High Flyer Casino is an Ontario-only online casino run by Ellipse Entertainment Limited, a company based in Alderney in the Channel Islands. It operates in Ontario's regulated market, registered with the AGCO and working under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, and its help page is blunt about the rest of the country: 'This site is open to Ontario only.'
The welcome offer is built on free spins rather than matched cash: 320 spins over three deposits of C$20 each. Banking runs in Canadian dollars with Interac for deposits and withdrawals, and the lobby draws on more than 20 game studios. This review quotes the casino's own homepage, terms, help pages and promotions as read on 23 October 2026, together with the iGaming Ontario directory. Where High Flyer's pages contradict each other, we say so.
High Flyer Casino Ontario: who can play
High Flyer Casino Ontario is the only version of the brand. The terms say the service is intended only for people physically located in Ontario, and the help page adds that only Ontario residents may play. There is no offshore High Flyer site for the rest of Canada.
- Ontario: open, 19 or over.
- Alberta: not accepted. Ellipse runs a separate sister site, Lucky Liner, which is registered in Alberta's market.
- Quebec and all other provinces: not accepted.
| Where you are | High Flyer | Same operator's option | Minimum age |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ontario | Open (AGCO and iGaming Ontario) | High Flyer itself | 19 |
| Alberta | Not accepted | Lucky Liner, registered in Alberta's market | 18 in the province |
| Quebec | Not accepted | None named | 18 in the province |
| Other provinces | Not accepted | None named | 19, or 18 in Manitoba |
Both conditions appear in High Flyer's pages: the terms speak of being physically located in Ontario, the help page of being an Ontario resident. Travelling to another province therefore takes you outside the service, even with an Ontario account. Our guide to playing in Canada explains how each province's market works.
The welcome offer: 320 spins over three deposits
The featured promotions page sets out three steps, each needing a C$20 deposit:
| Deposit | Minimum | Free spins | Game |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | C$20 | 100 | Your choice of slot |
| 2nd | C$20 | 100 | Big Bass Bonanza 1000 |
| 3rd | C$20 | 120 | Buffalo King Megaways |
That is 320 spins for C$60 deposited in total. No bonus code is listed.
The wagering, stated two ways
Here High Flyer's own pages disagree:
- The FAQ: 'There is a 1x playthrough requirement on your deposit. Bonus spins have 5x playthrough requirements on the bonus spins value only.'
- The terms: 'Bonus Spins = (there is a 1x playthrough on the bonus spins value only)', with bonus funds wagered x10 on slots.
Ask support which figure applies before you rely on either. The pages do not state the value of each spin, so we cannot turn the spin wagering into a dollar figure. The deposit part is easy: a 1x playthrough on a C$20 deposit means C$20 of bets. Wagering applies to bonus funds only, it counts on slots, and bets on instant games such as Crash and Plinko do not contribute. No maximum bet or expiry period is stated on the pages read.
Even at low multiples, wagering means more spins against the house edge. Light play-through makes bonus money easier to release, not more likely to win.
Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Daily and weekly promotions
After the welcome stage, the homepage and promotions page list a steady set of extras:
- Bonus Bucks: earned daily and spent in the BB Shop on free spins.
- Daily Wheel and other freebies.
- Game of the Week: 20 free spins as a daily reload for a deposit of C$20 or more.
- Weekly cashback: up to 10% every Monday, with 1x wagering.
- Status levels: Bronze, Silver, Pre-VIP and VIP, with Pre-VIP reached at C$200 or more deposited in a day and VIP at C$1,000 or more.
- Chat games and tournaments.
The cashback carries 1x wagering, so whatever it returns needs only the same amount in bets before it can be withdrawn. The offer says 'up to' 10%, so the rate you receive may be lower. Status tiers tied to daily deposit totals deserve a moment's thought too. Reaching Pre-VIP takes C$200 deposited in one day, and that is a figure worth setting against your own budget, not a goal to chase.
High Flyer casino game selection and providers
High Flyer does not publish a game count, and no split into slots, table or live games was found. It does name its suppliers on the homepage, and the list is long:
- Pragmatic Play, Games Global, Light & Wonder, IGT and Konami
- AGS, High 5 Games, Greentube, Bragg and Inspired Games
- Hacksaw, ELK Studio, Booming Games, ReelPlay, Blueprint and Wazdan
- RubyPlay, DWG, Game Code, Gaming Corps, 1X2 Network, Peter & Sons and Ready Play Gaming
The casino also claims over 100 exclusive slot games. Titles it promotes include Reels to Riches, Winning Bull, Road Trip, Gold Diggin Super Spinner and Wild Lion - Super Reels, alongside the two welcome-offer slots, Big Bass Bonanza 1000 and Buffalo King Megaways. Each High Flyer casino game carries its own return rate and house edge, so check the game's information screen before you play.

Deposits and withdrawals in Canadian dollars
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars, and no cryptocurrency is offered. The help pages and terms describe four routes:
- Interac (e-Transfer, Request Money and Interac Online): deposits and withdrawals, with withdrawals arriving between 3 and 24 hours after processing.
- Credit or debit card: deposits and withdrawals, with withdrawals taking 1 to 3 business days.
- eCheck (bank deposit or EFT): deposits can take up to 7 days to clear, withdrawals 3 to 5 business days, and your bank may charge if funds are short when the payment is collected.
- Other e-wallets: e-cashout and InstaDebit are named as withdrawal alternatives, paid in 3 to 24 hours.
Processing, minimums and caps
A requested withdrawal stays in a processing state until confirmed, which the terms say could take up to 1 business day; the FAQ says withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. The minimum deposit and withdrawal is C$20, and a balance under C$20 can be withdrawn by email request. The maximum is C$10,000 per transaction, and you can make 2 withdrawals a day, with the count resetting at midnight. A large win therefore comes out in steps of up to C$20,000 a day.
Verification starts at registration. The terms require checks on age, identity, residence, occupation and financial information to complete sign-up, may block withdrawals while checks run, and allow documents to be requested at the time of a withdrawal.

High Flyer casino app and mobile site
A search of the Canadian App Store found no High Flyer casino app, and no Android app is named on the site. The casino runs in the browser, and the operator uses a separate mobile address for its phone version. For an Ontario player that means bookmarking the site rather than installing anything. Treat any High Flyer app offered outside the casino's own pages with suspicion, since the casino does not point to one.
Is High Flyer Casino legit? Licence, owner and safety
Yes. High Flyer Casino is part of Ontario's regulated market, so it answers to a provincial regulator, and it holds an offshore licence from Alderney as well.
- Ontario: registered with the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Ellipse Entertainment Limited is listed in the iGaming Ontario directory, accurate as of 1 September 2026. The AGCO registration number is not published on the site.
- Alderney: the terms cite Alderney Gambling Control Commission licence 145 C1; the FAQ lists 145 C1, C2 and 193 C2A.
- Operator: Ellipse Entertainment Limited, 5B, First Floor, St Anne's House, Victoria Street, Alderney GY9 3UF, Channel Islands. The homepage claims 'over 25 years of industry experience' but gives no launch year for the brand.
- Testing and accreditation: an iTech Labs logo in the footer links to the lab's site but not to a certificate, and an RG Check accreditation logo from the Responsible Gambling Council is shown.
An AGCO news search on 23 October 2026 found no penalty against Ellipse Entertainment Limited. Ellipse also runs Lucky Liner, Jet Bingo, Bingo Liner, Bingo Cafe, Cash Cabin and Royal Jubilee, and markets them through its Superstarz Affiliates programme.
Support: chat, phone and email
Support is one of High Flyer's stronger points:
- Live chat: 24/7, with the casino claiming an average response time of 6 minutes.
- Phone: toll-free 1-844-842-8374, from 1pm to 11pm EST.
- Email: [email protected] for general help, accounts@ for withdrawals and [email protected] for VIP players.
The site is in English only, and French support is not mentioned, which matters for francophone Ontarians.
High Flyer casino login and registration
The High Flyer casino login is the same as the High Flyer Casino Ontario login, since there is only one site. To register:
- Be 19 or over and physically in Ontario.
- Complete the verification checks on age, identity, residence, occupation and finances, which the terms make part of registration.
- Note the household rule: a maximum of two accounts may be registered per household.
- Decide on the welcome spins before your first C$20 deposit.
If a login fails, check that your device is located in Ontario, then contact live chat or the phone line. Two inactivity rules are worth knowing. After three months without activity, bonus money whose conditions have not been met is reversed from your account. After 12 months an account becomes inactive and after a further year dormant, and if you do not respond within 60 days of a notice, the terms say the dormant balance will be considered abandoned and retained.
Responsible-gambling tools
As a regulated Ontario site, High Flyer offers a full set of controls:
- daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, and loss limits;
- a session timeout from 15 minutes to 4 hours, and a reality check every 1 to 5 hours;
- a Take a Break option;
- self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years;
- a link to BetGuard, iGaming Ontario's centralized self-exclusion.
BetGuard covers Ontario's regulated sites only. It does not reach offshore casinos or other provinces' markets. Set limits on the first day, not after a losing week, and see our responsible gambling page for help lines across Canada.
Who High Flyer Casino suits
High Flyer makes sense for an Ontario slot player who wants spins rather than a big match, low play-through on those spins, and fast Interac withdrawals in Canadian dollars. The 24/7 chat and a toll-free phone line add reassurance, and the regulatory standing is clean as of October 2026.
It is not for anyone outside Ontario, for French speakers who want support in French, or for high rollers who would find two C$10,000 withdrawals a day restrictive.
