable text. Only the address on the Kahnawake list, bizzocasino.com, is tied to a named permit-holder. A copy site with a similar name and no published terms is not something to give your ID or card details to.
Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
Bizzo's own responsible-gambling page did not load for us, so we cannot list its deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion options. Two points apply whatever the site offers:
- Provincial self-exclusion programmes cover only that province's regulated sites. Excluding yourself through Ontario's or Alberta's scheme does not block an offshore account at Bizzo.
- Every casino game has a house edge. A bonus does not change that, and limits work best when set before the first deposit.
Helplines for every province are on our responsible gambling page.
Bizzo casino in Canada: where it fits
Bizzo casino Canada play raises a fair question: where is it allowed, and what protects you? Bizzo did not publish a province list in anything we could read, so its own acceptance rules are unknown. What we can set out is how it compares with the regulated route in each province:
| Where you live | Regulated option | Bizzo's position |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | Sites registered with the AGCO under an iGaming Ontario operating agreement | Not registered; Kahnawake permit only |
| Alberta | Sites registered with AGLC under an Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement, live since 13 July 2026 | Not registered; Kahnawake permit only |
| Quebec | The provincially run casino site | No Quebec terms published |
| Other provinces | The provincially run casino site | Acceptance not stated |
For anyone weighing Bizzo casino Canada real money play outside Ontario and Alberta, the practical test is simple. Before a deposit, the terms should tell you three things in writing: that your province is accepted, which currency your balance is held in, and which company you have a contract with. If any of the three is missing, you would have little to point to in a dispute. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the provincial systems in more detail.
Who Bizzo suits, and who should wait
On what can be verified today, Bizzo suits almost no one. A player who already knows the brand and can read its terms from inside Canada can make an informed choice; everyone else would be depositing without knowing the wagering, the withdrawal limits or the fees.
Players in Ontario or Alberta have regulated sites with published terms and provincial oversight, and that is the safer starting point. Elsewhere, a casino whose terms load in full is a better bet than one that keeps its rules out of reach. The 0.5 score reflects how little is published, not a finding of wrongdoing: our review method never rewards a missing fact. We will rescore Bizzo as soon as its terms can be read. Other brands are in our casino reviews.
