Cloudbet slots are the core of a casino that has run since 2013 and is built around cryptocurrency: the lobby advertises over 2,000 slots, the cashier handles more than 30 coins, and the welcome reward is rakeback rather than a match bonus. For a Canadian player that makes Cloudbet a different kind of choice from a casino built around Interac and Canadian dollars.
The site is offshore. Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. runs it from Willemstad under a Curacao Gaming Authority licence, and no province registers it. This Cloudbet review covers what the terms and help centre say as of October 2026, and marks plainly what the casino does not publish: its game studios, a testing lab, Interac support and a Canadian-dollar balance. Amounts the casino quotes are in US dollars, and we keep them that way.
The welcome package: 30 days of rakeback and cash drops
Cloudbet does not match your first deposit. Its Welcome Package is a 30-day reward programme that starts with a first deposit of any amount and is worth up to US$2,500 in total. The rewards come from three sources:
- Rakeback: 10% of the house edge on your casino bets.
- Daily Cash Drops.
- Weekly Sports Cash Drops, for sports bettors.
The homepage says there are "no rollovers on rewards", and the terms state no wagering for the package. They do not say how the US$2,500 ceiling is split between the three parts, and no bonus code is mentioned.
What 10% of the house edge means
Rakeback is paid on the casino's expected margin, not on your stake or your losses. The sum is: total bets, times the house edge of the games played, times 10%. Cloudbet does not publish game-by-game house edges, so we cannot put a figure on it for any particular game.

The point of the sum: rakeback returns a small slice of what the house expects to keep. It never turns the odds in your favour. Two clauses from the general bonus rules also apply to other Cloudbet offers: slots and arcade games with an RTP above 99.5%, and live or virtual table games, count only 10% towards bonus wagering, and forfeiting a bonus also forfeits any pending winnings built up while wagering it. Cloudbet slots, live casino and the Originals
The headline figure is over 2,000 Cloudbet slots. The casino gives no total for the whole lobby and no count of table or live games, and it does not name the studios that supply them. That last gap matters, because the provider list is the quickest way to judge a lobby's quality, and we cannot give one here.
What Cloudbet does promote by name is Cloudbet Originals, its in-house games. The casino's pages we read do not list which titles belong to that range.
Cloudbet live casino
The bonus rules refer to live and virtual table games, which confirms the Cloudbet live casino exists, but the casino publishes no count of tables and no list of live studios. If live blackjack or roulette is your main interest, check the lobby before depositing.
Cloudbet plinko and Cloudbet aviator
Neither game is named on the homepage, terms or help pages we checked. They may sit in the lobby or among the Originals, but we could not confirm either title, so we do not list them as available. Search the lobby by name before you send coins for a particular game.
Cloudbet minimum deposit, withdrawal time and crypto
The cashier is crypto-led. Cloudbet accepts more than 30 cryptocurrencies, naming Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum, and its crypto page adds that major fiat currencies are also accepted. You can also buy crypto inside the site through Swapped and other exchanges, for deposits only.
- Minimum deposit: set per coin. The help centre article contradicts itself: its summary says deposits must be worth "at least ~$1 USD", while its body says most coins' minimums are under US$1, typically US$0.10 to US$0.50. The deposit screen shows the exact figure for each coin.
- Maximum deposit: no limit once the account is fully verified; US$2,200 in total while it is unverified.
- Withdrawals: any amount up to your balance, under terms clause 7.5.3.
- Fees: blockchain network fees, listed on a separate fees page.
Cloudbet withdrawal time
The homepage claim is that "90% of our withdrawals take less than 2 minutes". That is the casino's own figure and we did not measure it. Network congestion and verification checks can slow any crypto payout, and a request that triggers an ID review waits for that review first.
Interac, Canadian dollars and Cloudbet Bitcoin Cash
Interac does not appear in the terms, on the homepage or in the deposit help articles, so we treat it as unavailable. A Canadian-dollar account is not confirmed either, and the welcome cap is quoted in US dollars. Players asking about Cloudbet Bitcoin Cash should know it is not among the coins the casino names, so check the cashier's coin list before sending it.

Mobile: browser only
Cloudbet links to no app in the App Store or on Google Play, and none was found. The casino is played in a mobile browser, which also means there is no download to trust or distrust. Bookmark cloudbet.com and use that, so you always know you are on the address the terms belong to. Any file offered as a Cloudbet app outside the casino's own site did not come from a listing the casino points to.
Is Cloudbet safe? Licence, owner and what is missing
Is Cloudbet safe to use from Canada? The licence and company details are clear; the independent checks are thin.
- Operator: Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, Curacao, registration number 148526.
- Licence: Curacao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/328/0599. The terms say it was issued on 27 May 2025, and the authority's validator shows it as active.
- Founded: 2013, by the casino's own account.
What we could not find: a testing-lab certificate, a published payout percentage and any regulator record, whether a penalty or a clean bill. None of that means a problem exists, but none of it can be checked either, and the score reflects that.
Clauses worth knowing
- Dormancy fee: after 12 months with no activity, clause 7.1.11.1 charges an administration fee of US$5 a month.
- Bonus forfeiture: under clause 8.9, giving up a bonus also gives up any pending winnings earned while wagering it.
- Verification cap: an unverified account stops accepting deposits once they total US$2,200.
The dormancy fee in particular can eat a forgotten balance slowly, so withdraw or close an account you no longer use.
Cloudbet casino sister sites
Cloudbet names no parent group and no sister brands. Lists of Cloudbet casino sister sites elsewhere are not backed by anything the casino publishes.
Cloudbet live chat and support
The terms give one contact route: email to [email protected]. The help centre shows a chat widget, so Cloudbet live chat appears to exist, but no opening hours are published and we cannot say whether it is staffed around the clock. No phone line is listed.
French speakers can switch the site into Français through its language menu, alongside English, Deutsch, Español and Russian. Whether support agents answer in French is not stated.
Cloudbet down? What to check
Cloudbet publishes no status page in the pages we read. If the site seems down, type cloudbet.com yourself rather than following a link, and email support if the problem lasts. Avoid "mirror" addresses posted on forums or social media: a link from a stranger is not a safe way to reach an account that holds your coins. If a withdrawal was in progress when the site went down, note the time and amount and include them in your email.
Signing up and logging in
Registration is open to anyone over 18, or over the legal age where you live if that is higher, which means 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Canada is not on Cloudbet's list of prohibited countries.

The terms point to a responsible-gambling page, and the account offers three tools:
- Deposit limits, with a help-centre article explaining how to set one.
- Cooling-off periods.
- Self-exclusion.
No loss limits, reality checks or session reminders are listed. Crypto also removes a natural brake: a wallet transfer feels less like spending than a card payment, so set a deposit limit before the first transfer rather than after a losing run. Where Canadians can play Cloudbet
There is one site, cloudbet.com, and it serves every province the same way.
- Ontario: the terms do not exclude Ontario, but Cloudbet is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so it is outside the province's regulated market.
- Alberta: served by cloudbet.com, with no AGLC registration.
- Quebec: served by cloudbet.com, with a French language option.
- Other provinces: served by cloudbet.com under the Curacao licence.
For context, terms clause 7.1.3 lists the countries Cloudbet prohibits, and Canada is not among them.
