This Royal Panda casino review covers a brand that Canadians reach through two separate sites. In Ontario, Royal Panda is run by TigerGen Limited under an AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement. Everywhere else in Canada it is run by Royal Panda Limited under a Malta Gaming Authority licence held by the LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group. Both companies sit at the same address in Sliema, Malta.
The welcome offer looks the same on both: a 100% match up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins on Gates of Olympus, with wagering of 35 times the deposit. Payment methods, age rules, support addresses and protections differ, and we keep the two sites apart throughout. All facts are from Royal Panda's own pages and the iGaming Ontario directory, as of October 2026.
The welcome offer: 100% up to $1,000 and 100 spins
One deposit triggers the whole package. The offshore site describes it as a 100% matched deposit cash reward up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins on Gates of Olympus, paid at 20 spins a day for 5 days. The Ontario site words it as a 100% bonus up to $1000 extra with the same 100 spins. The minimum deposit is $20 on both.
The wagering rule is unusual: the terms ask players to "wager their deposit amount 35 times using real money". The requirement is set on the deposit, not on the bonus, and it is played with your own cash. The value of each spin rises with the deposit, in five steps from $0.20 to $1.
| Deposit | Matched amount | Real-money wagering (35x deposit) | Spin value |
|---|---|---|---|
| C$20 | C$20 | C$700 | C$0.20 |
| C$100 | C$100 | C$3,500 | Between C$0.40 and C$0.80 (bracket not stated) |
| C$200 | C$200 | C$7,000 | C$1 |
| C$1,000 | C$1,000 | C$35,000 | C$1 |
At C$0.20 the 100 spins have a face value of C$20; at C$1 they are worth C$100 in stakes.
Time limits and game weighting
- Offshore: 7 days to deposit, 7 days to wager, 1 day to claim, and spins valid for 3 days.
- Ontario: 7 days to deposit and 7 days to wager.
- Offshore weighting: slots 100% (with exceptions), table games 10%, live games 0%. The Ontario page does not publish its weighting.
Seven days to wager C$35,000 is a heavy pace for the full $1,000. The offshore terms also allow an administration charge up to the value of the bonus if the offer terms are breached. The full breakdown is on our Royal Panda bonus page.

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
After the welcome: Bamboo Bonus and Royal Panda+
The offshore homepage names two ongoing promotions: the Bamboo Bonus, a Friday promotion, and Royal Panda+, which carries loyalty offers. Neither comes with published amounts, wagering or eligibility rules on the pages we read, so we cannot value them. The Ontario site lists no ongoing promotions at all on the pages we checked.
That leaves the welcome deal as the only Royal Panda offer with full figures. Before you rely on a Friday bonus or a loyalty reward to stretch a budget, open its own terms and check the wagering and the time limit, the same two lines that make the welcome offer demanding.
Royal Panda slots and the game lobby
The offshore site says it carries over 2 thousand games. It does not split that number by type or name its providers, and the Ontario site publishes no count at all, so we cannot compare the two lobbies.
The one title Royal Panda names in its offers is Gates of Olympus, the slot used for the welcome spins. Beyond that, Royal Panda slots are the core of the bonus, because only slots count in full. Table games count 10% offshore, so a C$10 bet on a table game moves the requirement by just C$1, and live games do not count at all.
Royal Panda publishes no payout report and names no testing lab, so there is no group RTP figure to quote. Each slot carries a house edge, and over many spins the average result is a loss, whatever the size of the welcome bonus.

Deposits and withdrawals on each site
The two sites publish different method lists:
| Method | Ontario site | Offshore site |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | Deposit and withdrawal | Not on the methods list |
| Visa | Deposit and withdrawal | Deposit |
| Mastercard | Deposit and withdrawal | Deposit |
| Bank | Withdrawal | Not listed |
| EcoPayz | Not listed | Deposit and withdrawal |
| Crypto | No | No |
The offshore pages mention Interac once in passing text, but it does not appear among the payment methods, so we do not count it. The Ontario terms state the operator accepts payments in Canadian dollars only. Neither site publishes minimum or maximum amounts per method, payout times by method or fees per method.
Processing and the charges to know
Both sets of terms say Royal Panda will strive to process withdrawals within 24 hours. Documents may be requested before a payout. Two clauses differ by site:
- Offshore: a 5% charge on withdrawals of deposits never used for wagering (terms 16.9), and a monthly administrative fee of EUR 5 or equivalent once an account has been inactive for 12 months (terms 18).
- Ontario: extended due diligence before paying out deposits never used for wagering (terms 16.8), and accounts become inactive after 12 months without access, with reactivation through support. No inactivity fee is stated.

Royal Panda app and Android options
There is no Royal Panda app on either site. Neither the Ontario pages nor the offshore pages link to an App Store or Google Play listing for Royal Panda, so a Royal Panda Android app cannot be confirmed. Both sites run in a phone browser instead.
One oddity is worth knowing. The footer of the Canadian offshore site carries app and social links, but they lead to BetMGM UK listings, not to Royal Panda. They come from a shared group template, and installing them would not give you a Royal Panda account. Use the browser site, and treat any Royal Panda app file offered elsewhere as unofficial.
Is Royal Panda legit? Licences and owners
Yes. Both Royal Panda sites name their operator, address and licence, and the Ontario site appears in the iGaming Ontario directory.
- Offshore site: Royal Panda Ltd. (Royal Panda Limited), Malta company C58222, Level 7, The Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640. Licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/CRP/237/2013, the LeoVegas corporate group licence, issued 1 August 2018, with a register link in the footer.
- Ontario site: TigerGen Limited, Malta company C102961, at the same Sliema address. AGCO registration with an iGaming Ontario operating agreement, number OPIG1337313 in the footer, listed in the iGaming Ontario directory accurate as of 1 September 2026.
- Group: LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group.
- Testing lab: none named. Regulator actions: none found for either company in the sources we checked.
So Canadians get a European regulator behind one site and a provincial registration behind the other. The score stops at 7 because neither site names a testing lab or publishes a payout report.
Royal Panda casino Ontario vs the rest of Canada
Royal Panda casino Ontario is a separate site, and it only serves players located in Ontario; it lists every other province as restricted. Players elsewhere use the MGA site, whose terms exclude no province.
| Ontario site | Offshore site | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it serves | Players in Ontario | Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada |
| Operator | TigerGen Limited | Royal Panda Limited |
| Regulator | AGCO, with iGaming Ontario | Malta Gaming Authority |
| Minimum age on the site | 19+ | 18+ or higher local age |
| Interac | Yes | Not listed |
| Support email | [email protected] | [email protected] |
| Self-exclusion link | BetGuard (iGaming Ontario) | Not found on the pages read |
No Alberta registration was found, so Albertans land on the offshore site, which is not part of Alberta's regulated market. In Canada the legal age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the provincial systems.
How to play Royal Panda casino, step by step
- Choose the site by location. Ontario residents physically in Ontario use the Ontario site; everyone else uses the offshore site.
- Register with real details. Documents may be requested before your first withdrawal.
- Decide on the welcome offer before you deposit. You have 7 days to make the qualifying deposit, and the offshore terms also set a 1-day window to claim.
- Deposit at least $20 by a method your site lists; Interac is available in Ontario.
- Play slots if you are working through the bonus, because table games count 10% and live games 0% offshore.
The sign-up, login and verification steps are set out in more detail in our Royal Panda login guide.
Support, French and responsible gambling
The offshore support page lists live chat, an email address, [email protected], and a phone number, +46 8 124 11 401. The Ontario terms give [email protected] and the same phone number. Opening hours are not published for either site, and we saw no French version, so French-speaking players should expect English.
For responsible gambling, the Ontario site links to BetGuard, iGaming Ontario's centralised self-exclusion, which covers the regulated Ontario sites only. The offshore site's tools were not published on the pages we read. Whichever site you use, set a budget before the 7-day wagering clock starts. Help lines for each province are on our responsible gambling page.
Royal Panda and LeoVegas: the sister link
Royal Panda's sister brand is LeoVegas. Offshore, both run under the same MGA group licence and the same terms structure. In Ontario, both are operated by TigerGen Limited, though each carries its own AGCO number in its footer: OPIG1337312 for LeoVegas and OPIG1337313 for Royal Panda.
The Royal Panda pages we read say nothing about using one account, balance or loyalty status across the two brands. If you already play at one, compare the two welcome offers on their own pages rather than assuming they match.
Royal Panda casino review verdict: who it suits
Royal Panda online casino fits an Ontario slot player best. There the operator is registered with the AGCO, Interac works both ways, deposits are in Canadian dollars and BetGuard is linked. The single-deposit welcome is easy to follow, though 35x the deposit in seven days is demanding.
Outside Ontario, casino Royal Panda is a Malta-licensed site with no Interac on its methods list, a 5% charge on unplayed deposits and an inactivity fee. Live and table players get little from the bonus anywhere. No app on either site keeps mobile at 4. The full score of 5.7 is explained in how we review, and this Royal Panda review sits alongside the rest of our reviews.
