Blackjack ballroom reviews should start with the detail the name hides. This Casino Rewards brand counts table games, blackjack included, at only 2% towards bonus wagering, so a card player needs 50 times more bets than a slot player to clear the same bonus.
The site is offshore, run by Fresh Horizons Limited from the British Virgin Islands under Kahnawake licence 00972, with no Ontario or Alberta version, no French site and no app. It does offer Interac deposits, an eCOGRA seal and detailed terms. Figures below come from the casino's pages and the regulator's register, as of October 2026. Those pages print a bare $ sign and never confirm a CAD account, so we write C$; check the currency your account shows.
The Blackjack Ballroom casino sign up bonus and its x200 wagering
The Blackjack Ballroom casino sign up bonus is spread over three deposits and adds up to C$500 if each tier is taken in full:
- 1st deposit: 100% match up to C$150.
- 2nd deposit: 50% match up to C$200.
- 3rd deposit: 25% match up to C$150.
No bonus code is stated, and all three tiers are cash matches. The offer must be started with a first deposit within 7 days of registering, and any promotional bonus still unused 60 days after registration is forfeited. The terms do not state a minimum deposit for the offer, so check the cashier before you pay.
The dollar cost of each tier
The first and second bonuses are subject to 200 times play-through on the bonus amount. The terms give their own illustration: a C$100 bonus means wagering about C$20,000. From the third deposit the multiple falls to x30. Here is what each tier costs when you take the maximum:
| Tier | Deposit for the full bonus | Bonus | Wagering | Bets needed on slots |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | C$150 | C$150 | x200 | C$30,000 |
| 2nd | C$400 | C$200 | x200 | C$40,000 |
| 3rd | C$600 | C$150 | x30 | C$4,500 |
| All three | C$1,150 | C$500 | - | C$74,500 |
Those totals assume every bet is on a slot, which counts 100%. Bets from both your cash and the bonus count towards the target. Single bets worth 25% or more of the bonus before play-through is met can be treated as irregular play and the winnings voided, so on a C$150 bonus keep each bet under C$37.50. Withdrawing your deposit before the play-through is complete cancels the bonus. The full breakdown, including the loyalty side, is on our Blackjack Ballroom bonus page.

Games: why the name and the wagering pull in opposite directions
The casino cannot agree on its own size. The homepage advertises "550+ casino games", while the games page says "over 1000 Casino Games". No split by slots, tables or live games is published, so neither number can be checked, and we quote both.
Casino Rewards names Apricot as the software behind its brand pages. No other studio is listed for Blackjack Ballroom, and we do not guess at the rest. The lobby carries progressive jackpots from the Mega Moolah family, which the group flags as not available in every region, and a live dealer section with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows.
Game weighting for bonus play
- Slots: 100% of each bet counts.
- Blackjack, other table games, parlour games and live casino: 2%.
- All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard: 0%.
- Double-up features: do not count.
At 2%, a C$10 hand of blackjack moves the wagering meter by C$0.20. Clearing a C$150 first-deposit bonus on blackjack alone would take C$1.5 million in hands. For a player who came for the tables, the practical choice is to decline the bonus and play with cash.
On returns, the brand's homepage claims a "97% average payout rate". The independent figure is lower: eCOGRA's report for Casino Rewards as a whole, covering 1 July to 30 September 2026, shows 96.11% across all games, 97.83% on table games and 96.05% on slots. It is a group-wide long-run average, not a promise for any session, and the house keeps its edge on every game.

- Live: live dealer section exists (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows) source

Blackjack Ballroom casino withdrawal methods, times and fees
Interac and Visa or Mastercard are the deposit routes the FAQ confirms, with Interac payments handled by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. The full deposit list sits behind the login, and the casino accepts no cryptocurrency. For cashing out, the FAQ lists these methods for Canada:
- Visa / Mastercard: minimum C$50, about 3 working days after processing, no fee. Visa payouts go by OCT to Visa cards only.
- CAD EFT / eCheck: minimum C$50, 2 to 3 working days, no fee, Canada only.
- Skrill: minimum C$50, 1 to 3 working days, no fee.
- Direct bank transfer / wire: minimum C$300, 6 to 10 working days, US$50 under 3,000 units and US$100 above, plus 2.5% on currency conversion.
Interac is not on the withdrawal list, so plan on a card, EFT or Skrill for the way out.
Before the money moves
Every Blackjack Ballroom withdrawal first sits in pending for 48 hours and is processed the next business day. Until then you can reverse it, which is worth knowing if you tend to put winnings back into play. Players who win substantially more than their total purchases across Casino Rewards casinos are paid at most C$4,000 a week, and daily method limits can split one payout over several weekdays.
Verification comes first. The casino asks for a passport, driver's licence or government ID, proof that the payment method is yours and a proof of address no older than 3 months. It may ask for notarised copies, and a first withdrawal to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks. Sending documents before your first cash-out request saves the wait.

Is there a Blackjack Ballroom app or casino free download?
No. The Canadian App Store and Google Play hold no Blackjack Ballroom listing. The casino runs in the phone or desktop browser, and that is the only route it supports.
That matters if you come across a blackjack ballroom casino free download on a third-party site. Since the casino itself publishes no app, a downloadable file carrying its name did not come from Blackjack Ballroom, and installing it means handing card details to an unknown source. The same goes for anything presented as a blackjack ballroom casino app in an alternative store.
Using the browser has one benefit: there is nothing to update, and the site you open is the same one the terms describe. Save the address as a bookmark rather than following links from emails or adverts.
Is Blackjack Ballroom legit? Licence, owner and record
Blackjack Ballroom is legit in the sense that matters first: a named company holds a real licence that you can look up.
- Operator: Fresh Horizons Limited, Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. No company registration number is published.
- Licence: Kahnawake Gaming Commission, number 00972. Fresh Horizons Ltd appears on the commission's permit-holders list, and the certificate linked from the footer is dated 16 March 2010.
- Testing: eCOGRA Safe & Fair seal for 9 December 2025 to 8 December 2026.
- Group: Casino Rewards, which shares terms and cashier rules across its brands.
A Kahnawake licence is not a provincial licence. No province regulates this site, and the protection you get is the commission's, not the AGCO's or AGLC's.
The record and the small print
We found no action against Fresh Horizons on the Kahnawake site. The group's separate Ontario operator, Apollo Entertainment Ltd, received a C$100,000 AGCO penalty on 10 August 2023 over responsible-gambling failures. That company does not run Blackjack Ballroom, but it shows how the regulated side of the same group has been judged.
Two clauses are easy to miss. Dormant accounts can have their balance removed within up to 60 days after a period of inactivity the casino sets at its discretion; bonus money is forfeited, while cash can be returned on request. And the terms allow player data to be used to train AI and machine-learning models, with consent sought only where the law requires it.
Support and the missing French version
Live chat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email goes to [email protected], with replies promised within 48 hours, and deposit problems have their own address, [email protected]. No phone number is published.
French speakers should know the limits. The site has no French version: the /fr/ address sends you back to English, and English is the only language listed. The casino mentions a "multilingual support team" but never says French is covered, so Quebec players should not count on it.
Blackjack Ballroom login and account set-up
The Blackjack Ballroom login lives on the same offshore site for every Canadian, because there is no provincial version to choose between. A few steps make the first weeks smoother:
- Check your age. The casino requires players to be "older than 19 years of age", or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, so 18-year-olds in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec cannot join.
- Register with details that match your ID, since every withdrawal is checked against them.
- Decide on the bonus before the first deposit: the 7-day window starts at registration.
- Upload ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership early.
- Set a deposit limit through support if you want one; see the next section.
If a login fails, live chat is open around the clock, and the support email works for anything that needs documents. The casino's own help pages are the only source of reset steps we trust; links that promise a shortcut past them are best ignored.
Responsible-gambling tools
The tools are the group's offshore set, listed on its responsible-gambling page:
- Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, set through support.
- A cooling-off period from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-exclusion for 6 months.
- A self-assessment test.
- A referral to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's comprehensive self-exclusion.
Provincial self-exclusion programmes cover only their own province's regulated sites, so signing up with one does not block you here. If you need a break from Blackjack Ballroom, use its own tools or the Kahnawake scheme. Helplines for every province are on our responsible gambling page.
Where Canadians can play Blackjack Ballroom
There is one site, blackjackballroom.eu, and it is the same offshore operation everywhere in Canada.
- Ontario: no Ontario site and no AGCO registration. The offshore terms do not exclude Ontario in writing, but the province's regulated market is a separate lane.
- Alberta: no AGLC-registered Blackjack Ballroom, and no restriction in the terms either.
- Quebec: the offshore site, in English only.
- Other provinces: the offshore site under Kahnawake licence 00972.
Playing on an offshore site means disputes go to the casino and then to Kahnawake, not to a provincial regulator. Our guide to playing in Canada sets out how the provincial, regulated and offshore options differ.
Blackjack Ballroom casino reviews of the sister sites
Casino Rewards shares its terms, banking rules and loyalty programme across its brands, so the 2% table weighting and the C$4,000 weekly cap described here come from group-wide terms. The brands differ mainly in their welcome offers, licence certificates and eCOGRA seals. If you compare Blackjack Ballroom with a sister, compare those three things.
Sisters we review include Zodiac, Yukon Gold, Luxury Casino, Grand Mondial, Captain Cooks, Golden Tiger, Quatro, Casino Classic, Villento, Grand Hotel Casino, Players Palace and Casino Action. Casino Kingdom, Cosmo Casino and UK Casino Club belong to the group too.
Who Blackjack Ballroom suits
It fits a slot or table player outside Ontario and Alberta who wants an established licence, Interac deposits and the group's loyalty points, and who is content to play without the welcome bonus. It does not fit a bonus hunter, a French speaker or anyone who wants an app. How we weigh each of these points is explained on our how we review page, and the full list is on our casino reviews hub.
