This Monro casino review starts with what the site shows openly: it is run by GALAKTIKA N.V. in Curacao under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, it lists CAD among its currencies for Canada, and it does not block Canadian registrations. There is one inconsistency. The footer gives the 2024 Curacao Gaming Authority licence, while a promotional pop-up on the same site still says "Licensed by Curacao eGaming", the older wording. We did not open a register entry for Monro itself, so the licence status is as the footer states it.
The sister brand is Fresh Casino, which shares the operator, licence and platform. The same company name, registration number and licence number also appear on the Curacao certificate for Legzo Casino. We found no public regulator action against Monro. A Curacao licence gives no Canadian province any say over the site.

Monro advertises live chat with a 24/7 support service. No email address or phone number was visible in the material we read, and the site does not say whether French support is offered. Live chat is also the route for permanent self-exclusion, as covered further down.
