GGPoker Canada Casino Review 2026: The Poker Room's Casino Side

Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so we do not list this site's offer.

Our verdict

GGPoker suits Ontario poker players who want slots and tables on the same site, registered with the AGCO. Anyone choosing a casino first should look elsewhere: GGPoker publishes no casino bonus, game count, studio list, payment list or withdrawal times on the pages we could read, and those gaps are why it scores 3.2. Watch the global site's dormant-account rule, which ends with the balance donated to charity.

Pros

  • Ontario site run by NSUS Limited, listed by iGaming Ontario for casino and poker
  • Global site licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission since 15 October 2020
  • French version of the global site, plus Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish and Hungarian
  • Operator address published in full: Douglas, Isle of Man

Cons

  • No casino welcome bonus published; the global offer is a poker welcome, quoted in US dollars
  • No game count, studio list, payment list or withdrawal times on the pages we could read
  • Global site charges GBP 5 a month after 12 idle months, then gives the balance to charity
  • Live chat and support hours are not confirmed; the only published contact is an email address

GGPoker Canada is two different sites. In Ontario it is ggpoker.ca, run by NSUS Limited, registered with the AGCO and listed by iGaming Ontario for both casino and poker. Outside Ontario the brand's global site is run by GG International Limited under an Isle of Man licence, and whether it accepts a given Canadian province is decided by the country list shown at registration rather than stated in its terms.

GGPoker is a poker room first. Its casino section exists on both sites, but the operator says far less about it than about its poker tables. This GGPoker casino review sticks to what the two sites and the iGaming Ontario directory confirm, as of October 2026, and says plainly where the answer is unknown. That makes it shorter than our reviews of casino-first brands, by design.

GGPoker Canada: a poker room with a casino tab

GGPoker's homepage, promotions and terms are written for poker players. The global site's casino section sits under a separate tab, and the iGaming Ontario directory lists the Ontario site under two categories, Casino and Poker. What neither site provides on its public pages is the kind of casino information a review normally rests on.

A brand can be well run and still disclose little. The scores below reflect what GGPoker shows, not what it may offer once you are logged in.

Bonuses: a poker welcome, not a casino one

The global site's welcome offer lets a new player choose between US$100 in free rewards or a 100% matched deposit up to US$600. It is a poker offer, quoted in US dollars, and the pages we read give no wagering, release rate or expiry for it. In October 2026 the global site was also running an $18M October Giveaway with leaderboard prizes and bonuses, again for poker.

The Ontario site shows a Welcome Bonus banner, but the offer details were not in the page text we could read. We therefore cannot quote it, and we do not guess.

For a casino player the practical point is simple: there is no published casino bonus to weigh on either site. The GGPoker bonus page covers what the poker offers mean and the questions to ask before opting in.

Maximum bonusup to $600 (currency USD on the global site) source

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.

Casino games

The global site has a slots section, and the Ontario site is licensed for casino games: its iGaming Ontario listing names Casino as a category alongside Poker. Beyond that, GGPoker publishes no total number of games, no split between slots, table games and live dealer, no studio names and no featured titles on the pages we could read. There is no testing laboratory certificate or payout percentage either.

Because a missing fact cannot earn points, the games score is 2. If the casino lobby matters to you, open it before you deposit and check that the games you want are there. Every casino game carries a house edge, whichever room you play it in.

The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.

Deposits, withdrawals and GGPoker withdrawal time

How long does GGPoker withdrawal take? Neither site publishes a figure on the pages we could read, so we cannot answer with a number. The Ontario terms say minimum and maximum amounts depend on the method, and that debit-card withdrawals must be at least C$10. Interac is not confirmed on either site, and the global site's payment methods, currencies and limits were not published in the pages read.

Dormant accounts

The idle-account rules are the clearest money terms GGPoker publishes, and they differ sharply by site:

  • Global site (terms 23.1 and 23.2): after 12 months without activity the account is charged GBP 5 a month. After a further 12 months it is closed and the cash balance is donated to charity.
  • Ontario site (terms 17): an account becomes dormant after 12 months without a deposit, withdrawal or wager, and the balance is repaid to the last deposit method where possible.

If you stop playing on the global site, withdraw your balance rather than leaving it.

The casino publishes no payment table we could source.

Download GGPoker: app or browser

Before you download GGPoker, know what is confirmed: both sites work in a browser. The pages we read did not give an iOS or Android store listing for either site, so we cannot confirm a GGPoker casino app for Canada.

Typing "download GGPoker Android" into a search engine may turn up links that are not the operator's. To download GGPoker for Android or any other device, use the link on the official site for your province and check that the developer named in the store matches the operator: NSUS Limited in Ontario or GG International Limited elsewhere. Avoid installation files offered by third-party sites.

Licences, owner and safety

  • Ontario: NSUS Limited, registered with the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The directory lists the site as GGPoker, with Casino and Poker as its categories. The AGCO registration number and company address are not shown on the pages we read.
  • Global: GG International Limited, trading as GGPoker, at The Hubb, Queen Victoria House, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man. The site states a licence from the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, issued on 15 October 2020 under the Online Gambling Regulations Act 2001. We did not confirm it on the commission's register.

We found no public regulator actions against either operator. The global terms were last updated on 2 October 2026, version 20261002.1, which at least shows they are maintained.

The licence score of 6 reflects one register listing we could confirm, in Ontario, and one licence we could not check directly.

GGPoker help and live chat support

The only support contact published on the pages we read is [email protected], for the global site. GGPoker live chat support is not confirmed on either site, and no phone line or hours are given. The Ontario site's support channels were not visible in the page text we could read.

For GGPoker help with a casino question, email is therefore the confirmed route. Put your account name, the game and the time of the problem in the first message to avoid a slow back-and-forth.

French speakers have a Global FR version of the global site. Whether support answers in French is not stated.

Signing up and logging in

The region selector on GGPoker's sites includes a Canada ON EN option that leads Ontario players to the Ontario site. Ontario requires you to be 19 or older. On the global site the age rule is 18 or the legal age where you live, and terms clause 2.11 says you can register only from a country offered in the sign-up list. The terms do not name Canada outside Ontario either way.

Login help, verification and account closure are covered on our GGPoker login guide.

Responsible gambling

The responsible-gambling tools on either GGPoker site were not set out on the pages we could read, so we cannot list them. Before you play, check whether deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available on your account, and ask support if you cannot find them. Ontario's regulated sites operate under provincial player-protection rules, and a provincial self-exclusion applies only to that province's regulated sites, not to the global site.

Poker and casino on one site can blur how much you are spending on each, so track the casino side separately. Each province's help line is listed on our responsible gambling page.

GGPoker Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and the rest of Canada

Ontario is the one province with a confirmed GGPoker site. Quebec players can see a French version of the global site, but the terms leave acceptance to the country list at registration, and that site is not licensed by Quebec or any other province. Loto-Québec's own site is the provincially run alternative there. For GGPoker Alberta, we could not confirm a GGPoker site registered with AGLC, the route Alberta's private market has required since 13 July 2026.

  • Ontario: the Ontario site, AGCO and iGaming Ontario, 19+.
  • Alberta: no provincially registered GGPoker site confirmed; the province's own site is reviewed in our PlayAlberta review.
  • Quebec and other provinces: the global site, if your location is offered at registration; it is not licensed by any province.

Each province also has a provincially run gambling site. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the options province by province.

Who GGPoker suits

GGPoker makes sense for an Ontario player who is there for poker and wants the occasional casino game on the same site. The Ontario site is properly registered and listed, and that is the strongest thing this review can say.

For a casino-first player in Canada it is hard to recommend, not because of anything bad on record, but because so little about the casino side is published. Brands that publish their game counts, payout times and bonus terms make a fairer comparison; browse them in our casino reviews, and see our review method for how missing information affects a score.

How the 3.2 was reached

  • Licence and safety, 6: a confirmed iGaming Ontario listing and a published Isle of Man address, but a global licence we could not check on the register.
  • Bonus terms, 3: the only published welcome offer is for poker and comes without terms.
  • Payments, 2: one confirmed figure, the C$10 debit-card minimum in Ontario.
  • Games, 2: a casino section exists, with nothing published about it.
  • Support, 3: one email address and a French version of the global site.
  • Mobile, 3: browser play confirmed, apps not.

If GGPoker publishes its casino terms, game list and payout times, the score will be revisited.

Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
