Jet Casino is an online casino owned by Galaktika N.V. and, by its own account, set up in 2019 under a Curacao gaming licence. It advertises over 1,000 slots from studios such as Microgaming, Play'N'Go, BGaming and Playtech, live dealer tables and a welcome offer that runs across a player's first ten deposits.
For Canadians, the big question comes before any of that. The casino's site blocked our checks from several locations in October 2026, and the only version we could read was an archived homepage from 19 February 2026. That page names the euro as the main currency, says nothing about Canadian dollars and contains no readable list of restricted countries. This review covers what that page shows, flags what may have changed, and is clear about what remains unconfirmed.
The Jet casino welcome bonus and its three first-deposit tiers
The archived homepage describes a first-deposit bonus that changes with the size of the deposit, followed by offers on the second, third and later deposits:
- 1st deposit, EUR 20 or more: 200% up to EUR 60 plus 5 free spins.
- 1st deposit, EUR 30 or more: 300% up to EUR 300 plus 5 free spins.
- 1st deposit, EUR 200 or more: 100% up to EUR 2,000 plus 5 free spins.
- 2nd deposit, EUR 20 or more: 100% up to EUR 300, or 50 free spins.
- 3rd deposit, EUR 20 or more: 50% up to EUR 400, or 40 free spins.
Offers continue through the first ten deposits. Bonus money carries 40 times wagering on the bonus; free spins carry 35 times, or 40 times for the second and third deposit spins.
The tier quirk, worked out
The tiers overlap in a way that is easy to miss. A EUR 100 deposit at 300% already reaches the EUR 300 cap, and deposits up to EUR 199 stay there. At EUR 200 the 100% tier takes over, and the bonus falls back to EUR 200.

The second and third deposits work differently: you choose either a match or a batch of spins, not both. A EUR 100 second deposit could bring EUR 100 of bonus, which means EUR 4,000 of bets at x40, or 50 free spins whose winnings must be wagered 40 times. For a smaller deposit, the spins may be the lighter commitment; for a larger one, the match adds more to play with, at a higher wagering cost.

Deposits, currency and withdrawal limits
Payments are the weakest area for a Canadian reader. The archived page names the euro as the main currency and does not mention Canadian dollars. If an account is held in euros, money sent from a Canadian bank account would be converted each way, at a cost set by your bank or payment method. We cannot confirm Interac, cards, e-wallets or crypto, because no cashier page was readable, and no minimums, fees or payout times were found.
The one limit stated is a monthly withdrawal ceiling of EUR 125,000. A ceiling that high matters only to very large winners, and without a pending time or method list it says little about how quickly a normal withdrawal arrives.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Mobile access
No app was mentioned in the archived text, and no App Store or Google Play listing was found. We could not load the live site on any device, so we cannot describe how it works in a phone browser either. If you see a "Jet Casino app" offered somewhere, treat it with caution until the casino itself points to it. Given the domain confusion described below, an unofficial download is an easy way to hand login details to the wrong site.
Licence, owner and sister casinos
The site's own text says Jet Casino is "owned by Galaktika N.V." and has been running since 2019, under what it describes as a Curacao gaming licence. What is missing matters:
- No licence number was shown, so the claim cannot be checked on a register.
- No registered address or company registration number for Galaktika N.V. was captured.
- No regulator actions were found, though with so little published that is weak reassurance.
Jet Casino holds no AGCO registration in Ontario and no AGLC registration in Alberta. A Curacao licence is not a provincial licence, and provincial complaint routes would not apply. If you want to check the licence yourself, look for a clickable seal in the live site's footer that leads to a register entry naming Galaktika N.V.; a seal that is only an image proves nothing.
The same page names two sister casinos under Galaktika N.V.: Rox Casino and Fresh Casino. A common owner does not mean shared accounts or identical terms.
Support and French-language service
Support is one of the better documented parts of the page. The archived page lists live chat and an email contact, though the address was hidden in the copy we read, and a phone number printed as "+4 416 176 801 65". We could not match that format to a country, so check the number on the live site before relying on it. Support hours were not stated.
For French speakers, the page lists a "Jet Casino en Francais" version, and the site languages are English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Whether support agents answer in French was not confirmed.
Jet casino login: finding the right site
The Jet casino login is at jet.casino. Another address, jetcasino.com, is a domain listed for sale and not the brand, so do not enter details there. The "Jet" name is also used by unrelated venues and by other casino sites aimed at other countries, which makes a typo or a wrong click easy.
A few checks before logging in:
- Confirm the address is jet.casino and the footer names Galaktika N.V.
- Look for the terms page and its list of restricted countries before you register, since we could not read it.
- Check which currency the account will use; the archived text points to euros.
Jet Casino's own age rule did not appear in the archived text. Canadian provinces set 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, whatever an offshore site says.
Responsible gambling
The archived text does not describe any limit-setting, break or exclusion tool at Jet Casino. A welcome offer spread over ten deposits means ten separate decisions to pay in, so set your own limits before the first one. Excluding yourself through a provincial programme blocks only the regulated sites of that province, not Jet Casino. Jet Casino and Canadian players
Whether Jet Casino accepts Canadians at all is the open question of this review. The archived page's own text says the site was aimed at Finnish users and uses the euro. No restricted-country clause could be read, and the live site refused our connections, so Canadian acceptance is unverified. A site written for Finnish players in euros may still take sign-ups from elsewhere, but nothing we could read says it does, and an offshore site that does not list Canada in its terms gives you little to rely on if an account is later closed.
- Ontario: no AGCO registration and no iGaming Ontario agreement; not part of the regulated market.
- Alberta: no AGLC registration; not part of the market that opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec and other provinces: acceptance not stated. Each province runs its own casino site.

Jet Casino review verdict: who it suits
On paper, Jet Casino offers a broad studio line-up, a welcome package with real size and a multilingual site with a French version. That is why it scores 6 for games and 5 for support.
For a Canadian, the gaps outweigh those points. There is no confirmed way in, no Canadian currency, no published payment methods, no licence number and only a February 2026 snapshot to go on. Players who want a sure path to deposits and withdrawals in C$ should choose a casino that publishes them. If Jet Casino's live terms become readable from Canada and show a province list, Canadian dollars and a payment page, this review will be rescored on that basis.
