The order of events matters. The full deposited amount, up to C$100, has to be wagered on slots before the bonus money and the spins are credited. Three rules bite harder than the multiplier. Any withdrawal request forfeits all restricted bonus funds still in the account. The minimum withdrawal is another conflict. The withdrawals page says CAD 6, while clause 6.4.1 of the terms and the help centre say 30 EUR. If you plan to cash out a small balance, ask support which figure applies before you request it. No maximum withdrawal is published; the homepage only says limits follow the withdrawal policy of each licence.
Withdrawals stay blocked until the account is verified, and Mr Green may ask for a bank statement. Sending your ID early saves a wait later.

No Android listing could be confirmed, so Android users should plan on the phone browser instead. If a file offered outside the official stores claims to be a Mr Green Android app, nothing on the casino's own pages points to it, and that alone is reason to leave it alone.

Is Mr Green safe? Licence, owner and regulator record
Mr Green is a long-running, licensed operator with a public owner, and it also has a regulator penalty on its record. Both belong in the picture.

On 27 February 2020 the UK Gambling Commission announced that Mr Green Limited would pay GBP 3 million over anti-money-laundering and safer-gambling failings. The UK register shows no live action against the company now. No action by Ontario's regulator applies, because the brand is not registered there.

Ontario's regulated market requires AGCO registration and an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, and Alberta's, live since 13 July 2026, requires AGLC registration and an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. Mr Green fits a slot player outside Ontario and Alberta who wants a casino with a named owner, an MGA licence and a welcome bonus that can realistically be cleared. At 10x the bonus, a C$100 deposit means C$2,000 in bets, and the 50 spins pay out without any wagering. For an iPhone user, the app is a plus.
It suits small, frequent withdrawals less well, because each one costs at least C$1 and the minimum is unclear.
