The Crazybet bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to €500, and it is not a standard match: your deposit and the bonus merge into one locked balance that has to be played 35 times on slots within seven days. Crazybet is an offshore casino and sportsbook run by Ardenvale Ltd under a licence from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, and it does not accept players from Ontario.
This review sets out what the casino's own terms, promotion pages and help centre say as of October 2026: the welcome terms in plain numbers, the providers, the payment routes (crypto yes, Interac no), the withdrawal caps, the licence and who can play from which province. The welcome amounts appeared to us in euros; where the terms give Canadian dollar figures, we quote them as C$.
The Crazybet bonus: a 100% match up to €500, locked at 35x
Crazybet's welcome deposit bonus is a single offer on the first deposit. As of October 2026 the promotion page lists these terms:
- Match: 100% of the first deposit, up to €500.
- Deposit range: €20 to €500. Other currencies must convert to an amount inside that range.
- Opt-in: select the bonus at the cashier before you deposit. No bonus code is listed.
- Verification: KYC Level 2 has to be completed to receive the bonus.
- Wagering: 35 times the locked balance, which is your deposit plus the bonus, on eligible slots.
- Time: activate within 24 hours of the bonus being granted, then complete the wagering within 7 days.
- Maximum bet: €10 per spin or bet, and bonus buys are not allowed.
Why sticky matters
Crazybet's own wording is that "your deposit and bonus combine into one locked balance". In practice your deposit stops being free cash the moment the bonus is active: neither part can be withdrawn until the 35x is met, and the terms say the bonus cannot be cancelled once activated. If you change your mind after a few spins, there is no way to step out and keep the deposit separate.
The wagering in plain numbers
Because the multiplier applies to deposit plus bonus, the amount to bet doubles compared with a bonus-only rule. The table uses the same unit as your account, whether that is euros or Canadian dollars, and assumes you take the full match.

At the €10 maximum stake, clearing a €500 deposit would take at least 3,500 spins in a week, and every one of them carries the house edge. A smaller deposit keeps the target realistic; skipping the bonus keeps your money withdrawable.

Deposit C$100 and take the 100% match: the bonus is C$100. At x35 on deposit plus bonus (C$200), you must place C$7,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

What counts towards the wagering, and what voids it
The welcome bonus is for slots only. Live casino, sports bets, mini-games and "other types" of games void the bonus if you play them while it is active, so a sports bettor or a live-blackjack player gains nothing from opting in. Bonus buys are excluded too.
Two more clauses from the general terms apply to Crazybet promotions as a whole:
- Winnings from free spins are capped at 2x the qualifying deposit, so the spins can never pay out more than twice what you deposited to trigger them.
- Bonuses that are not claimed within their claiming period, or within 60 days, are cancelled.
None of this makes the offer unfair, but it does make it narrow. It fits a slot player who intended to deposit and play through that amount anyway, and nobody else.
Crazy Days, races and other promotions
Beyond the welcome match, the promotions page listed the following in October 2026:

The promotion pages we read do not give the wagering for each of these, so check the individual terms before opting in. Keep the 2x cap on free-spin winnings in mind for Crazy Days in particular: a large number of spins does not lift the ceiling on what they can pay.
Games and providers at Crazybet Casino
Crazybet does not publish a game count or a split between slots, tables and live games. What it does publish is a long list of studios: 69 providers are linked from the homepage. They include large slot houses such as Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Thunderkick and Novomatic, alongside smaller studios like Backseat Gaming, Bullshark Games, Shady Lady and Print Studios.
The live casino runs on Evolution, with Evolution First Person and Pragmatic Play Live also on the provider list. Crazybet Originals appear as their own studio, and crash-style providers such as Aviatrix and InOut Games are listed as well.
Two caveats. A provider being listed does not mean every one of its games is open to Canadians, and the casino names no popular titles of its own, so we do not single any out. It also names no testing lab and publishes no payout percentage, so there is no audited figure to quote for returns. Every game carries a house edge, and the welcome bonus rules mean the live section is off limits while a bonus is active.

Deposits and withdrawals: crypto and cards, no Interac
Crazybet's help centre names Visa, Mastercard and MiFinity as fiat deposit methods, plus a long list of cryptocurrencies. Interac is not named in the deposit guide, so Canadians who rely on e-Transfer should not expect it. CAD is listed as an accepted currency.
- Crypto, deposit and withdrawal: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, XRP, Cardano and TRON, among others.
- Cards and MiFinity: deposits.
- Bank transfer: withdrawals, with no Crazybet fee. KYC Levels 1 and 2 must be complete and the help article asks for an IBAN.
Minimums, maximums and times for each method were not published in the pages we read.
Processing time and caps
The terms say Crazybet "will strive to process withdrawals within 2 business day" when no extra verification is needed. That is the casino's target for its own processing, not the time the money takes to arrive.
The caps are where Crazybet is strict. Standard limits are C$1,500 in 24 hours, C$2,500 per week and C$10,000 per month, and they may change with VIP status. Pending totals above €2,500 are paid in weekly instalments of €2,500, so a large win leaves the casino in several weekly pieces rather than one payment.
Before any fiat withdrawal, deposits must be wagered 100%. A deposit cannot be sent back to a card or bank account without first being played through once.

Mobile play in the browser
Crazybet runs in a mobile browser, and that is the only mobile route we could confirm. The site does not point to an App Store or Google Play listing in the pages we read, so we cannot say whether a native app exists. If you come across an app file claiming to be Crazybet's, it did not come from a store listing the casino links to.
The sticky bonus and the withdrawal caps are rules in the casino's terms, not features of a device, so they apply just the same when you play on a phone.
Licence, owner and safety
The footer names the operator, the licence and a payment agent:

We could see the licence statement on Crazybet's own licence page but did not verify the entry on an Anjouan register, so treat the number as the casino's claim. Crazybet names no group and no sister casinos, and does not say when it launched.
What this means for a Canadian player: Crazybet is not licensed by any province. No Canadian regulator handles complaints about it, and a provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, so it does not reach this one. We found no published testing-lab certificate and no regulator actions in the material we reviewed.
Support and French
The support contact Crazybet publishes is the email address [email protected]. A live chat, a phone line and support hours are not stated in the pages we read, so we cannot say how quickly or when you will get an answer.
For French speakers, the help centre at faq.crazybet.com has a French version. A full French version of the casino itself was not confirmed. Quebec players can read help articles in French but should not count on French in the lobby or the cashier.
Signing up and the two KYC levels
Registration at Crazybet ties into its two-step verification, and the levels matter because the bonus depends on them.
- Register with your real details. You must be 18 or the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is greater, which means 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Complete KYC Level 1, then Level 2, if you want the welcome bonus: Level 2 is required to receive it.
- Opt in to the bonus at the cashier before the first deposit, or leave it off.
- For a bank withdrawal, both levels have to be complete.
The terms we read do not list the exact documents for each level, so ask support what each one requires, and complete both before you need a payout rather than after.

Where Canadians can play Crazybet, and who it suits
Crazybet lists Ontario as a Prohibited Jurisdiction, so Ontario players cannot use it. No other province is excluded in the terms. Players in Alberta, Quebec, British Columbia and the rest of Canada reach the same offshore site, crazybet.com, under the Anjouan licence.
