It is licensed in Curacao, under a licence granted to Just Entertainment B.V. in August 2024.
That change of operator shapes this review. The Curacao Gaming Authority certificate is current, checked in October 2026, but the casino's full terms, bonus rules and payments page in the public archive date from early 2025, when Dama N.V. ran the site. We quote those terms with their dates and flag where they may have moved on. Our usual rule applies: where LuckyOnes casino online pages are silent, we say so rather than guess.

Welcome offer: up to $20,000 plus 500 free spins
The February 2026 main page advertises "Up to 20,000 €/$ Bonus + 500 Free Spins", and the Canadian page in February 2025 showed the same offer as "Up to $20,000 Bonus + 500 Free Spins". How that total splits across deposits was not shown on the pages captured. For bigger depositors there is also a VIP Welcome Package: put in 500 €/$ and the casino promises a 200% bonus with a 60-day VIP trial.
The 2025 bonus terms set the general rules, which apply unless a promotion says otherwise:
- Bonuses and free-spin winnings are wagered 40 times the bonus amount or the free-spin winnings.
- Maximum bet while wagering: C$8.
- Bonuses expire 7 days after they are credited.
- Game weighting: slots in full (apart from listed exceptions), roulette at a quarter, card games at a tenth, everything else not at all.
- Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at C$5,000; from a no-deposit bonus at C$200, or C$300 for players who have deposited before.
The 40x rule in dollars
The VIP package is the one offer with figures to work from. If the general rule applied to it, a 200% bonus on a 500 deposit would be 1,000 in bonus money and 40,000 in wagering, which at the C$8 maximum bet is at least 5,000 bets. Cleared on card games at 10% weighting, the same target would take 400,000 of bets. LuckyOnes slots and the 14,000-game lobby
The casino's About page claims "over 14,000+ games". It does not split that figure into slots, live and table games, so we can only quote the total. The studios named on the Canadian home page include:

That is a wide spread of LuckyOnes slots studios. One exception applies to Canadians: the 2025 terms say Canadian players are not eligible to play NYX games. A Diamond Club gives VIP members access to exclusive games.
The FAQ says the games run on software certified by iTech Labs, but links no certificate, and states that "Payouts for all games are also standard for the industry and are between 95 - 98%". That is the casino's own claim, not an audited figure, and individual games have their own house edge.

The 2025 bonus terms give 1 redeemable point and 1 status point for every 50 EUR wagered on slots, and points can be exchanged from 1,000 upwards for free spins, bonuses or prizes. Lucky Ones casino withdrawal time is not published as a single number. The 2025 terms say bank-transfer payouts are processed within 5 to 7 banking days, and that withdrawals may be stopped until the account is fully verified. Other methods have no stated timing.

Fees and conditions
- Each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, or a processing fee may be charged.
- Fees charged by the payment provider are paid by the player, and bank-transfer intermediary charges can reach EUR 16.
- An account with no login for 12 months is charged a dormant fee of EUR 10 (or the equivalent) a month.

There is no Lucky Ones casino app in the Canadian App Store: a search in October 2026 returned no listing for the casino. No LuckyOnes app for Android is documented on the casino's own pages either. The FAQ says "our games are mobile-friendly", so the mobile browser is the way to play.
That makes a Lucky Ones casino app download from a third-party site something to avoid. Without a store listing, there is no way to confirm that a file comes from the casino.
Is Lucky Ones legit? Licence and operator
- Licence: Curacao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/164/0246, granted on 13 August 2024. The certificate states that luckyones.com is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. and that the licence status is Active, checked in October 2026.
- Operator: Just Entertainment B.V., registration number 160603, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao (address as shown in the February 2026 footer).
- Previous operator: until at least mid-2025, Dama N.V., registration 152125, at the same address, under licence OGL/2023/174/0082.
- Regulator actions: none found in the sources we checked, as of October 2026.
The licence is genuine and current, but Curacao is not a Canadian regulator, so no province oversees the casino, and provincial self-exclusion does not apply to it. The operator change is not a red flag in itself, but it means the terms you sign up under may differ from the 2025 versions quoted here.
Support, sign-up and limits
Live chat runs 24/7, and email goes to [email protected]. We found no phone number on the support page. The site has a French-Canadian locale alongside English versions for Canada, Australia and New Zealand, plus German, Spanish and Norwegian.
