The Lukki login is the door to an offshore casino and sportsbook run by Dama N.V., under a licence the terms attribute to the Curacao Gaming Control Board. There is one site for Canada, with a French-Canadian version recorded in 2025, and no province-specific edition.
Lukki's live pages are geo-blocked from where we work, so this guide uses the casino's archived terms (French-Canadian, February 2025) and English pages from February 2026. They answer some account questions clearly and leave others open. Each section says which is which, so you know what to confirm with Lukki before you trust it with money or documents.
Lukki login Canada: who can register
- Age: 18 or over, or the age set by your jurisdiction. In Canada that is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Province: the terms have no province clause, and Canada is not on the restricted-country list.
- Regulation: Lukki is offshore. It is not an AGCO-registered site in Ontario or an AGLC-registered site in Alberta, so the provincial player protections there do not apply.
- Language: a French-Canadian site version existed in 2025.

Creating the account
The registration steps themselves were not on the pages we could read, so we will not describe screens we have not seen. Two points hold for any sign-up. Use your legal name, date of birth and current address, because a casino that checks identity before paying out will compare them with your documents. And choose a password you use nowhere else, since a casino account linked to a payment method is worth protecting.

Verification: not published
Lukki's verification requirements were not captured: we cannot say which documents it asks for, at what point, or how long checks take. Ask support for the list before your first deposit rather than after your first win. Having a photo ID and a recent proof of address ready is sensible preparation, but the exact list must come from Lukki.
App or browser
The pages we read do not mention a Lukki app for iOS or Android, or describe the mobile site. If a listing appears in an app store, check that its publisher is Dama N.V. or that Lukki's own site links to it. Do not enter your Lukki login in an app you cannot trace back to the casino. Until an official app is confirmed, the browser on Lukki's own site is the route to use.
When the Lukki login fails
- Check your details and that you are on Lukki's own site.
- Check where you are. The site refuses visitors from some countries, so a login attempted while travelling abroad may simply be blocked. Wait until you are back in Canada.
- Check for inactivity. After 12 months without a login, the terms charge an inactivity fee of EUR 10 per month, so an old account may hold less than you left in it.
- Contact support. No chat hours, email address or phone number were captured, so use the contact options on Lukki's own site.
Rooli, the sister casino run by the same company on the same terms template, is a separate brand. Do not assume a Lukki login works there, or the other way round.
Taking a break or closing the account
We found no list of Lukki's player-protection tools in the archived pages. Ask support what limits, time-outs and self-exclusion periods it offers, and set them before you need them. To close an account, withdraw your balance first, then ask support in writing to close it or to self-exclude you, and keep the reply. Because Lukki's payment methods could not be confirmed either, ask which route your withdrawal will take and how long it should need, and do not close the account until the money has actually reached you. A closed account is harder to query if a payment goes missing.
Provincial self-exclusion programmes only cover each province's regulated sites, so they will not block Lukki. If a dispute cannot be settled with support, the regulator named in the terms is the Curacao Gaming Control Board, not a Canadian one.
