Cloudbet verification works in two levels, and knowing where the line sits saves trouble later. A new account can deposit and play without documents up to a total of US$2,200; past that, full verification is required. This guide covers who can register from Canada, how the first deposit ties in with the welcome rewards, what the casino can ask you to prove, and where to turn when the Cloudbet login does not work. It reflects the terms and help centre as of October 2026.
Before you register: who Cloudbet accepts
Cloudbet's terms require players to be over 18, or over the legal age or age of majority that applies to them, whichever is higher. In Canada that means 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Canada is not on the list of prohibited countries in clause 7.1.3. Within Canada, the site does not exclude any province in writing. Two points are still worth weighing before you sign up:
- Cloudbet is not registered with iGaming Ontario or with AGLC in Alberta, so it sits outside both provinces' regulated markets.
- The licence is from the Curacao Gaming Authority, so disputes go to the casino and then to Curacao, not to a Canadian regulator.
Our guide to playing in Canada explains how offshore sites differ from provincial ones.
Cloudbet registration and the sign up bonus
Cloudbet registration happens on cloudbet.com in a browser, because the casino publishes no app in the App Store or on Google Play. The terms we read do not list the fields on the form, so have your legal name, date of birth and address ready and enter them exactly as they appear on your ID; that is what level 2 verification will check against.
The Cloudbet sign up bonus is not a match. Your first deposit, of any amount, starts a 30-day Welcome Package of rakeback, worth 10% of the house edge on casino bets, plus Daily Cash Drops and Weekly Sports Cash Drops, up to US$2,500. No code is mentioned. Because the clock starts with that deposit, consider making it only when you plan to play during the following month. The full breakdown is on our Cloudbet bonus page.
- ID checks (KYC): Unverified (level 1) accounts have a cumulative deposit cap of USD 2,200; full verification (level 2) removes it; ID (passport, driver licence) may be requested for withdrawals source
- iOS app: No source
- Android app: No source
- Browser play: Yes source
- Email: [email protected] source
- French: site language switcher includes Francais source
- Responsible-gambling tools: deposit limit; cooling-off; self-exclusion source
Cloudbet verification: the two levels
| Level | Status | Deposit limit | What it needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Unverified | US$2,200 in total, across all deposits | An open account |
| 2 | Fully verified | No limit | Identity documents, as listed in terms clause 7.5 |
The level 1 ceiling is cumulative. It is not a daily or monthly allowance that resets: once your deposits since opening the account add up to US$2,200, the casino expects verification before you deposit more.
Which documents
The help centre names a passport or driver's licence as examples of the ID Cloudbet may request, and clause 7.5 of the terms sets out the full list. ID can be asked for at the moment you request a withdrawal, even if you have not reached the deposit ceiling. If you expect to win or deposit seriously, sending documents early means a payout is not held while they are reviewed.
Cloudbet does not publish how long a review takes, so we do not quote one.
How to log in, and what to do when it fails
The Cloudbet login is on the main site; there is no separate app login because there is no app. Bookmark cloudbet.com and use the bookmark each time, rather than links from emails, adverts or forums.
When the login fails:
- Type the address by hand to rule out a copycat page.
- Check whether the whole site is unreachable or only your account; Cloudbet publishes no status page, so if the site itself will not load, wait and try again later.
- Email [email protected], the only contact route written into the terms. Say what you were doing and include your account email.
- Try the chat widget shown in the help centre, keeping in mind that its hours are not published.
No phone number is listed. If you still have a balance and lose access for good, keep a record of every email and the dates, in case you need to take the complaint further.
Limits, self-exclusion and leaving an inactive account
Three responsible-gambling tools are available: deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion. The help centre has an article on setting a deposit limit, and it is worth doing at registration, before the first transfer. Provincial self-exclusion programmes apply only to their own province's regulated sites, so they will not block a Cloudbet account; use Cloudbet's own self-exclusion if you need to stop.
The terms we read do not describe a separate account-closure procedure, so ask support by email if you want to close rather than self-exclude. Do not simply abandon an account with money in it: after 12 months without activity, clause 7.1.11.1 charges an administration fee of US$5 a month. Helplines for every province are on our responsible gambling page, and the rest of the casino is covered in the full Cloudbet review.
